Not so much Very poor quality construction,,,in Indonesia,,very low grade materials..to put it this way..I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and two shirts,,total wieght,,less than a lb for all four items...even the stitching etc...was very poor. February 8, 2013
Only shorts my son will wear These are my son's favorite shorts. The elastic waist allows for growth, which I appreciate. The heavy cotton fabric wears well and breathes. January 15, 2013
Baggy and not up to quality Two complaints:This is described almost exactly like a product we purchased from the 2010 line, but is significantly lower quality in construction and material.Bigger complaint:Relates to sizing. My expectation is that a manufacturer is CONSISTENT in their sizing, particularly in children's sizes. Depending on the specific product, Columbia appears to vary widely. Product runs SIGNIFICANTLY larger per labeled size than similar products in prior years, and is inconsistent with another boy's shorts product offered in 2012. This product is HUGE ... Columbia should strive for at least one of three conditions: a) manufacture true to size; b) if unable to do a), then at least show consistency from year to year; c) if unable to do a) and b), at least show consistency within a given year's line!!
