Great jacket This is one of my favorite purchases this season. I have worn this jacket to cross country ski, hike and run in temps ranging from 0 to 40 degrees and it has kept my body at an even, comfortable temperature. I love how it is fitted and not bulky. The extra piece of material at the end of the sleeves fits over gloves or can be tucked inside a glove or mitten. February 7, 2012
The Jacket does what suppose to do. The Jacket is warm ,keeps the heat in ,wind off and Looks good ,love the fit. Delivery was fast. One problem was the pocket zipper on one side came apart. January 7, 2012
Sizing and Shipping Disappointment I can't really speak to the quality of this product as it was too small and I never got to try it out...although I generally really like my other columbia products. What I found disappointing was that I followed the sizing charts on the website and took my measurements to ensure a good fit...so when I got it I was surprised that the fit wasn't just a little small...it was A LOT small. Second disappointment was that I paid for expedited shipping because I was sure that by following Columbia's own size charts that I was getting exactly what I needed, so when I didn't I had to pay to ship it back. I ended up with a Northface shoftshell from another online retailer....I got free shipping and free returns. Bummed...I really wanted to try out omni-heat. December 30, 2011
Great jacket I am very pleased with this jacket. I did read before buying it that it was running a bit small so I ordered large in stead of medium and was very glad I did. It's a fitted jacket and is very figure flattering. It's warm and I use it to power walk. It's actually a great anytime jacket. Love it! Great quality too. December 30, 2011
Titanium Heat Treat with Omni-heat I gave this jacket as a gift and had every confidence it would be an outstanding product. Idon't know if my girlfriend is a one of a kind who doesn't produce body heat (unlikely), but she put the jacket on inside a house that is 68 F and found herself chilled everytime her skin touched the inside of that jacket. Some people rave about how amazing it is and I hope it works well for them. I returned the jacket and I am awaiting a refund. A little dissapointed because I have always been a fan of Columbia products. This jacket costs too much to not work. December 29, 2011
Waaay Too Small This jacket does not match the sizes advertised. The jacket order (small) was for my wife who is 5'3" and 115 lbs. The jacket was too small and the arms too long. What a big disappointment it was when she tried it on Christmas Day!!! Now I have to send it back and pay shipping fees. Originally, shipping was free. December 26, 2011
OmniHeat wins again As other have stated, my only issue with this jacket is that it is cut extremely snug despite the fact that I ordered an extra large to accomodate layering and still allowing for unrestricted movement but the sleeve length is perfect for my unusually long arms. The snug fit does prohibit multi-layering which I do prefer as I reside in a very cold and windy place. The best feature is the Omni-Heat lining which really does perform without the additional bulk of other types of insulated outdoor wear. The jacket has excellent construction and is finished very well. Despite the fact of the slimmer fit, I am keeping this jacket. If you order, order up a size or two. December 22, 2011

Wish it had fit! I've a 44 inch bust, and the XL sized jacket felt much too snug around my chest - and sadly it also seemed to flare an extraordinary amount at the hip. Since I purchased to fit my bust, the sleeves were also a bit on the long side. Unfortunately, since I can't comfortably layer under this jacket, I've returned it.If it had fit, I would have looked forward to wearing it out and about town and on dayhikes.The fabric of the jacket was quite stretchy (unexpected) - and didn't feel like other softshells I'm accustomed to - not bad, just different. Overall Great Jacket I love this jacket. It's warm without feeling bulky, and it looks great on. I ordered one in my normal Columbia size, but it was super tight everywhere, especially the sleeves and cuffs. I liked the style, feel and warmth of the coat enough to give it a second go and ordered a size up. It's still pretty snug through the sleeves and cuffs, but fits beautifully everywhere else. It is cut nicely for curves and feels and looks very feminine.The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the fit through the sleeve. December 16, 2011
Stylish but not warm enough This jacket is stylish as I expected. But I was a little disappointed that it wasn't warm enough. I bought it because reviewers said was warm so I thought it'd be perfect for a Texas weather. I tried to layer up for the cold winds around here but the fit is slightly small so I can't do much of that.But overall its a good jacket if its not too cold and windy. November 29, 2011

Love it!!! This jacket is problably the best I have ever owned. The omni-heat works wonders on its own! It keeps the heat in while keeping cold and almost all the wind out. And I never have to worry about getting too hot because it releases excess heat. Not only does it work, but it looks cool too! The fit is even better than the pictures. It is cut for curves and looks fantastic! And for us tall women, the sleeves are plenty long. My arms are just slightly too long for the thumb holes but I am just happy to have sleeves that reach my wrists! Another bonus, is there is a nice fabric piece over the top of the zipper so I never zip my chin into the zipper.The only thing I have run into is the fabric is a little rough on the inside of the elbows. I can't keep my arms bent for a long time without the skin getting irritated. But, nothing that a long sleeved shirt doesn't fix! I simply love it! November 4, 2011

Great Jacket I love the red color and the fit is perfect. I'm 5'5 and 120 and have a 32in bust. I sized up and went with a small, as I wanted to be able to wear thicker shirts underneath. I agree with the other reviewer on the site that the material is slightly spongy and odd. I'm not sure how it will handle in wet weather, but hope it holds up. The only complaint I have is that the thumb holes are about 1/2 inch to short for me and dig into my thumbs when I wear them. I do have very long arms so this tends to be the norm for me. If you have a normal ape index than I bet they will be perfect for you.Overall, great jacket and warm. October 26, 2011
My Favorite Jacket This is the best jacket I have ever owned! I just moved up to Alaska from Oregon and this has been my life-saver! I can layer underneath and the omni-heat still works. It breathes well and moves with your body. It is light but stays warm. The thumb holes are great to keep your hands and wrists warm. The arms are just the right length and the length runs a little longer so its perfect for my long torso. If you are looking for a great winter jacket to run or work out in, or just for every day use, this is the perfect jacket! October 21, 2011
The many good things about this jacket I ordered a size small and it fit me just right, but besides my own personal fit, the jacket itself has a nice fit. The material has enough give that it will not feel tight (unless a size too small) or restricting. The material was the only surprise that I had after ordering it online. I would describe it as a spongy like material on the outside, which isn't bad but I wasn't expecting it to be as porous as it is for a softshell jacket. I'm sure it has a good purpose for the jacket's functions regarding rain and temperature. I expected it would be more "slippery" on the outside. But regardless, it is really nice because it is sporty yet classy. The heat regulation on the inside seems to be effective because I have been able to stay warm without wearing a ton of layers of clothing in this typical fall weather.
