Great shirt - runs large Great shirt - good ventilation, roomy for easy movement. The fabric is a bit heavier/ thougher then the regular Columbia polo shirts. Definitely run a bit large like most of the PFG product do. June 16, 2013
Great shirt Like others have said this polo runs large. Normally a XL I ordered 2 shirts in L. Both fit perfectly. These are my first Columbia polo shirts and based on my initial review I will be ordering more. As a semi pro photographer I need freedom of motion and a shirt that does not get soaking wet during the hot Arkansas summers. I have tried other dry fit type shirts, but they were either too hot or too thin. I wash these on delicate w/ cold water and dry briefly on low heat then hang. The collars lay flat and don't curl after drying. June 1, 2013
Beautiful Color and Function, But Way Too Big I love the color, styling, and material, but the sizing chart was way off. I had to return it for a medium, and hope it is not too large. June 1, 2013
Love these shirts I love the way these fit, usually Columbia shirts fit small but these are perfect. they keep me cool even when wearing the black in the sun. I bought it in navy and black, I will be buying more colors for sure. May 13, 2013

One of the best Polo shirts out there! - These shirts rock!. The fit is great; I am 6'0 & 255 with big shoulders and the XL is probably the largest XL shirt i have ever tried. The fit is great and it moves very well in the shoulder area, no matter what you are doing. I'm hoping that these shirts will keep me cool as i'm going about my days work here in the 120+ degrees temperatures.I will be sure to follow up in a month or two saying how well these have held up under such hot conditions. Men's Perfect Cast Polo Perfect for Florida summers; keeps you cool. Great for fishing as sleeves allow for great arm movement. These run a little large! We love these shirts... overall quality and comfort is terrific!My son is a true large, sometimes even going to an extra-large and he ended up getting the MEDIUM in these shirts after trying one on. The large looked too full on him which was not flattering. He is around 6' and 215 and the medium fit great. I'd suggest moving down a size. January 11, 2013

Good material I like the three button front and the weave, color, ect. I do not like the back and the "vents". I wish it didn't have the flap over the back shoulders. Nor, do I like the triangle "target" in the middle of the back.I wish I would have realized it and I would have ordered the NEW UTILIZER versus the perfect cast.My suggestion: increase the color selection of the NEW UTILIZER polos and offer more selection with that more traditional style.I also wanted the PERFECT SHOT in black Large but they didn't have. That was my orignal choice. When it was out, I looked for a different black polo thinking I just wanted a plain black polo. January 7, 2013

Cool, lightweight easy to move in I'm 6'2" @265lbs and typically run into fitment issues with polo shirts. The Perfect Cast polo is cut to accomodate movement and the fabric is light and roomy, doesn't crimp around shoulder blades or underarms. Throw it in the wash and dryer, comes out wrinkle-free! Fits a little larger than standard XL. Highly recommended! November 11, 2012

Runs very big... Bought two of these and am giving them away. The I bought was small but did not fit someone who usually wears a large. The sleeves are like wings and width is way too wide. I for sure do not recommend this unless you need three times the amount of room. September 22, 2012

Wonderful Feel The first thing I felt when putting on the shirt was the lightness and the soft supple feel of the fabric. love them My husband has 8 of these shirts! We live in a hot dry area and he wears them almost every day. They wash beautifully, and have worn very well. I just bought 3 new colors, couldn't be happier. They do run a bit larger than a regular polo shirt. We just buy a size smaller. Hope they don't change the style or dicontinue them any time soon. Snags Too Easily I am a huge fan of Columbia's line of polos. I already own a closet-full. The perfect cast, first, runs MASSIVE, not loose. I wear a 2XL Utilizer and wear a Large in the Perfect Cast.That is not a big issue. My issue is with the way that the fabric of the shirt snags. I put on a brand new Perfect Cast and wore it for one-day of lounging. At the end of the day, I had no less than 5 snags in the shirt. I can imagine getting this shirt anyuwhere near a fishhook.Again, I love Columbia products, byt I wish they would remove this fabric from their line. July 19, 2012

The perfect cast polos have worked very well for me I tried two of these shirts a little over a year ago, They were comfortable, were excellent hot weather shirts, and only required hanging up after washing (wrinkle free) so I purchased three more two months later. I found that I was wearing these shirts more than any other polos in my closet which explains my recent order. June 25, 2012

Great shirt I found one of these shirts at a resale shop. My husband loved it and asked me to order him a couple more from Columbia. The new ones are pretty pricey but excellent quality. Great shirt My husband got one of these for his birthday from our son and daughter in law. After he wore it the first time he asked me to get him more. We live in Phoenix so he is always looking for fabric does not stick to you. I did not even put it in the dryer. Nice shirts, but somewhat disappointed.... I bought two of these shirts online, thinking with the word "polo" in the description, they would be good business casual wear. I intended to wear them at work. However, the vented back and especially the large triangular "Professional Fishing Gear" logo on the back, neither of which was apparent from the online picture and description, make them, in my opinion, unsuitable for an office environment. The fit and overall quality of these shirts are excellent, but their usefulness is limited to vacation or other leisure time. May 25, 2012

How to measure
- Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
