A sturdy and comfortable wool blend sock A nice cushion for feet, washes well, with only minor pilling of fabric and holds shape better than the other leading wool brand. Amazing moisture wicking and incredibly soft Even though these socks are expensive they are amazingly sock and comfortible. Not only that but my feet stayed pretty dry the entire time I had them on. I originally only bought 1 pair but liked them so much I bought 5 more pair. November 16, 2011

Columbia Hiker socks I purchased both the "lite" and "medium hikers" I use the "lites" for dress wear. Best ever! I do wish there was an easy way to distinguish between the two different weights after laundering. Please lable them. Thank you. April 8, 2011

PERFECT FOR OFF-ROAD ADVENTURES These could be about the best socks I have ever owned, and I have been on a mission the past 7 - 8 years to find the best pair of socks out there (I'm not going to pay $40 for a pair of socks though). I have tried all of the competitors. I have worn all of them while hiking, camping, around the house, through adventure races and much more. Overall, tese socks are the winners.
