Women’s PFG Aruba™ Roll Up Pant is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 59.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs small Very nice fabric, with versatile leg length. Especially good for this older camper. Ordered a size 10 and had to return for larger size. Like the cargo pocket

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice pants The pants are very nice, but beware that you can see through the fossil color.
Date published: 2017-05-02
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with fit I loved the color, but unfortunately they did not fit as expected. I even bought a size up hoping for a little extra room, but these pants were too tight in the thigh and had very little stretch to them. I had to return them and get something that would move with me. The description said "regular" fit, but these did not fit the same as my other "regular" fit pants. Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These pants are comfortable and versatile I wear these pants for work or hiking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from PFG Pant Columbia clothing difficult to find the right size to fit. One size too small, going up a size then item is too large. I didn't expect to have a problem with regular women's sizing options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love these! I bought these for hiking and zip-lining in the rain forest. They were perfect! Quick drying and very lightweight and comfortable. I think they ran a little small, but fit me perfect.
Date published: 2017-02-22
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sizes don't match between colors The blue color is a completely different sizing scale. I purchased a 4 in blue and is the same size as a 2 in black I purchased last year. The 4 I purchased in black fits perfectly, unlike the blue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Thought these were going to be the perfect pant for me. I've generally had good luck with the fit of Columbia Gear pants but these were an odd fit for me - very loose in the leg, snug in the waist with a very short length from waist to croch. Sadly I had to return both pair that I purchased.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Pants, But Way Too Small I normally wear a 2 and the size 2 in Columbia's convertible pants fit fine, but when these arrived they were way too small. They were so small, that it wasn't even close to be able to button or zip them up. Too bad, because I actually liked the color, fabric, and style. Good adventure travel pants. Will try to exchange them at a Columbia store.
Date published: 2016-12-09
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good pants, but run small First, these pants seem to be designed for women with straight hips (like myself). If you are blessed with curves, these pants may not work well for you. Additionally, the sizing of these pants seems somewhat smaller than other Columbia pants/shorts. I’m 5’5”, 120 pounds, and consistently wear Columbia size 2. However, these pants were too snug in the waist and thighs in size 2. I reordered size 4 and I love these pants so much so that I now have two colors; navy and sage (which is dark khaki). The thigh pocket is generously sized and will accommodate my cell phone. The only cons are that the hand pockets are a bit small/ shallow and the waist could use two more belt loops at the hips.
Date published: 2016-12-07
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way too small Most of the reviews on these pants say they are too small. Why don't they adjust this problem after all these same reviews? I ordered 1 size larger than I normally wear and could not even get the button closed!
Date published: 2016-12-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good pants but runs small Good pants overall but after one wash they shrunk a lot and were too short to wear as pants. I only roll them up now. I normally wear a size 6 but bought a size bigger, an 8, since it said they run small, and they were still a little small overall.
Date published: 2016-10-12
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good quality but poor sizing I own these exact pants in a different color so I thought they would be the fit I wanted, but instead I couldn't even get them on. I was very surprised that the same size and style would be such a different fit. I love the fabric and the durability of it, but am not happy that I have to return them because the sizing was not consistent.
Date published: 2016-09-25
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too small Bought two size 8 regular pants. One fit perfectly, these were way too small. Would size them as a 6.
Date published: 2016-09-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by from either tight or big I first got a size 4 which is typical for me and they were too tight so I returned them for a 6. The 6 fits ok overall but I have to cinch the waist so they stay put. A bit bummed that they don't have a drawstring built in like my faithful North Face pants. My colleague, who is the same size as me, got a 4 and they fit her fine so maybe I got a dud on my first try. Overall happy but wish they had the drawstring.
Date published: 2016-09-06
Rated 3 out of 5 by from too tight for me not the classic fit I had ordered before Short waisted ... not for curvey women
Date published: 2016-09-03
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the feel but runs small Just got these and was so excited to slide them on. I'd ordered a 4 because I'd lost some weight and all my 6's were saggy as heck and the last 4's I ordered in shorts and capris fit great. Not so much on these. They were very snug. I had to exchange them for a larger size. The larger size it a bit too roomy but I'm wearing them anyway because they are just incredibly comfortable.
Date published: 2016-09-01
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way too small I have this pant a low review based on the terrible sizing. I normally wear a size 10 in many other Columbia pants and other brands add well. I tried them on and couldn't come close to zipping them. I love the looks but they probably run 2 sizes too small. They also may be cut for a body type that has no hips.
Date published: 2016-06-17
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs a little small I also purchased the shorts - they are perfect in every way including true to size. The pants are perfect but was a little disappointed they were not true to size and are a little tight - same size as the shorts - but next size larger would probably be too big so I'll live with them being a little snug
Date published: 2016-06-10
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs WAY to small I'm a 14. I wear a 14 in most Columbia clothes and pretty much anything. I ordered size 14 in these, and it fit like a size 8/10. Other than that, I love the pants themselves. Since I'm on a weight loss journey, I'm going to save these for when I lose about 30-40 lbs. They might fit then. LOL.
Date published: 2016-06-08
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Fit I really wanted to like these pants. I like the idea of a roll-up rather than a zip-off, as the zipper tends to cut in to my thigh. I went up two sizes, and these were still very tight around my hips. I suppose if you don't have curves, you may be okay in these pants, but the look was unflattering and they were uncomfortable, so I returned them.
Date published: 2016-06-08
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too small at hips Pants are very narrow around hip area. If you are curvy they will not fit well. I did order a size up from what I normally wear and they are still small.
Date published: 2016-05-25
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing way off I have recently bought Columbia shorts & capris, all size 12. They fit perfectly. These pants fit like a size 8, so I had to return them - at my expense.
Date published: 2016-05-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sad they don't fit I will be exchanging this pair for larger size.
Date published: 2016-05-18
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants Although these shorts are a little big on me (I wear a 0), I bought the 2 Regular and found them to be great for active vacations. They are light weight, durable, with some stretch and very comfortable. They dry quickly so were perfect for rafting. I bought more.
Date published: 2016-05-09
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Pant, BUT Great pant, just what I needed for a long range fishing trip. The reviews are correct, these pants run very small; I am a size 8 but after reading all the reviews I got size 12. They fit nicely! I am ordering 2 more pairs. The 4 star rating is because the sizing is incorrect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks, Reviewers! I read reviews that said that these pants run small. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered a 12. They fit well, so no need to send them back for a size that fits! Very helpful information found here!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Size Up 1 to 2 Sizes I sized up 2 sizes after reading the reviews and am glad I did. I also have Columbia's Anytime Outdoor pants and the fit of the Aruba is a lot more snug. Unlike the Anytime pants, these pants do not stretch. But I think the material is more durable as the Anytime pants will pill. I don't think the Aruba pants will have that problem. It's very lightweight and great for hot/warm weather hiking. Because it's nylon, it will dry quickly if you're having to slosh through water. I like the fact that they can be converted to capris. These pants would work well for traveling. I'm 5' 4" and will have to shorten these pants 3 inches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from pants i agree, they run a bit small. Its the same good quality that all columbia products are. light weight

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs small I usually wear a size 2 in Columbia pantts/shorts, had to buy a 6 in this pant

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice looking pants These pants look and fit great. Cool material, washes and dries easily. I like the stretchy material in the Anytime Outdoor Pant better but these are great also.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from cute but tight This is the first Columbia product to not fit anywhere close to size. Disappointed but will continue shopping Columbia because products fit my professional and personal style.
Date published: 2015-06-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile pant Looking for a light weight versatile travel and golfing pant. These are perfect, I am 5'7" 133 pounds I do wear a size 4 in most Columbia pants but a 6 in this pant, and the regular is a good length although it would be nice to have the option of long. Greater color selection would be nice, will order more.
Date published: 2015-05-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I ordered these because I wanted a pair of pants to wear to work at a zoo that would withstand outdoor work, dirt, and weather. I purchased the sage color and it's a very pretty. I ordered a size 2 and found them a little big snug in the waist but not too tight where they were uncomfortable to move around in. I haven't yet tested their durability at work but so far I'm happy with my purchase and think these were worth the splurge.
Date published: 2015-05-12
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why are all the pants so little in the leg? I'm pretty sure Columbia pants are only made for slender women. I have very large legs relative to my waist from years of soccer, skiing, and weight training, and even by sizing up I can not get ANY of the women's pants up more than mid-thiegh level. These pants seemed like they would have been exceptional- if they fit.
Date published: 2015-03-26
Rated 4 out of 5 by from These Ran Small for Me I have several pair of Columbia pants, size 4. These were too small so I will return for a size 6. In this same order, I got 2 different styles of the Just Right pant (Straight Leg and Capri) in size 4 and those both fit me well.
Date published: 2015-03-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable They run a tiny bit big but nothing a belt couldn't help. They are thin, light and comfortable. I bought the navy.
Date published: 2015-03-02
Rated 5 out of 5 by from At Last! Fabric is critical for me. Don't want knit/stretchy pants. These are all nylon with a slight texture. They don't cling and are flattering front and BACK! I want pants that slightly "graze" the body and these do just that. I have the black and sage and will order more. Nothing shows through those colors. The fossil is not see-through but leans toward that. Fossil is lighter than shown here. Sage leans more towar d a dark khaki than green. Looks great with orange, yellow. Please keep making these pants. Some of us still have very nice bodies but knit/stretchy fabic reveals less than perfectly toned flesh. Needed a ten instead of ususal size 8. I wear these to the gym.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ordered large based on reviews, but too bit I'm an average frame, 5'6", 145 lbs, 36-33-40. Reading sizing comments and looking at the sizing chart, I wanted to make sure the pants would be a comfortable fit around the waist. I ordered a 12 and it was way too big...by probably 1.5-2" in the waist which made it sit low. I could have slid them down over my hips. The hips were a little roomy as a result, but might be worth a comfort factor if you're fishing all day. The pants were also about 1.5" too long. I didn't have time to return this item, so wore a non-constraining belt and kept the pants rolled up and buttoned. 2 zippered pockets #back and on leg# and 2 slit pockets at waist -- a little small for functional things like phone or camera but ok. Three stars because of challenges, but if you can get the sizing right I would recommend them for a knock-around pant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from too long I was super excited to receive these pants in the mail. My plan was to use them on an upcoming trip to Thailand. The fit was great all over except the length. I wish Columbia offered Short, Regular, or Long options. I would have gladly exchanged them if these options were available. Needless to say I did end up sending them back. I am 5'2" 115lbs. I ordered a size 2. They fit perfectly other than the length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants I love these pants, they look nice for a day in the office and do great out in the field. They dry quick, and are not hot. they do run quite small, I am a size 4 to 6 and bought those in 8, they fit great but are still a bit snug on the hips. The waist is a bit higher then most pants I have but its fine. I do wish that the pockets were deeper, and had one more pocket at least...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great light weight pants! It runs small. I usually wear a size 4, and sometimes a 2 (are pants sizes getting bigger all the time?), but on these roll up pants I fit into the 6 perfectly. They are exactly what I was looking for a sailing trip - light weight, dry up easily, roll up to a nice length, and a nice color.
Date published: 2014-08-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The pants are awesome The pants are super light and dry fast! They stretch for a very comfortable fit. I am 5'3 and muscular and usually where a size six, but I ordered and 8 and they fit perfectly. Very happy with this purchase!
Date published: 2014-03-27
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Runs Small Size Up I wear standard 8/10 in most all brands out there. 10 was too tight in waist but fit good elsewhere, so due to quality & selection re-ordered 2 pairs in 12. At 5'7.5" 145-150 lbs more of a boy's waistline suggest if you are thicker waisted, to size up one from regular fit, even Columbia standard fit. Regular length was fine, tend to have longer legs for height. Nice trim looking pant for warm, hot humid climes along w/working on farm, riding horses, or motorcycle riding. Good all around pant. Rise also plenty generous which is a must for an active pant - would say a tad higher than mid rise, won't have to worry about plumber's crack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE these pants! Perfect pants for Texas surf fishing! These pants are awesome! I have several pair. They are lightweight and durable, but dry super fast after being in the surf wade fishing. They are also cute for casual wear as well. They do fit snug at first, but stretch after you have them on a little while, so take that into consideration when choosing your size.
Date published: 2013-10-09
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Style and fit are good The style of these pants is great for my body type which is in between curvy and no hips. The fabric is very lightweight. I prefer fabric that is a little heavier than ripstop, yet still not stretchy. I had to hem the pants to fit, which was easy because of the straight hem, however it would be great to have adjustable tabs for the capri length to accommodate shorter figures.
Date published: 2013-07-08
Rated 5 out of 5 by from VerySatisfied They are a perfect fit for hiking with the exception of length. I am 5'2'' and they are long. Not a big deal for me because I sew and make them the length that is good for me.
Date published: 2013-07-05
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I liked the idea that they can be rolled up. I read the reviews about the pants running small so I ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly.
