Product snags too easily I bought the large and it fit very well (6'3" 190lbs). Very comfortable to wear however the fabric snags and then you end up with those pulled strings. Had to send back. September 19, 2012

Poor fit I always go with Large for Columbia as being 6'1" and 175lbs this is typically the best fit. But this top is just too baggy and loose for the intended use, leading to chaffing. I ordered other technical tops in the same size at the same time and they fit perfectly. Shame as it appears to be of good quality. Also, the picture in the catalogue shows all black, but when arriving it had a lime green reflective zipper. June 15, 2012

this product has features I require for winter outdoor jogging Size is just right not too tight or loose. Material wicks moisture without the feeling of coolness. Just right for cold winter use.Material seems very durable/ I like the small pocket in the upper left shoulder area for my I pod.It's a little pricey but quality is the usual Columbia high standard. So-So I bought this for my husband and was really disappointed in the quality and the large looked about a 3x large. It was so thin it wouldn't really be a good running shirt as it would flap around. I sent it back. January 5, 2012

How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
