Awesome Look - Sleeves Too Tight I have and love 5 Columbia Jackets (2 Rain, 2 Fleece, Ascender). They're all 4xt, so I'm trying to compare apples with apples.The Good...The jacket looks and feels awesome!I love the wool-like feel, and I love the inside layer for heat retention.Excellent construction quality, this thing is going to last!The Bad...The sleeves, from the elbows to the wrists, are super tight. When I first wore the jacket I was unable to bend my arms at the elbows to reach my seatbelt without pain.I've had to cut the inside seem just so my arms don't go to sleep and it's still tight, too tight to wear a long sleeve shirt.The sleeves are also about a quarter to a half-inch longer than my other jackets, which just doesn't "feel" right, since I'm used to the other jackets.I would HIGHLY recommend trying this jacket on before buying.I still wear this jacket, but only because I haven't found a replacement for this warmth level. LOVE THIS COAT! Had to get this for my 6 foot 5, 17 year old son, ther are no coats out there that fit his arms, NONE, and was so happy to see that columbia carried coats in XT, amazing coat, will buy from again! December 12, 2012

How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
