Pioneer Peak Cargo Shorts These shorts are just right for my son (he is 5'10", 150lb-ordered size 32w, 12in inseam). The cargo pockets stay flat, they are less bulky than other cargo shorts and a perfect length. The fabric is a very nice quality. They fit him better than two pair of Nautica shorts of the same size. Great looking shorts, but NOT undersized as some have said. Based on reviews that said I should get a size larger, I did. Now I have shorts that are too big. (36) I can't send them back because I went away for a weekend and threw these in my stuff ending up having to wear them with a belt to get by. Like the shorts alot aside from the bunching from wearing a belt. August 14, 2012

A Big Surprise and not a good one. I wear a lot of Columbia Sportswear and these were the worst I have ever seen. The material felt and looked cheap. It was stiff and the pattern did not match or even close at almost all seams. The rise is low causing the shorts to be uncomfortable when on. I was very disappointed with them and will probably not purchase again online unless I know or have had experience with the product. May 7, 2012
great shorts for a 14 year old Perfect number of pockets for a high school boy. It also meets the dress code for his Catholic High School. The price is excellent. I'm actually going to look at the other colors that are available. April 17, 2012
