Rated 5 out of 5 by Millennium flash shell jacket I wanted very much to keep this jacket. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong size. Customer service was very understanding, and after fair consideration, issued a refund. Thanks Columbia!!! March 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Made for Oregon This jacket is great! I have had it for two weeks now and got it because I really wanted something that could combat the rain. I got tired of getting soaked between my mile commute into school or to work and this jacket is great! It was really interesting the first time that I wore it and it rained, (which it does quite often in Oregon) the rain did not absorb but just ran right off of my jacket. Not too mention it keeps you nice and warm with the lining on the inside, but also not too warm because it has great ventilation. This is a very good quality product. March 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stretch Comfort and Bombproof The millennium flash really surprised me the first couple times I took it out to the slopes. It was dumping out, and colder than it usually is at my home mountain in the PNW. I stayed completely dry: water didn't bead up or soak onto even the surface of the jacket. It's a complete moisture shield. The stretch fabric made this jacket extremely comfortable and allowed for the mobility required when skiing hard. I'm 6'0" and have the jacket in size L. It fits a slight touch baggy on me, but that's how I like my jacket size. M would have been too small. Well done, Columbia. This jacket certainly stacks right up to other technical outerwear brands in terms of quality and comfort. December 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Omni-Tech & Omni-heat...great combo I was heading to Chile, and wanted a new jacket that could withstand the wind, rain, and wet snow down there. Got this one for the omni-tech and kept it on for the omni-heat. The Medium fit my 6' 165lbs body perfectly. I like that this jacket is what I would consider lightweight but not light - it's a shell but warmer. Much lighter than a lot of jackets that are rated for the same temperatures. Also, not as bulky. I didn't feel like it got in the way when skinning or riding. It worked really well as a "go-everywhere" jacket, as it was my ONLY jacket in Chile. I wore it in the rain, snow, wind, sun, volcanoes (kidding). It handled it all really well and for a jacket that I wore for nearly 45 days splitboarding the only hole that I put in it was from barbed wire...it's a long story that I choose to forget.
