Reviews

Men’s Midweight Stretch Baselayer Long Sleeve Shirt is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favorites This is definitely one of my favorite base layers and I absolutely love the way it fits. It also does a very good job of protecting me from the elements and keeping me warm. It does run a bit small but that also depends on how tight of a fit your prefer. I enjoy a base layer that is more of a tight fit so it is perfect for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleeves long The sleeves on these shirts run very long. I don't recommend this product unless you have long arms, otherwise it's a very nice, comfortable and functional under layer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Staying warm! Happy with all of the Columbia base layer options. We've used them exclusively over the last two seasons snowmobiling with no complaints. Warm and durable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Skiing Baselayer I'm a slender athletic male that is outdoors a lot for my business - Coaching Skiing both indoors and outdoors using the Snow Biste equipment I design and manufacture. I also train ski racing as an active USSA Masters racer in the Far West division. The product fits perfectly, maybe a little tight for larger chested Med sized men. Its warm and comfortable and never feel damp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great warmth and comfort Purchased this for my son-in-law. He loves it, and they had a sledding mishap, and were stuck out in the snow for an hour and he was happy he was wearing this top. Also, my daughter says it looks sexy on him!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Omni Heat works! I got this for my husband, whose measurements indicate a medium would be plenty big. It wasn't. We went to a local store and tried on several of the Omni Heat baselayers and bought a large. The best value and fit was the zip up. It has a short "mock neck" type collar, and looks great. I bought one and was cozy down to about 42 degrees with a light sweater and light jacket. Could possibly have tolerated lower temperatures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from midweight excellent If you are active in cool to cold temps then this is good to have.. As for the omni-heat factor you have to sort of work for it like stay active to keep you warm if you are just standing around or sitting around then you need to go up the scale to heavyweight or arctic base-layer. if you have got insulated clothing on like insulated snow paints...coveralls then this midweight would work for you it has work for me wearing insulated clothing in 30 degree weather. now for the fit the paints are kind of form fitting but its a comfortable type of fit. the top is kinda loose fitting not to baggie just the right kinda of loose fitting for me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what he was wanting Got this set of base layer for my boyfriend to keep warm working outside and they work great. He stays warm and they are fitted enough that he can wear it under his everyday clothes, plus the material is soft not scratchy like long underwear. He was so happy with them, we purchased a second set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Omni Heat Shirt I purchased the shirt for my nephew. He works outside in cold. He refuses to work without it since he received it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very warm I was impressed with the feel, look, fit and function. I've used under armour and Nike fitted baselayer shirts before, but this out performs them. It is a tight fit, but nowhere as tight as the others. Very comfortable and very warm. I usually have to wear a shirt and hoddie at home in the winters, but I wore just this shirt and I was fine! I will be purchasing several more. Wish I found this years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not so cold out I wore this base shirt in -4 degree weather. It fit well and worked very good as a base layer under my heavier sweater. The quality is very good and the material does not itch or bind. Overall I am very pleased with this shirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm Base Layer Like the jackets with Omni-Heat, you can wear fewer layers when you wear this base layer. They are very warm, yet, when you go inside or get in the car, you do not cook or sweat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warmth Size and color were perfect. This base layer was medium warmth. I would not buy it again. It is not warm enough. I would get heavy warmth next time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice base layer-sleeves longer than normal Used it last weekend on a rainy and cold backpack trip. It worked well. This is a great base layer shirt. I am a classic medium and the torso fits well (not too snug), but the sleeves are about an inch too long. Would get 5 stars if it fit appropriately. Nice garment overall.
