The PFG Bahama Booney is made from a lightweight nylon fabric with superior wicking and breathability. The fabric is also outfitted with UPF 30—enough sun protection to carry the Skin Cancer Foundation’s seal of recommendation. Super-ventilating mesh inserts (which are not Omni-Shade) disperse excess heat in crucial areas along the crown of the head. The Sun Goddess keeps your face, shoulders and back of neck from getting scorched with a wide, 360-degree brim. When the wind kicks up on the bow of the boat, simply tighten the toggle at back crown for a tighter fit.
