Men’s Spruce Cruiser™ Parka 4.5 5 10 10
Nice jacket Very good investment. The liner jacket is extremely warm and comfortable... I'm a taller, lanky guy, but it fits very well... Not all that bulky like my old Northface shell.I like the length of the outer shell... Colors are pretty cool as well. The internal membrane - OmiTech seems like it's everything that the advertisements say it is... Light and very warm.As some other reviews have read - the hood of the liner not staying secure to the shell is pretty noticeable... no big deal if you have hood down, however.Overall a heck of a jacket for the cost - and it doesn't have the annoying Northface logo! Here's hoping Columbia continues to catch up to the other guys. March 7, 2012
good It is an excellent jacket. Multi-function and warm. I like it very much, even though it is a little large for me~~ March 7, 2012
Solid winter parka I'm only a few weeks into ownership, but love the jacket. It's fairly heavy, so not what I'd wear for active winter sports. But it's just what I wanted for everyday use to keep me warm & protected from the elements. I'd certainly recommend this jacket. March 7, 2012
Men's Spruce Cruiser Parka The jacket itself was great but the pattern on it was not at all what it looked like online. I would not have ordered it if I would have seen it better. So nothing wrong with the jacket just the look was not what it seemed online. February 23, 2012
awesome I need this coat for winter because i don't have a car to stay warm in and also it get really cold here to February 11, 2012
Great for Snow Sports I just bought the Spruce Cruiser for a snowboarding trip to Italy. I used the liner for a street jacket and was plenty warm. I used the shell on the slopes and it was perfect, not too hot and not too cold. When the temps dropped I added the liner. I had to open the jacket up some because it was a little too warm, but that's a good problem. I wish the jacket had a wrist/thumb sleeve like some of the other Columbia jackets though. And if the hoods could attach that would have been nice too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my jacket- it looked cool and worked well. I definitely recommend it. January 6, 2012
I really like this coat except..... It is really awesome. I love the stout color and I really like the green accents it looks really nice and streamlined. My only complaint is that while the hood of the coat is detachable there is a hood on the liner that isn't detachable. So if you have the coat you have tuck the liner hood in the coat or something like that.....it is a little wierd!!!! Other than that I love the coat haven't gone snowboarding with it yet but I am totally sure it is going to be awesome!!!! STUPID HOOD!!!! December 21, 2011
Excellent, Warm, Awesome I haven't had this coat long, but I have used it in about 20-25F temperatures with 20 mph winds and blowing snow. I was extremely toasty in my Spruce Cruiser. I had a thin sweater on at the time and I was a little sweaty after shoveling some snow. I would have been fine with just a t-shirt on underneath the parka. The only minor annoyance that I have with the Spruce Cruiser is that there is no clip/tie in for the outer shell hood to the inner liner hood. For the most part, they usually stick together for me when I pull the hood over my head. So this isn't enough of an issue for me to take off from the 5 star rating. November 19, 2011
just what I was looking for. This is exactly what I was looking for in a coat. The inner jacket is super comfortable and warm! The shell doesn't feel like it adds much restriction either. I highly recommend. November 13, 2011
GREAT! Warm and Versatile Runs true to size, allows for layering; works well with my other interchange fleece if the reflective inside jacket heats up too much.I picked it up for cold rainy days in Vermont, taking off the shell for cold dry days; plan to use it for ski trips anywhere north of florida.Only draw back, I got an early edition that wasn't color true to online photos :( I'm young and wanted the pop of the sunflower yellow and blue on stout, but got brown logo on stout with mustard zipper outlining. still get compliments on it though :D October 11, 2011
