Women's Baselayer Midweight Long Sleeve Top 4.8 5 65 65
great product! This top does everything the label says. As a New Englander, and a regular hiker, I need more warmth and less moisture. It is also very comfortable against my skin, and the fabric is great for layering or wearing alone. I will be purchasing another for myself and one as a gift. October 6, 2011
Love it! Working in Florida outdoors is crazy...the common joke is"if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes." This shirt is perfect for the ever changing weather and doesn't stretch or dry weird.Only thing I'd change would be the length of the sleeves....they're a little long. April 25, 2013
A Bit Small I ordered a large and once I got it on I wish I ordered an extra large but it is still great. The sleeves are nice and long and the fit of the shirt is more long and lean. I have a long torsue and it is a perfect length. It was a bit tight through the arms. The reflective material inside was cool, but I noticed I was colder in my natural setting wearing it than normal. I suggest still wearing a shirt over this if you want to stay warm. March 28, 2013
Women's baselayer Got the black. Thick material.Kept me warm with just ski jacket. Used it to go skiing in Colorado. Loved it! March 15, 2013
Warm and dry perfect base layer for any activity March 8, 2013
Warm from the get go! Went snowshoeing for the first time and didn't want to be cold. I was so toasty from my midweight baselayer, didn't even wear snow pants over and only thin coat on top. February 6, 2013
lightweight, warm, comfy to wear all day long wonderful material. soft & comfy, yet wicks beautifully. i am 5'6, 120 and a small was perfect. January 21, 2013
Great for running Although I have used this as a baselayer for colder temps, I use it mostly for running. It always keeps me at the perfect temperature and lets the sweat evaporate. It doesn't get too cold here on the Oregon coast, but I stay comfy with this as my only layer while running with temps in the low 40s. And the bright pink is nice and visible on the road! I'm 5'6", 135 lb and normally wear a small or medium --the medium is perfect in this top. January 4, 2013
Disappointed with this one I heard a lot about omni heat clothing and recently bought a short sleeve omni heat shirt in a medium that fitted perfectly and kept me super warm. I get cold easily and fast and thought a long sleeve would be better, but this top was too tight and didnt fit as nicely as the short sleeve and didnt keep me as warm as I was expecting and still got cold. Sleeves are super long too and cover my hands and Im 5.8, 143lbs so felt it was too tight on the arms. December 30, 2012
warm layer I would give this 5 stars but I think the upper arms are a little snug. They are a nice thin layer to wear for working outside, or as I tried them out on a motorcycle ride in temps in the 30's. They (both top and bottoms) are like wearing a second skin. December 16, 2012
Perfect in all ways This medium base layer was perfect for me during my camping trip to Georgia/Cumberland Island. The weather was damp, windy and around 50 degrees and for a Floridian that's cold. I was warm and comfortable with my base layer. It fit perfect, no bulk just like a second skin. December 11, 2012
fits very small I ordered the large Baselayer, would normally wear a ladies 14. Once I got it on, couldn't hardly get it off. When they say tight, they mean tight. Sending it back!! October 6, 2012
Radiant heat in a shirt After working outside in breeze, you can actually feel your own heat radiating back at you when you step inside. This thing is snug though. I am a tiny-busted (33 bust), slim 5'6" gal and with no bra to take space, a medium is pretty snug. October 1, 2012
Good Base Layer Fits snug to the body. I was warm with everything on. March 6, 2012
Good! Ideal for skiing and low temperatures. Kept me warm all the way. Bought also the one with the zipper which I preferred, but both were really good! February 24, 2012
Worth the buy! I was happy to find the columbia baselayer thin yet very effective in retaining body heat! I have worn it under a fleece shell snow-shoeing many times and have remained toasty if not overly warm! I love the hot pink/orange color and have even sported it under a vest to show it off! I think it is very functional and am happy with the purchase! February 20, 2012
base layer warmth excellent warmth for weight, nice long sleeves and tail to stay tucked in. January 28, 2012
women's baselayer The shirt saved me this weekend while watching my daughter play tennis outside at 30 degrees. I have run in it on cold days and it's been great. One day I took it off after I got home from running but when I felt how warm it was I had to put it back on.. I love the shirt. January 19, 2012
Just perfect! I work at a fitness apparel store, and we do not sell Columbia products, but North Face, Under Armour, Padagonia. I am training for a half marathon and it is extremely cold in Maryland this time of year. I am 5'5 and weigh about 130 pounds and the small fits perfect. A customer told me about Columbis's Base Layer, how they hold the heat in and let moisture out far better than Under Armour's base layer. I have found that this is true, Columbia's base layer not only looks great and fits perfectly, it is a perfect base layer for extended activities out in the cold. I love it! January 6, 2012
Love the Women's Baselayer Midweight top I wear this under my sweatshirts when I'm outside on a chilly day as well as wear it for when I hike and run. It keeps me toasty without overheating. I plan on purchasing another one in a smaller size and different color. November 29, 2011
Omni Heat Really Works! I am typically a cold person and purchased a Columbia jacket last year with Omni Heat inside it and loved it. When I saw they came out with base layers with Omni heat inside, I had to get it. I love the way it feels, the materials breathe really well and it really does keep you warm. Great for all activities from snowboarding to hiking! It does run true to size as well. November 26, 2011
Thank God for Omni-Heat!! My first Omni-Heat product was the Whirilibird Parka in Bright Bluet. I needed something warm for sitting at my son's football game. Since then, if I can buy an omni-heat product, I will--my Bugaboo Boots were next.I love this product. The top adds a lot of warmth without adding a lot of bulk. There's a 4-way stretch to the fabric that makes it extremely comfortable. I tend to wear XL in Columbia tops, and it fits true to size. I live in NW Montana and snowshoe almost every weekend in Glacier National Park. While on the move, my base layer keeps me warm enough without needing my Whirlibird Parka. Once we stop for lunch and I am not moving around as much, I break out one or both pieces of the parka and start layering up. (which piece I wear depends on whether or not the temperature is above or below zero. I've been caught out on a trip where the temp drops to -20F without windchill). I love my omni-heat!! I have other baselayers from Costco that I bought last fall. They are being slowly replaced by new Columbia baselayers. November 19, 2011
Mostly good This shirt was comfortable except for the arms. The area of the biceps was too tight - I do not have big biceps. November 16, 2011
Great product! Yesterday wore it for the first time hiking to 10,000 ft and 30 degrees fahrenheit. Didn't have to wear my fleece just this baselayer, gloves, and hat. I tend to get cold easily and this product worked better than my expectations. November 12, 2011
Comfortable and Warm! I just LOVE this baselayer, it keeps me awfully warm and it's so stretchy I don't even feel it. And it's definitely not bulky, I can wear comfortably under practically anything else. November 4, 2011
amazing baselayer I wasn't sure if I should believe the hype on the tiny "magic dots" that Columbia is using these days but I'm a believer now! I have an outdoor job at a tree nursery in Montana and cold fall/winter mornings are real rough. I wore this shirt with my usual layers and layers in 26 degree weather and had to take things off because I was sweating! It was so awesome not to need a lot of bulky clothing to stay warm. This is the way of the future, I predict you'll see this technology on winter clothing everywhere in 10 years. November 3, 2011
Love this shirt! Was looking for a base layer for running now that the weather is getting colder in Michigan. This shirt works great! I have only used it a few times, but it has definitely kept me warm. Would recommend it to anyone. October 27, 2011
Great Product I purchased this product for my mother, who is 90, because she gets cold often. She likes how the jacket keeps her warm but is also very lightweight and allows her to move around without feeling too restricted. The only downside is that the sleeves run a little big long for smaller asian women. I ordered an XS for my mother and the sleeves were still too long. Aside from that this is a great prouduct! October 26, 2011
perfect baselayer i got this as a present for my wife and she loves it!! October 11, 2011
Great for sailing My husband and I are avid sailors on Lake Michigan and as the weather turned cooler I had the chance to try out my new base layer. I loved the light weight and it certainly did keep me cozy as the north winds blew. I look forward to wearing it hiking on our next national parks visit. October 10, 2011
Love it! I love my new OmniHeat baselayer! It is so warm and comfortable and looks cute too. I can't wait to wear it snowboarding this winter and camping next summer. October 10, 2011
Love it!!! I was so happy when I received by baselayer top! It fit so well, and so true to size and was so comfortable! It came just in time for our camping trip and I was glad I had it to keep me warm. Thanks Columbia! October 10, 2011
baselayer A little bit snug. Nice soft feel, lightweight. Hasnt truly been cold enough yet to really test but has been great on a chilly evening. October 9, 2011
Best Baselayer shirt! Really! The shirt fit like a glove and keep me warm and dry. Best base layer shirt ever! October 8, 2011
Women's Baselayer Midweight Long Sleeve Top The sleeves were a little too long for me. October 8, 2011
Beautiful base layer Love the quality and weight of this fabric. I'm 125#, 5'3" and ordered the medium since I don't like a snug fit--torso was trim, sleeves and body a tad long but great for tucking into pants and keeping wrists warm, and the shoulders fit great. October 8, 2011
pleasant surprise This shirt is great! There is nothing else to say :) October 7, 2011
Best layering shirt I love this shirt...very warm, comfortable, and looks good too. A real winner! October 7, 2011
Love it! This will be my go to baselayer. I was the warmest one at the football game last week. When somebody asked me if I was cold I was able to answer "No" and preceeded to tell them exactly why! October 7, 2011
Women's Baselayer Midweight Long Sleeve Top Looks great, fits fine, made a great present. October 7, 2011
Baselayer midweight omni-heat top. You can feel the difference as soon as you put it on! I would reccomend this for everyone!!Columbia has designed a wonderfuly warm top! October 6, 2011
BETTER THAN I THOUGHT!!! This is the perfect top for anything active. It's so comfortable, and stays in place. It's great to wear under clothing or by itself. The top keeps your skin warm, but doesn't let your body get too hot while active. I would recommend this product to anyone! October 6, 2011
baselayer I wore this for an october sprint triathlon... I got out of the pool and had to run in the freezing cold to my bike. I put this on and kept it on for the rest of the race. It kept me toasty warm and I never overheated! October 6, 2011
Awesome!! The Columbia Baselayer top fit perfectly! It's very comfortable and works great outside in the cold. I think I'll be a lot warmer walking to class this winter! October 5, 2011
Love it! My new baselayer top fits perfectly. I tried it on inside right after it came in the mail to check the fit, and the medium is a comfortable fit for my 5' 5", 125 lb. frame. I am also busty (D cup). I actually had to take it off because it felt so warm almost immediately. I can't wait to use it on our first winter hike. I know that I'll be warm and toasty without a lot of added bulk. I also have an omni-heat winter hat that I LOVE! October 5, 2011
Love, love, love this warm shirt! Being the freeze cat that I am. I really loved giving this shirt a try. Needless to say I thought it worked great. My daughter and I are now fighting over whos going to wear it! October 5, 2011
Neat Shirt Quality shirt, the sleeves are a little long for me but that would be the only complaint. October 4, 2011
Women's Baselayer Midweight long sleeve shirt I really love this running top! It really keeps me warm on a cold day and keeps me dry! I wore it in a race yesterday and didn't chill at all after with the cold weather. October 3, 2011
Yum Nice and snug but not restrictive I love this top. I got it for skiing so haven't put it to the test yet but I have a similar one I love so I'm sure it will be great too. October 3, 2011
Excellent Love it! My kids had soccer games this past Saturday and I wore it under a sweatshirt... Kept me warm when it was only 48 degrees out. October 3, 2011
