They keep getting shorter!? I have several Columbia Fleece in both women's and men's colors. they keep getting shorter and shorter as they redesign them. I am not that tall either (average 5'6'') Does this mean when next redesign comes out they will be even shorter? It is too bad because I love the color and material. I think I am sending this one back though. It pulls your shirts up with the slightest movement:( I would only recommend it if you are not taller than 5'3" woman. May 12, 2013
Runs very small I love the color and the quality is exceptional, just as you would expect from Columbia. I am very disappointed in the new sizing. The jacket runs very small and is not comfortable. I have several other Columbia jackets that are true to size and I love them. I probably will not wear this jacket very often. I recommend ordering one size larger than normal. May 12, 2013
It's OK I bought this to go under a jacket. It works perfectly with the jacket, but I don't think I like it as much by itself. It's a bit short in the front. I would prefer for it to cover my hips and not just stop at my waist. I got the mountain color and was expecting it to be more gray than blue but it's actually more like a country blue color. Love the color I usually purchase a unisex fleece but this is the first time I purchased a Women's Columbia Fleece and I love it. The color is really rich and it fits great. Benton Springs jacket As I have come to expect from Columbia products, this jacket is of the best quality. The cut was advertised as "fitted", so I ordered up a size to layer underneath it. It is a mid-weight fabric that will be perfect for transitional weather such as spring and fall. May 6, 2013

too small I want to love this but. .it's too small and too short ordering in my regular size. I can't imagine why the company would do this to customers. I believe I would love it if it fit. Delivery is slow also. Disappointed in having to return it. April 20, 2013

Nice Full Zip Fleece! I really like this jacket I just purchased. I ordered the Whamcolor and it is really neat. Shortly before this purchase, Iordered the color Clear Blue and it is also very neat. I havehad compliments on this one but have not worn the Whamcolor yet. Will be interesting to see if anyone commentson that color too. April 17, 2013

item was received in used condition I have at least 15 of these fleece jakcets and i LOVE them. I buy a couple new colors each winter. This time is just apuling!! I received the jacket and it was USED!! It had a stain and had clearly been worn! I sent it back for a efund but i am upset because i had plans to wear it somewhere and couldnt because i had to return it. I ordered two others that were okay. I just think that i deserve some type of discount for a future purchase as i am now forced to wait weeks for my refund!! I will most likely continue to purchase ths product especially at retailers where i can look at it first. March 16, 2013

very nice,true to size Very nice absoutely perfect! I am 5'8 broad shoulders and 42 bust about 34 waist ordered a 1x perfect, love it I can wear a hoodie underneath or just a tank looks and feels great so glad there is a pull cord around waist, for a perfect fit. Nice fleece jacket. This is my third Benton Springs fleece, and I love them all. I live in Maryland, where the weather changes by the minute. The fleece is perfect for most weather we have. The zippered pockets keep my keys safe, and the inside pocket is perfect for my cell phone. I like the seams that give some feminine style to the fleece. The zipper on one of my fleece, that is only 1-1/2 years old, broke, so i didn't rate this fleece as Excellent Quality. I will surely buy this fleece again. February 26, 2013

nice jacket that I am enjoying I was hoping the coat would be a darker purple based on some reviews regarding colors being off a little however it is very much berry! I have used it almost daily since it arrived and so far have no issues with pilling. It fits nicely and has a flattering shape that is not boxy. 2x for me is snug but not over-tight and I'm able to wear while driving. If you tend to wear heavy sweaters you will need a larger size. Good fittting Jacket The Benton Fleece jacket fits true to size. I am a 2x-3x person. The over all fit of the jacket is great. Can wear a sweater under it with out feeling bulky. Flattering Full Figured Gem! Gorgeously designed, flattering even to a middle-aged woman. Perfect color to complement or coordinate with half of the clothing in my closet. Just the right amounts of red and blue in the fleece fabric. Great go-to jacket year round. Ideal for nearly always cool high country evenings. making me enter a title Everything about this jacket is fine except the color . I looked at this jacket on 4 very different computers with some color variations . I was actually shocked when I pulled it out of the package and thought that I was sent the wrong color . Nothing at all like the photos so buyer beware . Snug and Warm Though this fleece isn't very thick it is by no means too thin. You can layer if you need to but I doubt you will, this jacket packs a lot of punch in the warmth department without adding a lot of bulk. Got it to wear underneith a rain jacket and ended up just ditching the rain jacket and using this and a beanie for my weather protection, as much rain as we get this jacket has kept me well protected.A note on the size:I normally buy a large-XL jacket and after reading reviews and trying on other XL jackets from Columbia that I could barely get to zip, I bought a 2X and still felt it was a little too snug in the hips. If you need a little roominess in the hips or chest area BE SURE you size up. December 2, 2012

This jacket is just perfect. I've worn Benton Springs for years. I was surprised not to see it in my usual stores, but I ordered it on-line, received it in perfect shape in two days and didn't spend time or gas money searching for it. The baby blue I usually get is apparently no longer available, but there were two other blues to choose from, and I like the one I received. This jacket is cozy and just a perfect light weight jacket. And when I go inside and think I'm going to be too warm, this jacket is a weight that makes me forget I even have it on. Very Unsatisfied (Returned Product ASAP) I Love Columbia and so far all the products I had purchased, until I came across this fleece jacket. The material of the fleece was very thin, the color was not the same as the one on the preview, the color was actually much lighter, as for the size it was too small and very uncomfortable to wear. How to measure
- Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
