Run Large It seems like every pair of pants I have ordered from Columbia runs large. There are definitely way big on me for a waist size and length that normally fits me perfectly.I like the pants; they are durable and look clean (and a little professional, making them good pants for me to wear to work). Also, they nicely wick away light water. However, they definitely have a synthetic feel, which I find a little uncomfortable. August 16, 2012

Fake "khakis" that are MAD comfy These pants are super comfy. A little bit longer and looser than I was expecting though they only increment the sizes by two inches so going smaller may be unwise. Overall they are well mad, ridiculously comfy, and can be worn for multiple days on end. The material is obviously synthetic and this is only noticeable to myself, so I can still look like I am dressed well without having to suffer physically. The pockets are super deep which I love. There is a reflective strip on the right pant leg interior for rolling up during biking but I found it to not quite be at a great height for when I rolled mine up and since they are synthetic they do not roll perfectly. Very pleased with Men's City Dweller pants I wanted to order additional pairs of the light-weight and easily washable and dryable Columbia pants I found so practical on a Europe trip two years ago. I thought these "city dweller" were probably the same thing and ordered two. They are not the same at all, but I am very pleased with them. Still very lightweight and comfortable and fit me perfectly right out of the box. And, they were priced $10 below the regular price, and arrived quickly. March 23, 2012
can wear to office. nice stretching material. nice enough to wear to office. nice stretching material. 34 waist is really a 35 waist. spilled juice, it beaded and i just shook it off!.I highly recommend. I am curious about other urban/city looking pants. March 3, 2012
Pants subject to pilling I wore these pants for a few days. They're very comfortable and the fit is good. Unfortunately, they've started to pill. The material balls up and makes the pants look old and worn after a few days use. "Oh, they must have pilled during extreme sporting," you say. No, I've just worn them around the office and home. I'm afraid of what they'd look like after any serious outing.I expected more from $80 pants. February 18, 2012
Overall great, one flaw though These pants are great. They fit well, are super comfortable, they stretch, look good with a button down or as casual pants. The one flaw is that the inside of the pants sometimes catch on to my leg hair for some reason so I have to pull on the pant. This happens probably about a dozen times throughout the day, maybe more. I have other Columbia pants that don't do this so it must be the material on the inside. Other than that, everything else is good! November 28, 2011
The best of the bunch. Bought five different styles and far and away my favorite of them all. The smooth, stretchy fabric fits me to a tee. At over 6' tall and 170# these are too nice to want to wear trekking.These are great travel pants! I want to wear them everywhere. Wish I had more of these to wear at work and out and about. Good pant, has pilling issue These pants look good, fit well, are unbelievably comfortable. There is one issue. I have washed them twice and there is a good amount of pilling all over the pant. If you are using these as hiking pants, no big deal, but if you are looking for a nice casual pant be aware. March 24, 2011
peeling problems I enjoy this pant, its comfortable, water resistant. however i have noticed that it has started to peel in between the thighs, from rubbing on my bike seat as i ride... wish it has a different material between the thighs March 13, 2011
