Typicakl great Columbia SW Product I now own several OMNI-WICK shirts. They are very comfortable, either as a base layer or on their own. I buy L or XL and the write-up said the sizing "Fits Slightly Small", so I bought the XL. That was a mistake. The arms were way too long. I would rate it as "Fits slightly large". I exchanged mine for a Large, which is perfect for me. November 22, 2014
Love this shirt!! This shirt is the perfect weight for our Southern weather. I would definitely recommend this product. March 5, 2014
Great product I love this shirt. I use it to go on runs during the winter, and this shirt allows me to do so while staying warm and dry. Would fully recommend it. February 26, 2014
Fits is little large I bought it on clearance. Otherwise, it does not worth the regular price. This shirt means for under layer. The fit runs large and sleeve is too long. February 24, 2014
So far so good I ordered several of these tops as a light base layer. It's early in their lifetime and the question will be their durability over time. But so far I've been pleased. The fit is comfortable, snug but not overly so. I'm pleased with the weight - they're nice and light but provide some warmth. And they seem to wick moisture nicely. I'm wearing these where I've worn Patagonia Capilene 3 tops in the past, and though they're not as warm, they're not that far off. (And on sale they were less than 1/3 the price of the Patagonia.) I'm about 6 feet tall, 153 pounds, and medium fits fine. Note that the sleeves on these are relatively long and loose at the wrist - fine for me, possibly not for everybody. February 19, 2014
Very comfortable and excellent shirt This shirt is very comfortable and not to warm February 19, 2014
Men's Moutain Tech Great shirt very true to size, comfotable and breathes well when warm or cold. Take with me on all kinds of trips. To Costa Rica next month! February 3, 2014
Excellent product Received one of these for Christmas present. Liked it so well, I ordered two more, different colors. I have now worn all three and I really do like them. January 29, 2014
Great product Fits like it should. January 29, 2014
Design has been changed This product is NOT the same as it was last year. The cuffs are now shorter and no longer have the thumb hole, which was a nice feature for my use (base layer for motorcycling). Product quality is fine; it just isn't the same product that it was last year, which has affected the desired functionality. January 28, 2014
Nice, functional shirt The mountain tech 2 shirt is well made like all of columbia's products. Works great worn alone or under fleece top. Good wicking abilities. January 27, 2014
Mountain Tek review The shirts I purchased fit well and are being used for warm-up shirts for my son's basketball team. The fabric is lightweight and ideal for this sort of use. January 23, 2014
excellent shirt doesnt shrink in the wash. I'm 6'2, 185 lbs and the large fits perfectly. January 20, 2014
great shirts!!!! excellent quality, lightweight and very comfortable. true to size. January 4, 2014
columbia tech ii my son and husband both got one of these and like them alot. great feel! December 29, 2013
Great Shirt I bought three of these shirts for a winter hiking trip as base layers and lounging around in the cabin after the hike. They were great as a base layer and look good as an individual shirt. I also like that they have thumb holes in the end of the sleeves to help keep you hands warm. December 12, 2013
Excellent product Living at 9600' in the Colorado Rockies this line of shirt is welcome. It fits well and is warm but can be worn encounters to work in Florida. I can't say enough about the functionality of the shirt. Do follow the sizing as it does fit on the small size. November 16, 2013
Good shirt This long sleeve shirt is nice, but the length is just a tad short. Does not keep warm, so do not use this as a thermal. October 27, 2013
Breathable True to size, comfortable and breathable, another great product from Columbia. September 30, 2013
second skin I bought bigger than normal but it is still fine. Typically I would go with Med to use as a tight base layer, but picked a Large. It's loose on me but I used it as a second layer just fine. I like it still and will wear it often. February 28, 2013
Mountain Tech II LS I have been a big fan of the Columbia Mountain Tech SS shirts and LS. More recently they have changed the sizing, the SS is no longer an option for me as the last order I had to send back as the medium is now a small. Back to the LS the most recent order the one I'm reviewing here; the body of the shirt fits well and is what I'd describe as a true medium the sleeves however are a bit too long and tight in the forearms. Still works but bugs me a little, my older ones fit better. January 7, 2013
Great Wicking Can't wait to really sweat when it gets warmer to really feel the quality. December 30, 2012
Great for mountain biking Shirt keeps moisture away from skin and dries relatively quickly. Great for early morning mountain bike rides or fly fishing trips. November 5, 2012
They changed the fit from last year I bought three of these shirts last year and thought they were great. I bought 2 more this year and the fit has been changed. Overlayed the new with the old and the old had about 3 inches more material around the waste and a little more through the chest and arms. The arm to chest seam has been changed, but I don't think that is a big factor. Last years shirts could be worn by themselves if need be. Had a loose feel to it. This years is more like a base layer. Not what I was expecting or looking for. Was expecting it to be like last years. Not happy with my purchase. October 24, 2012
too small I wish that columbia would be consistent in their sizing. I buy many large shirts for my husband and they fit great, I bought this shirt in a large and its tiny... a little frustrating . October 12, 2012
