Nice Pants Run pretty big around the waist. May 8, 2013
small favor - my money back please Very very disappointed. Understand please I have at a minimum 4 other pair of Columbia pant. Bought them about 3 years ago. The sizing on these is way off. What is sold as 38waist is really 40, worse still the construction with no seem in the rear waistband prohibits alteration - way too large. The "security pocket" is lame. The other Columbia pants I own have a security pocket on the side seam below the side pocket. Please accept a return and issue a credit. Yes I did wash them hoping to shrink the waist - no go. love these pants very comfortable light weight material, but not the kind that gets wrinkly. High quality pockets and hidden velcro pockets in back which are great (no button to sit on). the the alpine tundra is a nice greenish/gray which goes well with my black button down shirts. good for casual work and play. getting 3 more today! Poor fit & fabric I'm trying to replace two pairs of Columbia trou that I have worn out. The two replacements you sent were both at least 2 inches wide around the waist. The fabric was nowhere near the quality of my existing pair.I will never order online with Columbia again. February 9, 2013
New Fav Pants I purchased these pants for my Dad and also a pair from another outdoor retailer...he had me return the other pair not from Columbia and order a different color in these same pants. They are his new favorite go-to pants. February 8, 2013

Not Happy I have been an avid wearer of Columbia apparel for years. So, when I need new pants I place an order. Received my pants and they look great; however after one washing they shrank to the point that I cannot wear them. I am very disappointed with these pants. I assume that since I have washed them I cannot return them. So, now I am stuck with two new pairs of pants I cannot wear. Next time I will have to consider another purchase options. January 31, 2013
True To Size The "Peak to Road" model seems, at last, to be one Columbia model that actually is cut to size per their sizing charts.I'd like to see more 34" to 35" stretch sizes available, for my slim legs and ever-so-slightly growing mid-section...one of the facts of life as we age. 34 is too tight, 36 is usually cut for someone with a larger body from the waist down, and the availability of 35 waist with 34 waist down sizing is really limited. Great looking pants, great fit These pants look great and fit perfectly according to the normal waist and inseam that I wear. They are incredibly comfortable and seem to be of good quality so far. I was spending nearly twice as much (which is outrageous) for Prana pants until I found these. These will be my new go-to non-denim pants. January 17, 2013

Great comfort and fit On 12/13/2012 I bought a pair of Columbia ROC II Pant trousers. The fit is great, comfortable and looks super. The one thing I hate is pants is Blue Jeans, because they are too stiff and uncomfortable. These Columbia pants are soft, sturdy and very flexible. They do not pull on my knees and give where they need to give as I move and bend. Finally a good pair of work type pants that actually look good and draw compliments. I'll buy more of these from the Columbia web site. December 29, 2012

Don't Think, Just Buy These Pants!!! Lander Collection is all I ever bought. But Lander is in short supply, tried this collection and it is perfect! Wrong color I was looking for Lander pants that seem to not be available any more. The Peak to Road are very close and I like them. Unfortunately, the color Sage (which are green) was sent when I ordered Flax (which should be more brown/khaki) so I'm afraid to order any more. November 25, 2012

Quality Pant Really like the active fit of this pant. Not baggy like many pants today but comfotable. Fits nice on the waist, not below. Fabric is a nice medium weight, not too thick or thin. Alpine Tundra Color is a little lighter shade than what the website color shows. November 9, 2012
Excellent daily driver After owning a few pairs of the original ROC pants and being so happy with them, I decided to try these "ROC II" pants. I love that these have an actual button, not a snap like the originals. The side pocket fits an iPhone 4 perfectly but I'm not sure I trust the velcro closure enough to actually use it for that - I would feel much better about it if the pocket zipped. I'm no seamstress but the material seems a little thinner, which is good for me, and I think they look a little more business casual. I wear them to work with a button down or polo and then, after work, I can just untuck the shirt and keep going. October 15, 2012

Good Casual Pants Nice fitting, comfortable pants. I like the casual feel of these pants, but need something that looks good enough to wear to the office; this pant fits the bill. The price is perhaps a little high, like nearly all Columbia wear, but I would buy again. September 8, 2012
Nice pants, but too low rise. The styling and workmanship were great, and the length truer than the Lander pants I ordered previously (too short - I need the full 34"). However these pants ride lower than other models, below the natural waist. I found that uncomfortable and returned them. August 26, 2012

How to measure
- Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
