Inferno mittensExcellent quality but run small. Ordered XL and mitten is tight on the thumb. Not good when using 4 wheeler ice fishing.

Excellent Mittens! These mittens run a little small. I originally ordered a medium and needed to order the large instead. They are super warm! I would highly recommend this product.

Really bulky and no dexterity.I'm pretty solidly between a medium and large for men's gloves. Medium was that largest size available on the Columbia website, but these mitts fit so tight that they are actually painful to wear. The inside is very "fuzzy" and actually doesn't leave much room for a hand. This interior lining would also make it difficult to use a liner with the mitt.
Before opening the shipping package, I thought perhaps they shipped the wrong item since it was so heavy. These Inferno Range mitts are definitely not lightweight and have a lot of insulation. I'm sure if they had a larger size available they would keep my hands really warm, but I don't think that I still would have kept them since the added bulk really makes it difficult to use your hands while wearing the mitts.

Warm MittenI decided to try mittens this year. I have always worn gloves but had cold fingers. These are definitely warm. It was nice to ski in 15F weather w/out being cold. It was tough to adjust to not having my fingers free. They were only slightly snug just below the thumb.
