Best I've found so far I wore these during a recent job at about 7,000 feet of elevation in the rain forest of Papua New Guinea. They got put through the wringer and still kept the rain out. They're breathability is pretty good, but you're still going to sweat during aerobic activity. I'd love it if Columbia put some cargo pockets on the legs - or something besides the hand warmer pockets. Overall they worked pretty good even when covered with mud. They run large so consider buying the next smaller size. May 14, 2012

How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
