Great product, affordable price I was looking for a boot for campus wear. One that could keep the feet warm and dry during the Michigan winters yet comfortable during class. They haven't been worn much this year so I can't comment on durability but this boot is great...not bulky but warm. I did listen to earlier comments and ordered one size up and they fit perfect. Feel like slippers GREAT boot. These have got to be the most comfortable, waterproof, warm lightweight boot out there. I am in MN where it is cold and icy. I walk daily in these and am convinced I should start running in them next winter, that is how well they fit and feel. One pair of socks does the trick; my feet and calves stay perfectly warm and dry. Other reviews are correct, they run slightly small. I am going to pick up another pair in another color. Awesome boot! These boots are great! I am glad I read the the earlier reviews stating that they run small in size. I ususally wear a 8 1/2 and got the size 9, which fit great. I know some people said to go up a full size, but since I don't wear havy socks with them, the half size works just fine. Also, the color is a lot more yellow-y than they look on-line, which has them looking closer to white. They are super sunggley and warm. I wore them over the weekend in Tahoe, where the temps were in the mid 40's, and my feet were neither too warm or too cold. They're also very easy to clean - we had some water flood our garage and wore them while cleaning it out. All it took was a damp cloth & the mud and gunck came right off! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish, warm winter boot. March 25, 2013
Cute in the cold Love the boots. I wanted to test them out before reviewing. They are great at keeping feet warm in the cold and snow even while shoveling deep snow for a prolonged period of time. I wouldn't go in slush or water that is deep, however. Regular snow is fine; just make sure they are laced up properly.I followed other reviewer's suggestions and ordered half a size larger. (I wear 61/2 -ordered a 7) They fit perfectly, and yes, can fit thicker socks.They are extremely comfortable, light, and easy to move in. They also have very good traction! These Boots are not for sub zero weather I bought these boots because they were rated for -32 degrees and were light enough to pack. I took them to China in the ice and snow. They lasted about 2 hours on my feet before I had to go back to the hotel and change boots. My feet were freezing, even with sock liners and Smart Wool socks. I think the bottoms are just too thin to keep your feet really warm when walking on ice and snow. The design is cute and the are comfortable. Now, I just use them for around town in normal cool weather. They don't work for any sub zero weather walking. March 19, 2013

Great snow boots These are really comfortable, functional, and cute (in an outdoorsy kind of way!). They do run small. I bought 1/2 size up and when I got them I thought they were still a little snug. Decided to keep them and they have stretched a little as I have worn them and am glad I kept them. These are very warm and comfortable like tennis shoes. They are quilted nylon, but I have worn them in the snow (not for miles, but a good bit in my yard) and they do not leak at all. I highly recommend them and am kind of sorry that it is the end of snow season and I will have to wait another year to wear them again!! March 11, 2013
These boots are now my favorites Don't judge too harshly when you open the box - they aren't super stylish and it would be nice if they were about 2" higher on the calf, but... These are as comfortable as slippers and super warm without making your feet sweaty. They have great traction on the bottom and are light as a feather. They are adorable with leggings and skinny jeans and despite my first impression, I've had tons of compliments on them. I'm about to live in them on a nine day trip to Switzerland and I'm confident they'll do the job!PS - I wear a 6 or 6.5 and sized up to a 7 which fits perfectly. March 8, 2013
Arctic Boots I need some boots for my upcoming Iceland adventure and these are the third pair that I have ordered. The first weren't very warm, the second pair was so narrow I couldn't bear it even without socks. For these, I took the other reviewers advice and ordered a whole size up, and they fit perfectly, not too narrow. I took them up to Tahoe to test and they are very warm and the traction is great. Keeps your feet warm! My feet stay warm in these boots despite cold weather outside. They do run small. I ordered a half size up and it fits perfect but with thick socks may be small so I would have order a full size up. These are very cute and feminine yet functional. March 5, 2013
Fantastic winter boots I love these boots! A few years ago I bought a different pair of boots, and they were so clunky and heavy that I could never wear them. These boots are so lightweight! My husband and I went on a walk the other day and, it being winter in Minnesota, I needed some good boots. These boots didn't weigh down my feet AT ALL. They're also really easy to get on. They lace up, but I'm able to just pull them on and off easily without undoing the laces. Most importantly, though, they're super warm. I wore them on a tubing trip in the Twin Cities where I was a chaperone and did a lot of standing around on the snow. My feet were totally warm. I also just took them on a skiing trip up north to Lutsen and we did a fair bit of tromping through snow (there was a storm the day we drove up) and my feet were perfectly warm and toasty. Just a note on size: I read the reviews for the boots before I bought them, and everyone said they were small, so to buy a size up. Normally I'm an 8.5/9, so I would've gotten a 9.5 but they were out. I got a 10 instead. With thick socks, I still have a little wiggle room, but it's not uncomfortable. I still think a 9.5 would've been better for me, but the 10's just fine. They also fit my wide feet quite nicely. March 2, 2013
Better than expected Other reviews helped me so adding my own. As others mentioned the boots definitely run small, I normally wear an 8.5 and a 9 fits (barely), if you regularly wear thick socks you may want to go up an entire size and not just a half size like I did. Also, the color is NOT as white as it looks online (at least on my computer), it's more of an off white/cream but I still really liked it! So far I've worn these in Canada in 10-32F (-10 to 3C) sledding/tobogganing in a foot of snow with snow pants over top and feet stayed dry and warm with just a regular pair of socks. Same when hiking - and the grip was better than expected, not crampons but for snow boots they did well. Also, small bits of mud wiped off surprisingly easy. Only time my feet did get cold wearing the boots was while dogsledding but I was not moving around... March 2, 2013
Love it! I bought them especially for my first ski trip to South Lake Tahoe. I am really impressed! They really kept my feet warm. I only had a pair of thick winter leggings under them, and I was totally fine and comfortable. They are light and stylish too. At first I was skeptical about them because my feets are flat and these boots have no heels or anything. It turned out they are really comfortable and I could walk really far w/o feeling my feet hurt or anything. My friends and I walked up to the hill covered by snow over the lake. The old snow path was so slippery. I was the only one who could walk firmly w/o any problem in these boots! I normally wear size 7 1/2, and size 8 in boots and sneakers. I read the previous reviews, and I went with size 8. At first I felt they were too tigh, but the longer I was in them, they were fine and I didn't want to take them off. Good product indeed! Perfect Winter Boot! I purchased these boots after moving to the highest elevation in the North Carolina Mountains! I LOOOOVE THEM! I bought the "winter white" and was a little nervous that with all the snow, mud and wet conditions up here, they would get dirty easily. The material they are made of is very easy to clean, and they still look like new! I got a half size bigger because the reviews stated they ran small, but they were not small on me at all! They fit perfect! A lot of people buy boots larger to wear thick socks with them, but I PROMISE, with the omni-heat technology, you don't need thick socks! LOVE these boots My husband recently purchased these boots for me, due to the erratic weather we've received here in New York. I was excited to see how they'd perform in snowy, watery, and icy conditions. I must say that these boots exceeded my expectations. I've had to wade my way through a few feet of snow and they hold up beautifully. The omni-heat feature is amazing. Some times it keeps your feet too warm. I truly appreciate how they're functional, yet stylish. They do run a little small, so I would order a half size up, i.e. I wear a size 10, I bought a 10.5. I would purchase again! February 25, 2013

Great Boots - comfortable and warm without being too warm! I bought these boots for a trip to Boston (February 14-19, 2013). The week before my trip, Boston had record snowfall which was still on the ground when I arrived - a combination of huge iced-over drifts and slush. Over the weekend, Boston again received more snow with temps as low as 12 degrees (not including wind-chill factor). These boots kept my feet toasty warm with only one pair of regular socks, without making them sweaty. I walked everywhere, everyday and night! Also, these boots are so light - which made packing and hauling them extremely easy. Because they did not make my feet sweat through Boston cold weather, I decided to wear them back home to San Antonio, TX (with no problems btw). Additionally, I have plantar fasciitis that requires me to wear support such as Birkenstocks. One thing great about these boots is that I was able to remove the inserts and place my own Birkenstock soles. I did order 1/2 size larger to be able to do this. I highly recommend them to everyone! everyday indoor/outdoor boot I received these boots in black for a Christmas present. I wear a size 9 and the boot is a size 9. They are only a little snug if I wear a very heavy pair of socks, but not uncomfortably snug. My feet are always cold on any given day. I wear these boots all day long and never have to worry about my feet being cold. My office is so cold, I wear them all day at work. When the temps are in the teens, I wear a medium weight sock and my feet are toasty warm and dry. We were hit with Nemo (Blizzard of 2013) where we had 18 or so inches of snow dumped on us. I was outside with these boots the whole time. My feet were never cold and never damp. I am ordering the brown. I might even order them in another color. I love them. February 23, 2013

Have you ever bought a pair of boots, worn them on a Chicago windgusty 2-degree day, kept them on at your chilly office all day, come home, taken them off, and immediately thought "whoa, why are my feet so cold all the sudden?"Yeah, I hadn't either until yesterday -- my first day in these boots. They're so toasty! I'm at home right now, wearing thick wool socks and fuzzy slippers, and my toes are begging me to put those boots on.Beware: If your feet aren't often cold indoors, you might not want to wear these boots for long stretches of time indoors, lest your feet get too warm. They didn't make me feel like my toes were on fire -- I didn't feel uncomfortable at all in them -- but I'm one of those chilly-footed people. If you are too, you won't wanna take these boots off. Ever.I normally wear an 8W. I tried these on in an 8 and they felt too short, so I bought an 8.5. My left foot is wider than my right, so the left boot's snug across the bridge. Both boots are a bit long, but that's how 8.5 in any shoe/boot fits me. That actually works to my advantage here, because the toes of these boots are tilted up. The bit of extra length helps keep my toes in a more comfy position, and my feet don't slide around in the boots. And I love how light they feel, almost like toasty warm sneakers. I feel very sure-footed in these.If Columbia ever makes a knee-high version of this boot, I'll buy a pair without hesitation. Bonus points if they're offered in wide widths. Meanwhile, these mid-calf boots will keep saving my feet on cold winter days. And I see a pair of Packed Out slippers in my near future, to pacify my toes. February 20, 2013

It is not White The boots were great, they kept my feet warm and toasty. All the reviews were correct, the size was slightly smaller than usual. I normally wear 7.5 and I ordered a size 8, it fits perfectly.I was extremely disappointed with the color, the picture shows that it is somewhat white but when I got the shoes, it was more like a light tan color. I wanted a pair of white boots to go with my outfit and this is just not the one. I have to keep them because I didn't have time to shop anymore before the trip. February 19, 2013
Love my new boots! I bought these boots a 1/2 size larger based on other reviews and I am glad I did! They fit perfect! I received these before we went on a 4 day weekend of hiking, caving, etc. I wore these all but one day of our vacation. They were VERY comfortable...like wearing tennis shoes! We had varying temperatures (50-20 degrees) for hiking and they kept my feet nice and toasty...albeit a little too toasty on the 50 degree day, but I didn't mind. We did a few stream crossings too, and the boots didn't let any water in. If you're thinking about purchasing them, do it! Runs about a full size small These boots are cute, light weight, and comfy (once you get a size that fits). I am usually an 8.5, sometimes a 9 so I ordered the 9. Reviews said the boots run small but I didn't think I would need a whole size larger. Turns out I did! So I sent the size 9 pair back and ordered a 9.5. I don't want it to get warm These are by far the most comfortable boot of any kind I have ever worn. They are thin and light weight yet very warm. They run just a tad small. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 1/2 just in case thinking that if they were a bit big I could add extra socks. I'm glad I did. I can pull them on with one hand, no need for lacing. They look cute with any kind of pant or legging or jean even tho they are a snow boot. The anti slip treads on the bottom really do work. Love these boots! These boots are very stylish and light. I wore them with jeans, ski pants, even a skirt on a recent trip. As other reviews said, they do run a little small and I ordered a half size larger. They are so comfortable I felt like I was wearing slippers. They keep my feet VERY warm until it drops below about 20 degrees, then I could have used an extra pair of socks to keep my toes warm. I was in snow, rain, slush, and mud, and found them to be completely waterproof (I never completely immersed my feet in any water). I am planning to buy another pair, maybe two in different colors. Warm Comfy boots I was a little disappointed when I first got the boots. I thought they were going to be a little cuter (to wear as snow boots but also as everyday boots). I must say after my first time wearing them they have definitely grown on me. Extremely comfortable and they keep my feet nice and toasty. I would definitely recommend these boots. Slightly Disappointed Let me start off by saying that I love the look of the boot. I purchased the black pair. These boots are NOT true to size. I wear a 7 and I wish I had ordered a 7.5. I can't really tell if they are warm or not because they are so tight they make my feet numb, thus making my feet feel like ice blocks. I wonder if it is too late to exchange them. I think I may eventually have ingrown toe nails if I don't. If I am able to exchange them for a bigger size, I will come back and review these boos over. January 14, 2013
Finally - snow boots comfortable enough to wear all day! This boot is both incredibly comfortable and keeps my feet, ankles and lower calf snow free.The soles have a good tread which has helped me navigate patches of snow, slush and ice. Other reviews I read will reflect my opinion that walking on a wet floor can be a bit slippery, but that is the only surface I have had difficulty with. While completely sturdy and protective (I can walk across gravel/rough terrain and not feel pokes from the individual stones), the soles are still very flexible and allow me to navigate a bit easier than flat bottom/non-flexible boots of the past.Unlike other snow boots, these boots are also very light weight - a much welcomed change!For those with high arches a simple insert will make these boots perfect to wear all day long.The boots do an excellent job of keeping moisture out, even when walking through the occasional puddle.I would recommend purchasing a half size up - doing so has given me the perfect amount of room since adding the arch insert.My toes stay warm while wearing these boots (very important). Sometimes my feet sweat a bit/give me damp socks at the end of the day, but I have yet to wear these boots all day exclusively outside to see if that activity alone will cause a bit of sock dampness.Did I mention they're cute?!
