Great jacket - very warm! I love this jacket and got it at a great price at the outlet store. Wearing just a t-shirt and this jacket keeps me very warm in below zero temperatures while walking the dog or commuting to work. I can't wait for my ice fishing trip in 3 weeks - this baby will do just fine! January 24, 2011

Not down proof - but warm It's warm and I don't feel the wind, but the fabric leaks down and feathers. Currently there is down on the door of my car, the seat cover, seatbelt, my backpack, by office chair via sticking to my fleece sweater. The black jacket looks grey from all the down migrating out the fabric. It's long enough to cover my bum, flexible enough to drive in, and very lightweight. I don't get overly warm in the jacket as I would with a heavily lined softshell parka. If you can deal with down being every where, then go for it, if you can't, keep shopping. Since I paid 1/3 the retail at an outlet store, I will tolerate it until I see something better on clearance. First Columbia product that I haven't been impressed by. January 15, 2011

Great value! This jacket is sized right, loaded with features, light weight, warm, and all around awesome to our 14 year-old snowboarder. Columbia delivered on time - an important factor when dealing with Wisconsin winters. Glad we didn't spend $300 as this is a terrific bargain. December 2, 2010

How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
