Perfect coat for milder climates
This is the perfect coat for my 9 year old son. We live in SC and for the most part we have chilly mornings and warmer afternoons. The backpack straps are great for school! The weight of the coat is perfect, too. It's not cumbersome or a hassle for him to deal with at school. I also like how the back of the coat falls a little longer than the front providing extra warmth for the upper body.

Great quality and price!
I bought 3 jackets. One for each of my boys and the fit and quality are excellent. They run true to size. My boys wear them and like the fact that they are not bulky. I like them because the jackets provide warmth when my boys are in t-shirts all winter. This was the first time I bought Columbia. I will definitely buy Columbia again.

Columbia jacket bugaboo
Excellent warmth without a lot of bulk. My seventh grade son loves the coat. It keeps him warm on the coldest days, but also is not bulky and is able to fit in his school locker without taking up too much room.

Great Jacket!
Light weight, warm, easy care. I love this coat. Columbia coats never wear out, My grandson out grows them instead. I Pass his other coats to other family member, thanks for a great product I can always rely on.

Buga Puff jacket
As described, this jacket offers warmth without the bloated marshmellow feel. My son has just started wearing it, so it is too soon to say the quality fits the price, but he has been out on a few snow days and has no complaints so far. We are hoping to go skiing yet this season, so this jacket should work out well. He is an athletic 13 year old, and the 14-16 we bought will offer nice growing room. He has a little room for layering with a sweatshirt without being too loose. Thanks Columbia.

Bugaboo in a very good way!
This coat is excellent for my son! He doesn't get cold and he loves that he can wear it as a back pack when we're shopping in the mall or just inside! The Omni heat feature rocks, especially for this burrrrr here in Chicagoland!!!!

Very Good Jacket!
Another excellent product from Columbia! It feels VERY warm without being too bulky, which is one of the best features. However, when I did receive the jacket, I was a little disappointed to find that my right pocket had a small hole in it. No big deal; the jacket is still a GREAT value!

Backpack straps are genius!
Lightweight and still warm. My 7 yr old. LOVES the backpack straps, so does his msma! Bought a size 8 on purpose so he can wear for 2 seasons.

Great Jacket
I was afraid that it would be too "puffy", but when I got it in the mail and had the kids try it on, it was thinner than my columbia coat. The boys also say that it keeps them warm. We live in Colorado and the weather changes all of the time, so I love that the coat has the back pack like straps.

Great fit, bought a boys size!
I am not your typical BIG size person, so I bought a boys 16/18 and it fits PERFECT! I love the jacket, its not heavy, feels comfortable and looks good. I have yet to go to the snow but I'll find out in January!
