Fantastic Jacket!! It's unbelievable how light this jacket is AND how warm it is. It also packs away to nothing. Definately a great jacket by itself as well as under a shell. If you need a warm jacket for backpacking that dissapears in your pack, this is the jacket. One thing, for me this jacket runs small. I wear a large and i had to get an XL for this jacket. Not as pictured The picture shows that it is a Titanium jacket, the one I got wasn't. The picture also shows the colar with a grey collar, mine was black. The picture shows a zippered inner pocket. Mine didn't have one. I can't believe they are still showing these photos even after I complained. Plus, the jacket fits funny and it appears poorly made...overall, very disappointed in this jacket and Columbia March 11, 2012
Great Coat! Been using this coat for about 6 months now and overall I am very impressed. Extremely warm for the weight of the coat. Throw a fleece under it and you are good for those super cold winter days. March 2, 2012
The perfect jacket for changing weather conditions... In Colorado, weather conditions can change quickly from warm and sunny, to cold, wind and snow. This jacket is perfect for these changing conditions, allowing layering with my Columbia windbreaker. The Peak Down Jacket provides the warmth I need in cold conditions, yet is light and packs easily and compactly into my backpack when the sun comes out. The quality of the jacket is excellent and I particularly appreciate the knitted sleeve around my wrist that seals out the wind and works perfectly with my gloves. I highly recommend this jacket. It's a good down jacket but fits wierd It's a very good quality down jacket. Its lightweight, very warm etc. A lot of other down jackets at this price range are of a similar build quality.I like this one compared to some other others I saw because it has a soft lining around the neck (which others jackets didn't have).The fit is a bit on the snug side. Depending on brands I'm sometimes a medium, sometimes a large. This one I was definitely a large.I have another Columbia jacket where the large is too big for me. Not sure what's up with Columbia's sizing.I've had it a week and all in all it's proven to be a good, functional jacket that keeps me very warm in about 32F temps. January 12, 2012
Omni heat products Everyone should be issued an omni-heat jacket at birth! This is the third one I have bought, one for a gift and I can't say enough good things. I live in Santa Fe NM and it gets cold in the winter, very cold. My jacket still looks new, it's light weight and timeless. What more could you ask for in a jacket! Oh yeah, and it sheds all dog hair! It's a winner. January 9, 2012
Very Warm, Nice Fit, Wrong Description This Jacket fits great and looks great. I am very disappointed that it does not have an interior zip pocket like the picture shows. The "features" section also states "Interior security and zip-closed hand pockets". The description states "Featuring snaps instead of zippers on the pocket closures to help keep the pounds down". This is not what I received. They are zippered. Poor descriptions for which is otherwise a great coat. I miss the interior security pocket. December 28, 2011

Just right in every way I bought this jacket for my son who is a senior in high school. He needed something super warm to walk from his long distant parking space to school, but not bulky so that it could fit into the super thin lockers. He LOVES it!!! He loves the silver heat lining and the comfort. I feel like I scored big buying this for a somewhat fussy teen. November 9, 2011

Pictures are NOT Accurate I ordered this jacket with the expectation that the product I was receiving was the one that was pictured and described. However the inside of the jacket does not look like the one pictured. There is NO interior zipped pocket. Jacket overall was ok, but not what I wanted or thought I was ordering October 24, 2011

Nice Mid-Weight Down Jacket I liked the thought of this jacket so I picked it up. Considering it is mid-lightweight down jacket this thing keeps you super warm! Looks great, the fit is excellent (I am 6'3" 185lbs), and there is no down shed like in some other light weight jackets. October 3, 2011
