Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jacket for fall and some winter This is my third version of this jacket. It's great when temps are in the 35-50 degree range. When colder (or windy), you definitely need something more as it's not a heavily-insulated jacket. Great for a lot of the time, just not those really cold and windy winter days. Love the colors available!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Perfect light jacket I got this item just before our weather went from winter to spring. I have worn it twice and was very pleased with the warmth it provided without the bulk. As the temperature rose, it was still good to take away the morning chill. As an extra bonus, it has hand protector sleeves with thumb holes to protect from getting too much sun on my hands while driving. I like the jacket very much!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket I now have two of these jackets, one in blue and one in black, they are fantastic! I wear them in anywhere from chilly weather to cold weather to rain, it's so comfortable. Also love the thumb holes in the sleeves! They do run small, I would definitely order up a size. Writing this review and seeing that the jacket is on sale makes me want to buy a third!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love it - thanks Lightweight but warm enough for a North Dakota winter. Nice color, silver inside is a nice girly touch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm sold! First time buying a jacket online I normally like to try jackets on to be sure of the fit. I'm a Cali girl who was visiting family in Des Moines Iowa so now I needed winter gear. Where do I start and what do I buy since Cali don't have 4 seasons . I took a chance read reviews and did homework. Decided to go larger due to layering ng up. I'm 5'8 198lbs..Curvy . It worked out perfect in Iowa ice strom..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly warm I bought this jacket for it's light weight. I read reviews before purchasing it and several stated it ran small. I ordered a size up. It's to big. I think it runs pretty true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great light weight cold weather jacket This jacket is a great way to keep warm without having an excessively bulky jacket. It runs a little small. I went up one size as did my daughter. Really like this jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and beautiful color Love the fit and comfort and color I purchased. Nice and light weight but still keeps me warm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Jacket to layer This jacket has the omni heat and is very comfortable to layer---I layer mine with under Armour hoodies and they both keep me comfortable on the chilly days--if its well below double digits I recommend a heavier coat or heavier under layer ---I have a a heavier coat for lower temps. hope this helps. great light weight warm coat to layer with at beginning or end of winter season when its not so cold .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight Warmth This is the jacket I reach for when it is cold. It is light as a feather and toasty warm. It does run small, so I recommend a size up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Alaska Jane Great jacket. Lovely for travel. This style runs snug so i went up one size so i can wear a cardigan under it. (I do not wear my clothes tight). Wish it had a two-way zipper. When i sit, it bunches up under my chin. Warm enough for an Alaskan winder

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket! This jacket is great. Very comfortable and of course lightweight. The first jacket I have ever felt comfortable driving in, does not restrict me and does not feel like I am wearing a jacket. I am so happy I purchased it. Kudos to Columbia for making Plus size products for women since we are active and want nice looking attire to wear. This jacket looks nice and feels great. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I love this jacket! It is so warm and perfect for what I was needing. It is incredibly light weight but still very warm. Thank you Columbia for making plus size coats that are fashionable! I bought a size up hoping to have a little extra room for layering and it's perfect. I was worried because others reviewed it as to short but I'm 5'11 and it fits perfect and the arms are long enough(that's a real struggle for us tall girls)! Love it!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this jacket ! Love this jacket ! It was a little loose but only because I ordered wrong size ! I had lost almost 30 lbs and still thought I needed a 3x lol but otherwise it was nice !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeping Toasty I had bought myself this jacket after my son and husband got the mens version. They raved about how warm it kept them (and my husband is a winter weeny) NO other brads carried plus sizes in this type of jacket (thanks Columbia for realizing we dod exist) I could have just went to the store and got myself the mens version however I liked the wrist area on the women s better with the thumbhole and the stitching at the diagonal for a "slimming" effect. Just a note, the women's 3XL is a out the same size as the mens 2XL I generally wear a 18-20 or Xl in tops (40F) and with the 3xl i can zip up quick and east and have enough room for layers and not feel like I am constricted (ample boob room) As far as it keeping me toasty I have never felt better, I have never been cold with this and I never overheat either. Most times I wear a tee or a thermal under and I am good. What is also a nice feature is the fabric on the inside of the zipper near your face/neck. Its the small things that make it great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted! this jacket is exactly what I wanted! It is large enough to fit, but doesn't look sloppy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! As a plus size girl it is such a relief to be able to buy a size-appropriate but fashion-normal jacket. I have tried on 20+ jackets in stores only to find the arms too long the length too long the fashion too old-lady. This jacket is perfect it sits just below the bum the arm lenght is perfect for my 5'6 frame. The first day I wore it I received compliment after compliment. The jacket with it's lack of bulk is flattering, comfortable and I feel great in it. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jacket I love my new jacket. It is exactly what I wanted. It is feather light in weight and nice and warm on a cold windy day. I will be doing the Memorial Service today and will enjoy wearing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Women's Mighty Lite III Jacket I love this jacket. It isn't bulky, yet it keeps you warm. I was especially surprised by the thumb holes. They keep the jacket over your hands so they stay warm too.
Date published: 2016-11-10
Rated 4 out of 5 by from worth it! I love this jacket, & love that it comes in plus sizes. I love how I can layer underneath, it's pretty roomy. I probably could have sized down, but I was unsure if the sizes were true to size. The wrist cuffs with thumb holes are a plus! I also like how every pocket has a zipper, plus added interior pocket is a bonus! I'd like to see this jacket in more colours. It's very warm, but you don't get overheated or under heated. I'd like to see this jacket come with a attached hood, & maybe a bottom cinch cord to tighten around the hips. I also found that the arms were a tad long, but I don't mind that. THANK YOU for thinking about us plus size ladies out there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Warm This jacket is very light,But very warm. Almost too warm when you are walking in the winter. With temp. -10c to -15c, have to unzipped the jacket.
Date published: 2016-10-11
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great light fall and winter jacket This jacket is thin and light, but very warm and comfy. I like that it's not heavy and easy to roll up into a backpack or suitcase. Warms up within minutes and is a perfect jacket to take to the airport or any place you're traveling. Fits true to size and looks slimming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thrilled! I bough this as a last minute purchase to head North for Ice fishing and snowmobiling. I was skeptical of the warmth such a thin jacket could provide but I was able to snowmobile for 7 hours in high teens to low 20's without getting even chilled. awesome jacket and I plan to buy another.
Date published: 2016-02-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Coat I was really surprised by how lightweight and seemingly thin this coat was when it arrived. But, with the omniheat lining- this coat is very warm and cuts the wind -really maximizing your body heat. The thumb holes are super soft and warm and the interior zip pocket and zip exterior pockets are great features! Great for outdoor exercise or activities- not ideal for temps below 20 degrees if you're going to be outside and inactive.
Date published: 2016-01-20
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thin and warm, but too short I will admit I kept this jacket even though it is a little too short. It's perfect for weather 30-60 degrees, more layers if colder, and i'ts lightweight.
Date published: 2016-01-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight but perfectly warm! I read all of the reviews on this jacket and did buy one size larger than I thought I needed. I should have fit in a 2X based on the sizing guide but I am glad I bought a larger size. It's very warm (despite its thin nature and lightweight). I love the sleeves with the thumb holes. Honestly, that probably sold me on the jacket. I have long arms and the sleeves are actually long enough. The thumb holes are a little tight for my long arms but useful for short wear. I don't think I'll always use them though because I feel like I am pulling on the jacket a little. It's stylish and not too billowy. I really wanted a jacket that was lightweight, warm and not bulky and I found it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight knockout! I bought this item after I'd purchased the vest version a while ago; its quality, fit, and features had wowed me enough that I treated myself to the jacket. It's a great outerwear with a lightweight feel. While I almost live in hoodies, this item is a fashionable change up. I got the jacket in a 2X so I can wear bulky clothes under it; I haven't worn it in freezing conditions, but I don't think it would give the maximum warmth for 25 degree (or lower) weather without something warmer worn underneath. I love the snug cuff lining at the wrists with the thumb-hole; I slipped on my gloves over them and there is no gap for cold air to get to my arms! The tip of the zipper has an ergonomically shaped rubber tip for easy grasping, even with gloves on; smooth action on the zipper, no snags! The reflective dot lining helps me stay warm without over heating, nor do I get a static zap when I slip out of this coat like I do with other like coats. I know most of my points are little details, but it's the little things that round out a great jacket. The only thing I wish for on this otherwise great product is a detachable hood. Thanks for making an awesome jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around jacket I purchased this jacket for every day wear that I could also wear on the ski hill. I run very hot so a traditional ski jacket to too warm. On cold windy days -15 C (-20 C with wind) I was comfortable with a t shirt under it. It handles humidity and rain well and is warm with out the bulk. I love this jacket, I'm so glad I bought it.
Date published: 2015-12-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm warm and warm I was very surprised at how warm this coat is given how thin it is. It is less bulky than your average sweatshirt, and very similar I'm feel to wearing a wind breaker. However, it keeps me warmer than my bulky wool coat. I was out in the snow for two hours and didn't get cold. I love this coat, and I should highly recommend it.
Date published: 2015-12-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy so far! A lightweight down jacket - not sure it will survive the -40 temps we get, but so far I'm happy with it. Definitely keeps you warm in this transition time - especially in the wind! Body is pretty true to size, arms are really long though - will have to get those shortened!
Date published: 2015-11-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from drivability I wanted a warm jacket, without bulk and too much weight .Hate driving with a restrictive jacket. This jacket is great for driving and keeps me warm on cold days. Only wish it was a little longer.
Date published: 2015-03-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the jacket but... I really love the jacket, it keeps you warm. It's so nice that it's really light weight. The size does run small. I usually wear a large or extra large, but with this jacket I got a 1XL. It allows me to wear something like a sweatshirt if I need to. The only problem is it'd be nice if there was a drawstring or something at the bottom of the jacket to tighten to prevent the wind from blowing under. Because of the bigger size, the bottom of the jacket is not fitting to my body type. Other than that it was nice to finally find a light, warm jacket for winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely lives up to its name! Perfect errand jacket and wearing while working out... light-weight incredibly warm and always getting compliments (purchased the jacket in coral glow) - warms up the grey dismal coloring of a Chicago winter.
Date published: 2015-02-06
Rated 4 out of 5 by from good fit Many of the reviews stated this coat ran small. I feel the fit is great and true to size. My only complaint is the fabric used to line the pockets. It is very cheap and feels awful when I put my hand in my pocket.
Date published: 2015-02-02
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jacket Beautiful red jacket runs small so order a size larger than normal. It is so lightweight and comfortable-not bulky at all. I love this jacket and had looked all over for light weight warm one that was comfortable.
Date published: 2015-02-02
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected.... Runs a little small, I recommend going the next size up and than you still won't be able to layer underneath. Also, jacket is not that warm. Better for a Fall jacket, will not keep you warm enough on a cold day.
Date published: 2015-01-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love!! I got this jacket delivered today and LOVE it!! It does run a little small. Usually I wear a L or XL, and i purchased a 1X and fits perfect. Maybe with a little room for a sweater underneath. I am tempted to buy another!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this jacket I had been wanting this jacket for some time. It is very lightweight that makes it very packable for traveling. But don't let that fool you in to thinking that this is a lightweight jacket. It is very warm and comfortable. Had to order up a size to fit comfortable with layering underneath. Love the Omni Heat. I have slippers and vest that also has the same lining.
Date published: 2015-01-19
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable. This is a great jacket. So light weight but nice and warm. I don't like heavy restricting jackets so this is perfect. I originally bought the Mighty Lite 111 vest and liked it so much that I bought the jacket too for an Alaskan cruise I am going to be taking. Love the weight and the cuffed sleeves with the thumb holes. Would highly recommend this jacket as well as the vest for slightly warmer uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST JACKET EVER!!!! I do not like wearing jackets/coats but this is SO comfortable it's like not wearing one at all. I'm actually going to purchase the long one too.
