Men's Bora Bora Hat
I had a full head covering that had an opening big enough so you could see out and wear sunglasses. Got it to protect my face since I had several skin cancers removed. I had to cut a slit (actually my wife used the button holer on her sewing machine, a big one) for my mouth so I could breath and reduce the fogging of my glasses. It helped but still fogged sometimes. Made it easy to drink, but still hard to eat through it. Cover is great for keeping sweat running down into my eyes. Saw the Bora Bora and wanted to try it and it worked great. Better breathing of course, helps keep the sweat off and eliminates the fogging issue. Do have to lather up with sunscreen from my glasses down on my face and neck.

Great Product
I bought this item specifically for my family vacation. I spent six days in the sun and my neck and ears didn't get sunburned at all. I thought one of the best parts was the lanyard. Since I was visiting amusement parks the lanyard allowed the hat to hang from my shirt which was much easier to manage. I strongly recommend this product and I look forward to wearing it again for the Corvette races Labor Day weekend!

Wow!
I have a lawn care and landscape company in Oklahoma where summers are like an oven. I thought I would try out the Bora Bora to keep the sun off of my neck. Much to my delight it is a lifesaver. The mesh breaths well, it is very light and comfortable. Wish I had bought one 5 years ago. I highly recommend one if you spend a lot of time in the sun.

I have the older model. New one does not offer quite as much protection but is lighter and cooler. A big winner.

Great hat
I use this hat everyday for work to protect my neck, ears and face from the Florida sun. The flap easily tucks away inside when returning to shady areas. This hat is very light weight and allows much more air flow than any regular ball cap. I previously owned another Columbia cap like this one but it was made from a thicker heavier material with a lower UV protection. The older cap lasted 4 years then the stitching started to break way. I hope that this one will last just as long. If you decide to buy this cap get a light color and only wash by hand.

Anti melanoma device!
My ace client asked me yesterday: "When did I join the french foreign legion?" The lanyard and shirt clip work great, assuring that the wind cant steal it. Another adjustable elastic up top makes this truly one size fits all. I am a fan. The stock photo does not feature the straps, which are awesome. As a professional landscaper I gotta say this is the best sunhat I have ever used. More and better neck protection. The next model should have a wider and longer bill to protect more of the face.

This Hat works great, I even ordered a spare one
The Hat fits well and keeps the sun off of my back and face.
I liked the first one so i decided to order another one so i always have a spare in the car.
To me i joke that if i had a big beard i may even look like AL-Quadaffy.
