Blood and Guts review Really like the shirt, has a nice pattern in the material. Breaths great very comfortable, only knock on the garment is if roll the sleeves to be 3/4 length, the cuffs are loose and the sleeve wants to unroll, if you give the cuff a 3rd flip then the tab to hold the sleeve rolled to short sleeve length slightly is exposed. At full short sleeve it looks great. Wife says only thing missing is a pith helmet. February 21, 2012

is the fit right? I bought this product for the intended purpose of hunting. The sage Color blends in perfecting here in Colorado, and the vented back works great for letting your perspiration out, but the long sleeves keep you warm in the brisk mornings or evening, which we tend to have. The generous pockets allow you to store items easily weather hunting or fishing. The issue I find is the AMPLE Gut space, or the Short sleeves. The Medium fit well (i'm 6'2" 200 lbs) or a bit fitted, but the sleeves were awkwardly short, while the Large fits GREAT on the shoulders and arm lengths, but begs to find an extra 30/40 lbs around the waist. Great Fishing Shirt I wear this shirt on all-day fishing trips and it stays comfortable all day. It is a lot lighter than other fishing shirts so it doesn't drag on you. By the end of the day I'm as comfortable as I was at the start. I like the taper as well, it's not baggy at the waste. The pocket snaps are an improvement over velcro closures; so much easier to get into the pocket with one hand, and quieter too. June 22, 2011

Mosquitoes and No Seeum's It's great to start my day with a shirt that is light and protects me from No see-um's and mosquitoes. Later when it gets hot, I can adjust it into short sleeve. April 5, 2011
Great shirt Had mine for a year now. I love it on a hot day, though on the really hot days I have to go without an undershirt. Does great to keep the sun off you and protect against stains from fishing. Would definitely recommend. March 29, 2011
1st testing looks encouraging having received this new shirt in the last 2 weeks, I had an opportunity to break itout while inshore fishing last week in Charleston. At first I was a little leary of a couple of things with the new shirt. Does it really repel stains from my everyday services as a fishing charter guied? Second, after wearing the Columbia Bonehead shirts for years it appeared the fabric of this new model shirt was stiffer anw wtith less breathability. On the stain repel factor the shirt performed much better than my expectations. After caching and releasing over 140 fish in 2 days, the shirt was definetly more than grimey! Although there was no blood involved wioth it this time the shirt looked as good as new after going through a normal laundry cycle! I am impressed. The real test on the stain factor will come as I get into other species fishing that will involve an increased level of grime and blood. March 23, 2011
Blood 'N Guts 1 I loved this product the moment i saw it. I tried it on and i like the way it fit for the most part. It fit a hair big around the chest area. Overall this is a great shirt. It is light, airy and very comfortable. I would recommend this shirt to anyone. October 13, 2010

the real deal fish blood will come out of the shirt, just as columbia says. after gaffing three tuna i was covered in the tunas' mess. i rinsed it off with water at the dock. it all came out. i did not have to scrub or run it through the washing machine. it all came out with tap water. Not all that I hoped for As this is a new shirt out, the last post was not accurate. Go with the Titanium for 30$. May have been a defect or maybe Tuna blood is just too strong for it. Not a big fan of all the loops either -go simple. As a charter guide, I expected more. January 19, 2010
