Just a shell After reading the SINGLE review on this, it mentions extreme cold temperatures, so I thought it would be great! However! This is INTERCHANGE COMPATIBLE, it does not come with a liner. The liner is extra, almost doubling the cost. This coat is actually not warm at all without it, so stick with the standard Bugaboo Interchange, even if you really like the style of these Kustom's. Save some money. February 6, 2013

This product has all of the features we were looking for, is very stylish and Columbia Omni Tech is top grade. We are going to a destination that is 1000 miles north of the Arctic Circle (only 600 miles from the North Pole) and we were told to have shells that are 100% water proof and 100% windproof.Columbia Omni Tech is one of the few products that we trust (having purchased it in the past). How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
