Excellent shirt I have a lawn service in the South so I was looking for a shirt that not only protected me from the sun but kept me cool as well. The shirt is lighter than cotton and the material quickly cools when wet. Although the material is lightweight, it completely protects me from the suns rays and I don't have to worry about sun damage on my arms. I am going to buy several more and would love to be able to have my company's logo added to the shirt as well. May 15, 2013

Redfish Strip Shirt Love the shirt, its 50spf, light and easy to care for. The service from Columbian was exemplary. Arrived quickly. I purchased a black and white shirt, both large. The black fit perfectly at about 24" at the chest. The white was way to big, measuring 26+" at the chest. I returned the white shirt with no problems. February 6, 2013

Always a good buy! The only thing I can say that is a con about this is it does run big. I'm usually a sure fire medium but I had to exchange for a small in these tops. Cooling/wicking fabric and SPF factor are awesome and being in the boating/fishing industry in FL, I can say they are worth every penny. December 31, 2012

Good layer Nice color..got the light blue. Basic layering shirt which was the purpose. Only complaint would be that the screen print on the arm was stuck to itself. Had to peel it apart. Hopefully will not be an issue after washing. December 29, 2012
Style and Comfort This is my third Terminal Tackle long sleeve shirt, and let me tell you, boy are they comfortable. I can wear them all day on the water as they are lightweight and dry quickly. After the day is done, I'll put on a clean Terminal Tackle shirt and head out to the local watering hole on the coast and look the part. It gives me a Kliff Kingsbury swagger as I walk in. keep cool and look good too i love these shirts. very good for those days when the sun is just baking you. they actually help keep cooler in the sun and just a small breeze or any movement will cool you down. the graphics on the sleeve are sharp looking although i personally believe they should go the other way. that way if you are holding a fish for a picture, the graphics are readable ! a goofy point but still valid to me . i usually wear a 2x but these shirts fit me fine in a 1x so they run a little large. Great shirt, poor fit Great shirt. Keeps you cool, dry and out of the sun while looking great. Extremely disappointed with the fit though, I ordered a medium and found it to be much too big. My next order was for a small and I found that to be even bigger! I planned on buying this shirt in several of the different colors but I can't afford to keep buying shirts that don't fit right.Fitment issues aside, this would be a great shirt for those hot and sunny days on the water. One of my favorite shirts This is a very comfortable shirt. I wear this shirt with shorts in temperatures from 65-85. They also look nice with a pair of jeans. They do fit large. I usually wear an XL but with this shirt the L is perfect. Seems to be very well made and I love the color options. December 19, 2012
Don't let the price fool you This is an excellent shirt for those blistering summer days. I wore mine all summer long and it kept me cooler than if I had no shirt on at all! The only downfall is you need to get something to cover your neck as there is no protection there. Add in a wide brim hat and your upper body is sun free! December 17, 2012

they run large Very nice shirt but it runs large, I have a similar one short sleeve on large that fits well so I figure I order this one on large but it was big. Shirt is the real deal! I spend a lot of time out on the water and in the hot Florida sun, I am in the process of replacing most of my shirts with this shirt. It is a great shirt for fishing, I will spend 8 hours on the water, sweat through it 5-6 times and still be dry right away. Now I wear them when doing yardwork, moving, exercising and anything else that would cause me to sweat. Dries so fast! My only con is that they can stain easily and that they run a little large. Great Fishing and Running Shirt! Ive worn these fishing in the Keys as well as Boston Harbor. Ive even taken them out for a run. They are loose fitting, extremely comfortable, and look great. Exceeded my expectations I purchased Terminal Tackle shirts to use on a week long musky fishing trip to Lake of the Woods in Canada. We fished 12+ hours every day in sunny and 80+ degree weather. The shirts exceeded my expectations in all aspects especially the 50 UPF. The only note that I have is the medium shirts fit like a large. Of course I would rather have a shirt fit too big than too small! July 29, 2012
Its Almost Cooler Than Going Shirtless I bought three having experienced the PFC 30 SPF. The more SPF the better. Being outdoorsy and fair skin does not mix well. Always hated the greasy feeling of sun screen. This shirt gives you prolonged protection (no need for reapplying after 2 hours). I’ve worn these shirts in 100+ degree weather and never felt cooler….If you like the loose feel go with your size but recommend going a size smaller for a normal fit July 23, 2012
No sunburn!!! Used this shirt for my two day trip to Lake Michigan. 95 degrees with no wind and I stayed cool enough. Also didn't get sunburned at all. Only bummer is the collar soaked up some of the sunscreen I put on my neck and is now a cream/yellow color. So be careful!!! Otherwise I love it. I now have been using it on my road biking trips. I've bought 3 I use this shirt when I go fishing mostly and it works perfectly. Very comfortable, wicks moisture away, and dries fast. The shirt runs rather large so unless you like your shirts very baggy go at least one size down. I normally wear a medium and had to buy the small in this shirt. Size size size I"m am not sure why the white colored shirt are way larger than the size large shirts of color. But I believe the white shirts are about two sizes to large but other than that they are some of the best shirt for fishing that Columbia has ever made. June 12, 2012

Great Fishing/Hiking Shirt My Terminal Tackle shirts are worn hard...and they keep on ticking. The fabric dries very quickly and fits loosely. Since it fits a little large, you could even fit an insulated layer underneath to wear year round. However, the shirt is light enough to wear all summer. They also do a great job of keeping the sun and bugs off of me. I hadn't tried the long-sleeve polyester shirts for fishing until this year and now I won't ever go back. June 7, 2012

Keeps me cool and keeps the sun off my back! I have a couple of the Terminal Tackle Long Sleeve shirts. I spend a lot of time on the water Sailing. In the Pacific Northwest our summer days are very long. As I'm pretty fair skinned and these shirts with SPF50 rating are perfect. The keep the sun off my and I don't have to wear sunscreen all over my body. The shirts also do a great job of wicking moisture away.A big warning about the shirts, get a size smaller than you usually wear. They run a full size bigger. I wear a XL and I bought a Large and it's still a bit on the big size.Overall I've very happy with this shirt. May 20, 2012
Great shirt If you spend time fishing in the direct sun and dont want to get burned, this is the shirt for you. I use these while fly fishing for carp and these shirts keep me nice and cool. If you use this shirty along with a broad brimmed hat and a Buff, you are set as far and sun protection goes.Frankly, i was really surprised at just how cool i was in a long sleeve shirt in the direct blazing sun. Even the slightest breeze gets through the fabric. I will always wear a shirt similar to this or the other PFG fishing shirts if i am spending time fishing in the direct sun. May 17, 2012

L is an actual XL; way too big Way too large for the suggested size that the measurement chart pointed to use. I was told that the fishing shirt run an extra size larger than normal due to your design to allow more movement, but I would argue that such a larger size would make it clumsier to move. I am a large, but your medium size is a much better fit. Next time, please advise that the size runs larger than proposed, or propose the correct sizing chart for the product. How to measure
- Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
