XS was too big for me The shirt was loose on me even with an XS. So I decided to return it. The material feels good. I can't tell whether it wicks well by only trying on the sizing. So I can't decide on whether I recommend this or not. Just be aware that the XS of this shirt is bigger than the XS of other style. The XS of some other styles fits me well so I know XS is my size. I occassionally wear S from other brands. So when an XS is too big on me, it's really too big on me, unless this style is meant to be loose fitting, but that was really too loose that the fabric doesn't touch my torso so I don't know how it can wick my sweat if it doesn't touch my skin. How to measure

Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
