Super Warm! I bought this jacket for rainy soccer days (West Coast winter soccer) and standing at my son's school for pickup at the end of the day during the winter months. It is unbelievably warm and cozy. I wore it in the pouring rain and it was completely dry inside even after 20 minutes. I do think it runs a bit large and that I look a little "overwhelmed" by it. I'm 5'4, 117 lbs and bought a small, assuming I'd be layering underneath. I realize now that I could have bought an XS as you don't need much underneath and it would fit a bit snugger at the waist (which sits a bit loose on me). Great jacket! March 26, 2012
AMAZINGLY Warm and comfortable!! Customer service was amazingly helpful!! The quality of the product is phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I bought an omni heat jacket from my boyfriend because he is outside frequently for his job. He could not stop telling (bragging) to me how warm it was and I should buy one and if I don't like it I can always return. Well, I bought it and NOT returning it!! They no longer had my size on columbia.com and when I contacted customer service they were amazing! They found my jacket for me on sister sites and sent me the links. I live on Long Island where it usually in single digits! I am SO warm!!!!!!!! I work in the city so I wanted the long length for extra warmth...there is a draw string at the bottom of the jacket to insulate you more to your specific needs. I bought an XS, I am a petite 5'2, 108lbs, my waist is 23 so there is a lot of give around the waist but I am use to that. It does not bother me though and does not look bad. No need for heavy layers underneath...a long sleeve shirt or a light fleece is more than enough!It is VERY light weight as well! Very comfortable. Not bulky or stiff. The pockets are sooo warm too! Do not be hesitant to buy! Worth the money! The longevity of the jacket will over compensate the cost. I wish I bought this sooner! March 11, 2012
gorgeous lightweight warm coat The color is a bit odd on this one. I bought eclipse blue but it's really purple. I ended up giving it as a gift to my niece who lives in Alaska and was visiting me. She normally wears a size 10 but the Large fits her well. The length is good- below knee and it's very warm although it weighs very little and you can stash it in a suitcase or car trunk in no time.
