Rated 3 out of 5 by Too big. I ordered the mediums to begin with and they were to big. Then I returned them for the small one's. They are to big too. I like the gloves but they are too big. I think you might want to rethink how they are sized. March 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Price Great Product Nice gloves for this cold Mi winter.. Light weight , Warm and slim fit..Not a big bulky glove. March 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Warm Regardless of the OmniHeat technology these are not as warm as any thinsulate glove I have worn. February 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Warm Materials and Comfortable I bought these for my fiance since he was in desparate need of gloves since last winter! They fit him well and he loves them, his only complaint is that the tag is a bit annoying on the inside. I would definitely recommend this item. February 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Durable & Warm I use these to ski in at 28 degrees F & up. I have worn them to hunt birds at 4 degrees F. They are warm, fit well and durable. The weight allows for good dexterity. I keep mine available for every time I leave the house in cold weather. February 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Casual Gloves Decent mid-weight glove for temps in the 25-40 degree range; moderate winds. Black grippy material feels stiff in the palm of your hands; wish for a softer solution; feels somehow intrusive. But after a bit, you get use to it though. Overall, good for keeping the cold off your skin. February 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a deal! I ordered 1 pair of these gloves to use while cleaning the snow off my driveway. When they arrived, I found that Columbia had sent me not one but three pair. I sent them an e-mail stating that I would be happy to pay the additional $60.00 for the other two pair. No response from Columbia means I got a big bonus! Anyway, the gloves keep my hands very warm and I would recommend them. My brother's gonna get a nice pair of free gloves. Thanks, Columbia! February 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice but not quite like the old ones I purchased a pair of these same gloves about 15 years ago, needless to say I got my moneys worth and loved them. The new style is simaler, they are nice, however, I am still trying to decide if I like the silver stuff that lines the inside. The old style had the same material inside as was outside. It almost feels like the silver stuff is going to start sluffing off like glitter or something, however, it has not done that yet. I need more time to really decide if I am sold on the new silver lining or not. Perhaps it's purpose and function will outweigh its strangeness. February 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Gloves I'm a fan of your clothing line, but unfortunately the men's thermonater gloves which I purchased hoping for warmth, are simply not warm. Disappointed. February 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Worth the Money I have always gotten much cheaper gloves and they all work ok. I wanted something that was going to be better and worth the spent money. I have the Omni Heat jacket and it is amazing, so I thought that I would invest in the gloves. They are bad. 1) they do not block any wind at all. The slightest bit will freeze your hands when it is below zero. 2) The gloves only work when your hand are already warm. If you start with cold hands, forget about it. The material will actually draw whatever heat you have out of them. 3) For some reason, the thumb is really long. At first i thought maybe it was just me, but my sister and co-worker got the same gloves and they have issues with the thumb being really long as well. If you measure it, it is the same length as the rest of the fingers which is just odd. January 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Glove performance Gloves are very good for the price. However I am disappointed that I was unable to replace my old gloves with the same thing. When I searched for the replacement it was no longer available January 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Toasty warm! I purchased the Thermarator gloves, along with the Thermarator headring, to coordinate with the Steens Mountain Full Zip fleece jacket that I gave to my husband for Christmas, and he is pleased with all three items! He said that he can feel the warmth on his hands as soon as he places them inside the gloves, and his ears stay toasty warm under the headring, as well. After reading some of the other reviews for the gloves, I decided to purchase size XL, since some reviewers were stating that the gloves seemed to run a bit small, and the XL fit my husband perfectly! All items are made of high-quality materials, and are a good value for the price! January 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pretty good The cheaper one among Columbia products, the quality matches the price January 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice, but too big for me and expected more warmth I ordered the Thermarator gloves in the abyss color. I love the color and workmanship of this glove, the problem for me is that the gloves were a little too big. I ordered the men's small, but the gloves were somewhat loose and the thumb is way too long by about an inch. The rest of the fingers are ok. I might have to return these for a women's medium size. The black rubber palm allows for a good grip on the steering wheel when driving, but it feels a bit awkward. As for warmth, I expected a little more warmth since the coats and a beanie that I have are very warm. Overall it's a nice glove, but not spectacular. January 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Comfortable but not too warm Nice comfortable gloves but they are pretty light and wont keep you too warm. Good for very active work. They are fleece so best for dry conditions. January 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Gloves The fit and workmanship is good. However, the material in the palm of each glove is a bit stiff, and annoying. Also, when used during a half hour period of snow shoveling I found that my hands got very cold. Seem best for driving use only. December 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by The gloves are perfect for the weather The gloves are perfect for the weather. Great value for money. December 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm - very warm I have used these gloves on cold weather backpacking trips in North Carolina for several years (sometimes into the 20's). I am always impressed with how warm these gloves are - the omni-heat is great! My hands have been warm on trips where all of my buddies complained about cold hands - even when they had "heavier" gloves than me. November 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lightweight, everyday glove These fleece gloves fit well and are very warm. Great for just walking around on a cool, dry day or wearing with waterproof shells for extra warmth. November 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not all weather but they work For the most part the gloves work, they are not wind or waterproof, so if they get wet or it is windy the gloves are not as effective. February 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Not for below 20 degrees F I bought these gloves for looks and driving. They work well for short exposures to cold and snow, i.e. cleaning snow off car, or walking to and from indoors. I love omni heat in my jackets, but fail to see much value in the 2 pair of Columbia gloves I own. They run small, but I like a tight fit, so it's fine for me. Don't expect these gloves to keep your hands warm for long exposures to really cold weather. January 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Men’s Thermarator Glove I will not recommend these gloves to nobody they are garbage im from New York City the temperature don't really go under 10 degrees and these gloves don't help not one bit January 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Omni Heat is great The Omni Heat lining made this glove a great benefit to those who need warm hands. However, the outer lining could be better to help keep the warmth in. The gloves are very flexible and you can easily pick up things. January 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by The last ones I bought were better I bought a couple pair about 2 years ago at a factory outlet, which I believe are the same glove without the lining. The old ones are of thicker material and far more comfortable than the ones wit the reflective lining. I do not find any noticeable improvement in warmth from the lining. The old ones I would give a top 5-star rating in each of the categories above. December 31, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A warmer fleece glove A nice pair of fleece gloves, well made. The large size is a little snug. The reflective technology makes this a much warmer glove than standard fleece. December 21, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by This glove has changed I purchased one pair at Dicks and really liked them. They are reasonably warm for modest cool temperatures. They would not be warm enough for below 20F, however, I don't need that and they were comfortable, very smooth inside. The XL runs a little small and I don't have huge hands. Since I liked them, I bought two more pair on line and all you can feel in the fingers are uncomfortable seams. They are absolutely the same glove, but the first pair seemed like it had a smooth inner lining and the other two pairs do not. So now I have the hassle of returning them. One other minor comment is thaey have an excess of annoying tags that have to be cut out. I thought I had found something good, but not so December 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Gloves I have Reynaud's, which is an extreme sensitivity to cold and is excrutiating to my hands in the winter, even in Georgia. I usually wear three pair of gloves and still have cold hands. These gloves keep my hands warm with only the one pair. December 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by men's thermarator gloves The gloves fit well and feel good. November 18, 2012
