Everyday ware. In Hawaii we wear shorts all the time, especially if your a fishing guide. Love the fit, and comfort. The elastic band gives me room as my weight drifts up and down a little. LOL Dries fast in the sun. March 19, 2013
VERY DISAPPOINTED I bought the same product a few years ago and loved them . the new ones are short a couple of pockets , the zippered pocket is smaller and the waist doesn't have enough elastic ..... VERY DISAPPOINTED !! February 11, 2013
Not happy I have been wearing Columbia shorts for many years. I wear year round and have always loved. The best thing about Columbia shorts is the great elastic waistband. Not now, the elastis is gone. Very cheaply made, not near the high quality I have come to expect. June 18, 2012

White water rush These shorts were purchased specifically for white water rafting. The built in full waist web belt kept the pants on even after capsizing in class V rapids. They are comfortable and most important quick to dry. Glad Columbia hasn't forgotten that big guys need functional sportswear...I bought the 3XL. May 13, 2012
A Great Improvement Over Snake River! these shorts have a REAL web belt that runs through the entire short! This means that these shorts will stay on you and not slip down due to flimsy elastic. The fabric is of great quality and the colors are great! only recommendation would be to allow more room in seat and thighs. March 3, 2012
