Men’s American Angler™ Bib is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep Dry These are a great find! And he has had many over the years. We did have to return the first pair because they were too big. Excited to receive the Medium pair, they fit perfectly and thrilled to be DRY in the down poor of rainy weather out on the boat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from American Angler Bibs-Great Value and Quality As a professional fishing guide equipping myself with quality gear is vitally important. The American Angler Bib has proven to be a great product for the price. Not only are they completely waterproof, they are easy to clean and slip right over boots without having to take them off. They are light weight and easy to store. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from American Angler Bib Have had the bib pants for over a year for fishing and never had a problem with light/normal rain. I like the lightweight of the pants but on a recent fishing tournament was out in a heavy storm, needless to say my pants underneath were soaked after 2-3 hours. For light or short rain periods these are nice, will have have to look for pants from the company that made my jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What Rain? Had the chance to use these bibs while fishing the IHSA state championship this past weekend. Easy to say, it was down pouring and we had no problem with the rain. I was comfortable and didn't even feel the rain . I would not mind buying more pairs of these exact bibs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the PNW Picked up a pair of these to replaced my PVC Bibs. I like that these are easier to move in, easier to get on and off the the front zipper and zippered legs from the knee down. The sides come up high which is something my PVC bibs didn't do. These block wind and rain just as well and weight half as much a PVC. I like that I can move freely, bending or twisting is not an issue. Sizing is good. I got a XXL, Normal pant size is 42x32. The length is perfect with my much boots, not dragging heels. Able to use the zipper front for easy relief and plenty of adjustment on the shoulder straps. They are loose fitting, enough to layer under if the cold but not to much that it gets in the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ready for monsoon fishing! Living on a small South Pacific island guarantees two things: fishing and rain! The Men's American Angler Bib paired with the top keeps me surprising dry. I only use this is the winter months because it does warm me up quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rainwear Bibs I love these bibs. I order a pair for my wife and I after I tried a pair of a friend. They are lightweight, durable, and very comfortable. They are not foul weather gear. It bridges the gap between getting rained on and being too hot in foul weather gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SKA Tournament Angler Used the Bibs this past weekend in cold, rainy conditions in a tournament and they kept me dry. I would recommend them - light weight enough to use in the summer but also great for fall and spring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bibs Just got back from a 4-day snow goose hunting marathon in SD. With the rain, dewy grass in the morning, and the mud in the fields, my pants underneath these stayed dry. Definitely a bargain!! My fav. feature is the secondary zipper; the bibs let you drain you bladder (for guys) without taking off the bibs entirely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Value in a rainsuit This is about the most value that can be found in a rain suit. It will keep you dry. I have spent many rainy days on the water catching monster bass and this suit has not let me down. I dont go to the water without it. The biggest thing is to not wash it. If you wash it in laundry detergent the protective coating that makes it waterproof will be removed. Other than that, it is a great suit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True fit very comfortable to move in These bibs have a great fit and are terrific to move around in. The breathable fabric is comfortable when it gets a little warm but if you layer up they are great for the cold too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Multi-use Utility I had the exact item for two years and lost it in a fire. So glad it is still available. I use it mostly as an outer layer for winter hiking on the Appalachian Trial in TN/NC/VA at 5000+ elevation. Worked great at -6F with gusts to 30 mph with proper base layer and top coat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Close but not close enough. I finally able to put these bibs to a test after owning them for 6 months. I bought them basically for fishing from my kayak and in many occasions water did penetrate the fabric. Last weekend we had some rain storms with wind blowing at 25-30mph, heavy rain and 35-40 degree Fahrenheit. I was shore fishing for trouts from 7.30am to 11.45am with the wind and rain hitting mostly on my back. The bibs only kept me dry for the first 1.5 hours after that the jeans I wore inside the bibs were soaking wet and heavy. I had on a Columbia Omni Tech Jacket with the new Thermal tech which helped to keep me warm and DRY that day. The chest part of the bibs which was inside the jacket was perfectly dry but the legs were soaked. I only washed the bibs twice since owning them and hang them to dry, so i wouldn't think that i had destroyed the material since I was dry in the first 1.5 hours in the rain. My suggestion is for anyone who is thinking about buying these bibs and to use them beyond walking the dog or fishing in light shower to go with another Columbia model or go with Gore-Tex. My family used all kinds Columbia products and accessories, but these bibs had failed me. I would recommend others products but not this one. I read the reviews before I buy anything; and I read those reviews below as well. And here is my review to help fellow Columbians.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great in the rain I was glad I brought my Columbia American Angler rain jacket on a recent walleye fishing trip on Lake Erie. A heavy rain storm came in on us fast. I put my Columbia rain gear on and kept fishing. The rest of my fishing partners did not have rain gear, so they quit fishing to hide under a plastic tarp that was on the boat. Needless to say I caught my limit and stayed dry. Thanks to my Columbia rain gear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly Good Love the quality and function. Only draw back for me is the legs are a little short. I am 5 foot 11 inches and they are little short to conver pant legs. Need tall sizes for this style of bibs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rain suit I've ever owned I fish about 100 days a year out of Old Hickory, Tennessee ... Old Hickory Lake, Kentucky Lake, Lake Guntersville ect. It rains 45 inches a year here, so needless to say I have put this product to the test. Whether I'm standing in my boat fishing in the rain or driving 60 mph up and down the lake in the rain, I STAY DRY. Fits great, lightweight, doesn't hamper any of my movements when fishing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than just fishing I purchased a set of the bibs in Sage while in Northern Mn, Grouse hunting. It had been raining for 4 days straight. I used these and to my surprise stayed dry as bone, but most important, after hard hunting in the brambles, not a mark or scratch.
