OutDry™ Extreme is our first ever waterproof and breathable fabric technology constructed with a waterproof layer on the outside and soft, wicking fabric inside. Traditional raingear uses interior waterproof membranes which don't allow for air flow, and water-repellent coating that degrades over time. With OutDry™ Extreme, the rugged exterior is an incredibly water-tight membrane with millions of microscopic perforations that let water vapor escape through a wicking membrane directly fused to the shell.
This chamois-lined, OutDry Extreme glove is fully waterproof, fully breathable, and features a touchscreen compatible fingertip. The thumb and outer index finger are reinforced for durability and the external seam taping gives this Titanium glove its bulletproof look.

Tiny thumbs! The rest of the glove fit alright, with just a little extra length in the pinky, but the thumbs were ridiculously small and some weird tapered cone shape rather than anatomical. I had to force my thumb in, and could tell that the compression would eliminate any warmth from the glove in that area. It was so tight that I could not easily bend my thumbs, making simple tasks difficult. My wife wears a small, or extra small gloves and when she tried on these size large glvoes the fingers were all too long, but the thumb was still too tight for her comfort.
Aside from this they appear to be well made, but I'll be returning them...

These gloves are not snow worthyAll these other reviews admit they never field tested these gloves. Well, I have and they FAILED. They were soaked completely through in one hour of hiking through a snow storm in Peru. They seriously run TWO sizes small. The snotter is neither soft or absorbent enough. They are not very insulated. The inside material feels nice. Sorry, but if you really do get down in inclimate weather (think Oregon) trust nothing but Gore.

Review UnknownI bought these gloves because they were highly reccomanded by Backpacker magazine. They ordered online directly without having seen them before. I didn't know they were made of a "plastic" material. It feels like you are wearing gloves to do the dishes....
Since they didn't fit at all (feels 2 sizes too small), I didn't get a chance to try them out. They were out of XL so I had to order a different model and return these ones.

Out Dry gloveBought these for rainy day cycling. They do run small, I bought a size large and they are snug without a liner. This glove is basically a shell and at less than 40 f you will want a liner. I took them out on the first rainy day but the rain stopped before a thorough test could be made. I do believe this product will perform well and keep my hands dry in the rain. I gave the size large to my wife and will order some XL's. If you have big hands beware....

The Perfect Spring NW Ski GloveThis light weight glove should work very well in our typical early or late NW skiing conditions. There is nothing worse than soaked gloves midway through the day. These are truly waterproof and will keep my hands warm and dry. Just to test them our, I first put them on and put my hands in a sink full of cold water. My hands stayed dry and warm and the water shook off easily when I removed them. The fabric did not wet on the outside so they remained breathable.

Outdry mens gloveGlove appears to be as advertised. Wish Columbia would make all their gloves a bit larger. With both these and a pair of Turbodown mittens I've purchased in XL they are still almost too tight. Maybe they will stretch a bit after wearing. They are waterproof and the built in curve is good, just not a large as I need for a decent fit.
