Nice Pants, Run Small These pants run small in the waist and hips. I originally ordered a size 18. I returned the size 18 and ordered a 20. The 20 is too big in the waist and hips. I am going to wear a belt to tighted them up, but really could use a size in between. The quality seems good, ie well made, nice features, strong material. I have not worn them, yet and these may be too heavy for the heat. I will be traveling to Central America in the rainy season and hope to do some hiking. July 10, 2012
Size runs very small Good quality and would have been perfect, but for an "extended" size it was way too small. Sorry I had to return them because they would have worked great for my trip. May 24, 2012
Closure Snaps are Faulty Before I even wore the pants, I went to unbutton them to try them on, and both the snaps broke. I was able to wear them anyway, thanks to an inside button and a good belt, on my hiking trip. I am however, highly disappointed and will be taking them to a tailor to hopefully find a better solution to "buttoning" them. February 29, 2012
Excellent. I bought these online and they are an excellent fit. The small amount of stretch makes them very comfortable. I ordered a second pair to have another color. I'm looking forward to wearing these for lots of camping trips, hiking and travel. I bought them for an upcoming trip to Africa where it will be hot and buggy. Great Product/True to Size Unlike other reviewers who indicated that these pants fit small and to order one to two sizes bigger, I found they fit true to size. I initially ordered a bigger size and returned it for my regular size of 16W. They are perfect for when you need a lightweight convertible pant. I love the stretch fabric. February 2, 2012

fits small yup other reviews were right pants fit small. Order two sizes up and now they fit comfy. Great for my Africa trip. Bought them because of convertible option and of the material. Very flattering on as well. December 27, 2011
Very Small I purchased these for my upcoming trip and found them to be extremely small. I'm exchanging for 2 sizes up -- glad I ordered them way ahead of time. The fabric looks great and they look to be exactly what I was hoping for. I will update post the exchange experience. November 7, 2011

Runs a bit tight in the leg area These pants were a nice design. Not too short for shorts and not flared at the bottom. I have big thighs so a relaxed fit would be better because when sitting the zippers were very tight. September 29, 2011
A little long. It was so nice to find a pair of convertible hiking pants in plus sizing. The only complaint that I have is the length. Just because your plus size does not mean your tall, but in converting my convertible pants I found that they are very easy to take up at the zipper on the lower half of the leg.
