Perfect!!! Last year I fell victim to the "sheep like" popularity of "the other brand." I broke down and bought TNF fleece. I had to see what the fuss was.Needless to say, I still can't figure it out. The sleeves were too short(I'm 5'9", 130lbs), and the fit was boxy???To be fair I have long arms, and a long torso,and maybe my expectations were set to high.....Now Columbia....This jacket/sweatshirt by Columbia, delivered....and then some. It's warm, comfortable, the sleeves actually cover my wrists, and the fit is attractive. It's unbelievably soft. I have this in the metal color, and in Sea salt(both nice colors). I bought the medium for a closer fit, and the large for layering.Both fits are true to size. I would say they have a "junior"fit. The arms are narrow, which some might not like, but I have smaller arms, so it's nice not having extra bulk, when I'm trying to move around. They both have lasted well, through multiple washes.This coat is beautiful. If you are looking for high quality comfort...I highly recommend this jacket. It's perfect for climate in upstate New York, year round(you will need to layer for winters). It's comfortable enough to wear around the house if you get a chill. I also have the Pearl Plush 2 Fleece(without the hood), and the fit is similar, and just as comfortable. I look forward to the hood-less jacket for cool summer nights. Great Buy! This jacket was better than I had expected. The materials were great. The hood is a good size, the sleeves long enough(I have longer arms). It is a great jacket for spring weather. Wind doesn't go though it much. It was super soft when I got it but after the first wash it wasn't as soft anymore. All in all it's a great jacket! March 21, 2012

Runs Small When I ordered the product, I read reviews that it ran small, but I figured I'd try it out anyways. Well, turns out it does run small...smaller than I expected it to. I have broad shoulders but normally an XL would fit me, and this jacket was small in both shoulder width and arm circumference. Length was fine and the torso fit fine, just the shoulder and arms were very small for an XL. February 6, 2012
i <3 this hoodie. I really do love this sweatshirt. I'm actually wearing it right now, and I would never take it off except that the color is ALOT whiter then in the pictures. I order the sea salt one, and i really do love white, but its hard to use the thumb holes, (which i was sooo excited for) because the white gets dirty so fast. In the picture, it looks more off white, like with some brownish tints in it to me, i was a little disapointed with that because i have to wash it more then normal because of the ends of the sleeves. However, if you get any other color it would be the most loved hoodie ever. Its not just the color but the fuzzy material isn't covering the sweatshirt, on the ends and sides its almost like spandex and thats the part that gets dirty so fast.However, I will most likely order the black one in the near future because its warm and extremely comfortable, I wish I never had to take it off.It's true to size, i got a medium so i could wear some shirts underneath it. Great jacket I love this jacket. It's SO soft and cozy, but during our windy season I definitely need to wear a long sleeve thermal of some sort under this jacket. I was able to feel the wind right through it, but then again it was 40mph winds and 55 degrees out.This jacket DOES run true to size. I bought a large with the mindset that I'd be able to layer under it, and layer I can! I am 5'4 and 130lbs and I bought a large. Even with layers on it's still slightly baggy on me... I almost with I had gone with a medium. But I tend to wear my clothes a little baggier anyway and I honestly don't want to go without it long enough for the exchange process! Beautiful but small This was for my 12yr old daughter. She is tall and plays a lot of sports. I bought her a medium adult and it was skin tight on her arms. The jacket is so soft and she loved it but we sent it back for a bigger size. January 6, 2012
17 year-old daughter loves this hoodie My daughter needed something warm enough for mild New England winter days. She's been wearing it since Christmas in temperatures as cold as 25 for short periods of time outdoors (like to and from the car, etc). Coziest Hoodie I Own I love this plush hoodie. The fabric around the sleeves and waist are snug and make it feel even warmer. The picture doesn't really show just how cute the layered look is. Super soft and comfy! After reading many of the reveiws, I decided to purchase this coat in the cream color. Many reviews rated it as fitting slightly small, so I ended up ordering one size up just so I could layer underneath, and in my opinion the product is "true to size". I usually wear a Small and ended up ordering a Medium, but it fits me the way Mediums usually do, just a little big. Not a huge problem, but I probably could've gotten by with the Small. Cheap Material This fleece looks really thick and warm on the website, but, when I got it, I was dissappointed at how thin it was. I was also dissappointed with the polyester material along the side of the fleece and down the sleeves. Please clarify what "XS" really is For a petite woman, it is frustrating that the definition of "XS" has gotten so broad and is particular to each brand. With the couple of 'outdoor' clothing companies that I like--Columbia, Patagonia and REI--the only one of those three whose "XS" is really an "XS" is REI.For this Plush Peak Full Zip Hoodie the arms are the right length, but the torso is really long--the bottom edge at the middle of my butt (sorry to be blunt) in the back and at my crotch in the front. I would have preferred that the vertical length end at/just covering my hip bone. If the garment had been more contoured in the waist, it would have likely been flattering & feminine, in which case I would wear it out. Instead, it will just be an 'at home' cozy throw-on to keep me warm. (And there's something about the hood that is weird....definitely a lot of volume & I was hoping I'd at least look cute with it on, but it's so not.)I realize I'm probably not the "average petite", but I certainly can buy almost any XS at Nordstrom and have it fit just fine if not great. (I'm shaped like Sophia Coppola, with a short torso and long legs.) I did just now go back and look at the Sizing Chart on the website and see that an XS is = to a size 2. My fault for not checking that before ordering. That said, CAN THE WEBSITE HAVE BOTH SIZES LISTED next to the garment? That would be great and it's one less step.And if you ever start offering XXS = 0, that would be super too.Many thanks, I hope this helps. I love this jacket! I ordered a Large which always fits me but this was much too small to keep so I returned it and ordered an XL which fit fine. I ordered it in Imperial Blue. I loved it so much I ordered another one in Black! I am a photographer so am outside a lot. I always grab this hoodie to wear. It is very soft and so comfortable to wear. I love the way it fits. How to measure
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
