Sno-lucky boot This is a great light weight boot! I have a small foot and the 5.5 fit very well, despite a little extra wiggle room in the heel area.It is quick drying and relatively warm, I have yet to test it on the mountain, but it has done well hiking through the local woods.Only problem I have is that the left boot seems to catch in the heel area when trying to put it on it is a bit of a struggle. Nice boots These are very comfortable boots--they feel like wearing tennis shoes. They run small (I usually wear size 7.5 and I bought the size 8s. They were still too small, and the next size up was sold out, so I had to buy thinner socks, and now it's all good). I've only had a chance to wear them sledding when the temperature was in the 40s, so I don't know how warm they would be in cooler temps. Overall, they're a great boot, but buy at least a full size bigger. February 3, 2013

Happy granddaughter in Ohio I bought these boots for my 14 year old granddaughter.When I phoned to ask her if she had received them, sheexclaimed,"These are awesome: They look great, they'recomfy and warm, the fit is perfect, and when my friends and I walkedfrom school to Subway we had to navigate black ice onsidewalks and parking lots; I was the only one who didn't slip and fall, so my friends held onto me!" SnoLucky is a nice boot for walking The boot is lightweight, has a comfortable fit and is warm. I am a size 8 1/2 and the 9 fits perfect with a little room for a heavier sock.I am a walker and wanted something that would keep me warm and had good traction. This boot fits the bill. January 17, 2013

Too small When I purchased these boots I bought a half size bigger than I normally wear thinking I would be wearing thicker socks. I tried them on with socks I would normally wear and they were too small at the toe. I wanted to get a bigger size ,but you were sold out of them. I researched the internet to find a bigger size but could not find any. I can"t wear them, they are too tight in the toe. I guess I will have to give them away to someone with a whole size smaller foot than mine. ;( January 14, 2013
Perfect Winter Travel Boot I purchased these boots for a trip to Norway in early March. They are rain-proof, light-weight and keep my feet warm with the Omni-heat thermal reflective feature. I have worn them here in Portland, Oregon in 30-36degree weather and they have lived up to expectations. Thinking they would need to be broken in, I was happily surprised to see that they were comfortable from the get-go!Be sure to purchase a half size larger if wearing medium weight socks or a full size larger if wearing very heavy socks. I normally wear a size 9 1/2 and purchased a size 10 boot and they are very comfortable. My feet were perfectly warm and dry.The tread is good and the shoes are light for packing in a suitcase. Excellent boot and price! My first online boot purchase so I was a little leary. After reading the reviews on this boot, I am glad I got a size bigger than my normal shoe size. I am a size 9.5 normally, a little on the "wide" side. I got a size 10 boot and it's a tiny bit snug, but comfortable with normal socks. I am very impressed by the weight of these boots. They are lighter than my sneakers! I am also impressed by the wonderful traction from the soles. Overall great boot!! January 13, 2013
Fabulous boots, but order one size up! May 13 year old Bugaboots finally gave out, so I ordered a pair of these. I was worried that they just couldn't live up to my old ones, but I was wrong. They are lighter in weight, amazingly warm, and very waterproof. I've tried them several times in our (finally) cold Michigan weather, and I have toasty, happy toes. However, you MUST order one size larger. I usually wear an 8.5, and, thanks to the other reviewers, I ordered a 9.5. Still no extra wiggle room, but perfect with medium weight socks. Awesome winter boot VERY light-weight and comfortable. Nylon uppers allow for great movement without binding or digging into shins. Boot is fully enclosed to about ankle level, so snow doesn't enter under laces (as with an open tongue). Can be tied at the ankle or higher (great option for those of us with "cankles"!) Great for hiking semi-groomed trails. I wear 8 1/2 hiking boots/shoes - ordered a 9 and they fit perfect with med weight socks. Awesome product Columbia! January 9, 2013

Snolucky is perfect for snowshoeing I purchased these boots last year and wore them on a snowshoe trial and they were very comfortable, warm, and worked perfectly with snowshoes. This year have worn these on a 3+ mile snowshoe trek on Mt. Rainier and they were just as comfortable and warm as I had remembered...and no break in time. They are very lightweight and was concerned they wouldn't be warm enough, but my feet never got cold at all. Since I would be wearing 2 layers of socks I did order a 1/2 size larger which was perfect for a liner and thick hikinging socks. I'm going to order another pair of these. December 20, 2012
The boot I've waited a lifetime to see and wear Warmth and deep treads and a supple upper--oh, my! And it's lightweight! I bought a pair just ahead of a storm that dropped about a foot of snow in the Twin Cities area this past weekend. They took me across ice, through drifts and over snowbanks comfortably and safely. They were perfect for the bus commute to work. These are the first boots I can remember wearing that allow enough ankle flexion that I didn't have to retrain myself to walk down stairs without catching the boot heel on a step and pitching forward. I really can't say enough good things about them. And, now, dear Columbia, could you offer these in men's sizes next year, please? December 10, 2012

Very Comfy!! I received these a week ago, but have not been able to wear them yet! Go figure, it's January in New England, I bought a new pair of boots, and we haven't had snow yet!!! I have worn them around the house to get used to them. They are very comfortable! Like many others suggested, I ordered a half size up (I'm an 8 1/2 and got a 9) and they're perfect with a heavy pair of socks. I can't wait to break them in when we finally do get some snow!!! Super cute snow boots! I love these boots! Not only are they super cute but they kept my feet dry and warm the entire time. I wore Columbia socks (one pair only) and was in snow to my knees yet with the Columbia pants no snow made it in my boots and they definitely are waterproof! Feels Like a Slipper I have had multiple foot surgeries and can not wear any shoe/boot, especially the klunky sole type. I read review after review on multiple brands of shoes but the looks of this shoe in combination with the reviews made me take the chance and order. I couldn't be happier with these boots. They are extremely comfortable but run small. I wear a solid 8 but with the type of socks one typically would wear in a boot, you definitely need to go up a half size. The 8 fit fine with a stocking thin sock. Can't wait to try out them out during my trip to NEW YORK CITY with my teenage granddaughters!! Got them a pair too, totaling 3 pair, and they love them as well( we all had to order a half size larger). November 22, 2011
