None better This is a great quality fleece. Fits well, roomy enough to wear a sweatshirt underneath if necessary. It is my "go to" jacket in all seasons but winter. I have several in different colors. June 15, 2013
Finally, it fits! Other reviewers had noted that this item has long sleeves. As a woman who is six feet tall but plus size, I appreciate that the length is sufficient. I frequently purchase men's outerwear to get appropriate length, but men's outerwear is not tapered at the waist or cut to accommodate hips. Here's a tip: if your sleeves are too long, have them shortened or roll them up. You cannot add length to a sleeve nearly so easily. Also, there are many petite plus options out there, but finding plus size in a long is next to impossible.Functionally, I like that there is no elastic at the cuffs, and the zippered pocket on the arm will be great for my iPhone when I am listening to music while working out. The color (purple/fuschia?) is pretty and I'm sure this jacket with get tons of wear! June 6, 2013
Yes, but... This is a good fitting jacket, good weight, well made. But the color in the photo in no way resembles the actual color of the garment. If I had known it was the color it is I would not have bought it. It is much lighter in color and really not a nice "green".All that said, it is hard to find a 1X to 3X jacket that fits well and is good quality.I also have a Columbia raincoat and I was very impressed with that. Great Color Jacket-Bad Pocket Liners! This is my 1st Columbia Fleece Jacket. I've always wanted one and I do like it, but I have to say I'm very disappointed in the overall quality. WHY, WHY, WHY are the pockets made with a thin white material instead of matching with the same color fleece?!!!! I have the color Zing (which is a great color by the way) But it looks horrible to leave your pockets unzipped with this big white lining showing inside. I like to put my hands in my pockets and I find it slightly annoying that I need to zip them up every time I take my hands out because otherwise the jacket looks defective or torn or that I patched my pockets at home! I think $55 for a fleece should have been all fleece or at least match the color on the pocket lining. May 17, 2013

Not good fit for me! I have 2 other jackets which fit fine and have elastic in the cuff. This jacket had a more fitted style that was hard to slide over other clothing and did not have elastic in the cuff-therefore too long in the arms. I really wanted a light colored jacket like my others that are dark but I was very disappointed and sent it back! This was the only style in purple. It was not too small but due to the styling, it was not good for me! Also hate to pay for the shipping and then return cost also! April 4, 2013

Nice Fleece I bought this in Sea Salt, nice color, a little dressier. Fit is good, good length in body and sleeves, and nice shape to body. Not too bulky a fleece, a good weight like a sweater. February 13, 2013
poor fit Loved the color of this jacket, and the fit would have been fine except, why do manufactures think as we get "bigger" our arms also grow ? The sleeves were at least 4 inches too long, instead of making the sleeves longer, make the length of the jacket longer. As much as I would have liked to keep this jacket, I had to return it. A necessity for many Ive had these jackets in the past and was always pleased. This is true to size, though I do wish it had banded sleeves for keeping the air out. Using it to walk the dog daily, could be a little thicker to help with wind, which again would be grateful for a drawstring waist. I like that color options, and would buy more if needed. Nice jacket, especially for the price This jacket keeps me warm even when the wind picks up. The only negative comment I have is about the color of the lining used on the two side pockets. They really should be matched to the jacket color (mine is in burnt henna) but are instead the color white and look awkward if you leave the pockets unzipped while wearing it. Other reviewers had noted the same thing but I took a chance on the jacket anyway - it's not bad enough to return it, but I did think about sending it back once I saw the pocket interior in person. I consciously zip the pockets closed when I'm not using them so the liner isn't a visual distraction to others.I have received several compliments on the jacket color and I like the fit although I would like it even more if it were about an inch or two longer (especially in the back) for when I wear it in a seated position. Fleece Wasnt pleased! Sleeves too long. Not form fitting at all. Im a plus size 52 bust. Fit okay at the top of the jacket, but the bottom half to wide, and flarey. If your a full figure woman I recommend a size down. I expected better. December 18, 2012

Amazing jacket This jacket is exactly what I was looking for, soft, warm and a beautiful color, with functional pockets and a stylish non boxy cut. The only thing that isn't quite working is the size. I ordered my usual size (2x) but it is WAY too big. The sleeves are too long, and the neck is too high. Also it's too big around the middle. I'm not returning it because it's too much of a hassle and it will probably be ok over bulky sweaters. I tried the 1x on in the downtown Portland store today, and it fits perfectly, but only over a tshirt. It would probably not work well on me in that size over anything heavier. Love the Material I love the material; very soft and just the right weight. The princess seams also make it nicer than many of the cheaper/baggier ones. My only issue is that it is a bit short. I am only 5'8" so can't imagine what it would be like for someone even taller. October 17, 2012

Great - just fits big I bought this same fleece last year, in a 2x and it was/is snug. Wanted a little extra room so I ordered the 3x...it was massive! I had to exchange it for a 2x and it is still far from snug. I have not changed in weight or shape since I bought my first one. Same style number and everything. No Columbia store near me or I would go in and try them on first. Will be ordering 1x when I order a few more colours...they are still a great fleece. October 3, 2012
Pretty good replacement for North Face Khumbu So normally I buy the North Face Khumbu fleece, however due to a incident last year I no longer had the jacket (car accident, and was never able to get it out of the car), and I simply didn't feel like spending the money on that fleece again. So I had a Columbia jacket years ago, and remembered being pretty satisfied with it so I thought I would take a look at their fleeces. Overall it's a good jacket, only complaints is that it seems a little short, and I ordered a size bigger then I think I should have. I had read some people thought it ran a bit small. It is a little bigger then I prefer, but that will make it easier to layer under in the winter. Overall I am satisfied with the jacket September 12, 2012

Great Jacket! I love this jacket! It fits perfectly (I ordered up a size after reading other reviews) and is clearly made to flatter a woman's curvy shape. It is also the exact right weight. Awesome Fleece The Women's Fast Trek II Full Zip Fleece Jacket is amazingly warm & comfortable. The jacket in the extended size fits great. The fleece fabric in Plum is a nice deep fuschia. Great Gift Well now I can finally write a review for this jacket since we bought this jacket a month ago as a Christmas gift. Cozy and warm My second Columbia fleece jacket - first from the company. Love the color - I ordered another color too, as they just keep offering these fabulous shades, those clever Columbia people. The quality is first rate so I'm returning a simultaneous purchase from a major outerwear manufacturer as it just doesn't stand up. I also ordered a fleece jacket for my son - my husband is next. Fast Trek Fleece This is my 6th Fast Trek fleece. The updated styling is very flattering, as are the range of vibrant, bold colors. Perfect for fall and winter. I wear them over a simple tee indoors, and under a Columbia shell outdoors. Nice fleece I just got this jacket today and it is very comfortable. It is a bit thinner than the typical fleece jacket, which I wanted. Some thicker fleece jackets are just too hot! The only problem is I ordered the PLUM color and it was not the color I was expecting. In the picture online, it looked very purple. In person, the color is more of a burgundy purple. Overall, I like this jacket. Just a bit disappointed in the color! August 30, 2011

How to measure
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
