Women’s Saturday Trail™ II Stretch Lined Pant is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Luv the new lining Bought these for multipurpose use. Snow shoeing & curling. Luv them, I could have ordered a size smaller, I currently have an older pair & these fit larger. I would recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pant, please make more! I purchased these in October and have worn these frequently since the weather turned cool. I was back to purchase another pair, and really hoped it would be available in blue or dk gray. Darn it, it simply isn't available at all (: These pants run small, I would typically wear 14 if athletic fit, but I purchased 16 and it fits well, and gives me room for thermal briefs if needed, plus I don't like tight pants at all! These are warm and comfortable, pocket are decent size, would love to purchase more

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit great!! It is had for me to find pants that fit this well. Love this style!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Size Wish these pants came in LONG - pretty short and a tad tight for size 8 and I am 5'8" tall and by no means overweight - my usual size pant is 6. They are warm, but unless they make them in a long, I would not order again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised... -24C plus wind and the there is no getting out of walking the dog. I put these on over my light flannel pyjamas (was having a lazy moment) and headed out. These pants kept my legs comfortable even when I was kneeling in the snow playing with the dog. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought another one! I bought one pair of these pants and once I received, washed and then wore them I immediately ordered a second pair. These keep you warm without being bulky or unsightly. We will be in Europe during the winter and I think these will be perfect for the cold weather that as a southern Californian I just am not used to experiencing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from favorite pants 5'3" 123 lbs. My usual size 6 regular fit great. (even though size 6 in the unlined pants were too tight) No problem with the snap at all. I love these pants. They are so comfortable. I got them when Columbia had a sale.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from RECOMMEND but, Fit is smaller than Saturday Trail stretch pants. I LOVE the Saturday Trail stretch pants. I wear a size 16. I purchased the lined version in a 16 also. First off the waist has a different type of elastic to tighten waist if needed. BUT these are smaller overall and much smaller in the waist than the unlined version. I was surprised. May have to return them. If there was a size 18 I would be fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Winter Pants! Bought these pants for the cold, rainy days in Oregon and they have not failed to satisfy. They're my new favorite pants!!
Date published: 2016-11-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight but warm We love hiking and I have been on the search to find a warm, yet lightweight pant. These pants were comfortable, kept me warm despite the wind, and had great ease of movement while walking and hiking. A perfect in-between pant when traditional hiking pants are too cool and ski pants are too hot. Thanks!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Comfy Once you put them on, you won't want to take them off! They're so warm, lightweight and comfortable. Great for walking the dog in the morning (still might need a thermal lining if it's super cold out). I wish it came in more colors. It's even nice to wear to work, almost looks like slacks (business casual).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tight below waist Size six was right for me, but the fit below my waist was not comfortable, too tight. Plus sometimes I'm a short, and sometimes not. I ordered short, and the legs were too short. I'm 4'4" & 115 lbs. I figure ordering longer will not solve the problem of too tight below the waist in the crotch area. The pants were not as heavy as I had hoped. If they had been less expensive, I might have kept them anyway, but I sent them back. The waist snaps people were complaining about weren't as ineffective as I had expected. The pants were very well made and had belt loops. Sorry they didn't quite work for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from comfortable Its very comfortable and cozy. very good for minus temps. the fitting is a little loose on the legs making it look baggy. 10/10 on comfort
Date published: 2016-11-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent fit Best pants ever. I was fall camping, daytime temps in 60's Night time temps dropped to 20's and I was warm. In the daytime the pants were not hot or sweaty, very breathable fabric. Fashion wise, nice looking with no extra bulk.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thanks for the Short Inseams! It's hard to find a lined hiking pants with short inseams. I'm 5'1" and even these short inseam ones are a little long, but with shoes on, it's ok. It's terribly disappointing to find that almost all pants fit people who are at least 5'8"!!! And being a technical wear, there's no way to hem or cut it. I'm so happy that Columbia has ranges of pants with short inseam! Keep up the good work! Only small issue is the button isn't tight enough. These pants are warm and breathable, while keeping the wind, rain and even snow out. Love it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and stylish I love these pants. I recently brought them on my trip to Alaska and wore them almost everyday. The weather was between 55-65 degrees and these pants provided just the warmth I needed without being bulky. They run a little small as I usually wear a 2 but I had to buy a 4. I had no problem with the snap closure popping open like some reviews mentioned and I wore them kayaking, hiking and ziplining.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit Love these pants. Fit perfect. Finally pants for us shorter people. I'm 5'2", 110 lbs and the size 2 short is perfect. Very comfy and looks great. Want more!!
Date published: 2016-07-17
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stupid snaps I have 2 pair of these pants. I love everything about them, except the two tiny snaps, that Columbia used instead of one sturdy button/snap. Usually only one snap will stay snapped, as long as you don't move. As soon as you bind over or (heaven forbid) sit down, it un-snaps. If the pants didn't have belt loops, I would have sent them back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for various activities I got these pants for hanging out at the cold playground or going for a cooler hike. They worked perfectly. Only complaint is if the weather does start to warm up they do not breath well in warmer temps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Saturday Trail pants! I had bought 2 pairs of unlined Saturday Trail pants in size 16W in the past. They are great. This pair is size 16 and lined and are comfortable but I wish they were a little bigger. As many mentioned in reviews, the snaps pop open. My other pairs had a button in addition to the snaps. I am adding a 3 position hook and eye to the end of the waistband that will take the strain off the snaps. Maybe the button will be returned to this style after the reviews are read. I love this style pants!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants I take between size 10-12 and the size 10 fit perfectly. The pants have the reflective liner to keep warm. Very stylish. I bought them to wear hiking, but find I wear them everywhere when it's cold. Very good quality. I'm thinking of buying a 2nd pair.
Date published: 2016-02-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pants This is my second pair; the style is a little different than the first pair but I still like them. I use mine for golfing. This pair seems to run a little larger (14P) and I had to hem them, but I'm 5'1" and have to hem everything! I recommend this pant for it's versatility, quality and looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them. Bought another Very comfortable outside - keeps me warm, and inside- not too warm. wash well.. Haven't had long enough; less than a month, to see how they hold up but seem to be good quality. A bit expensive thus 4 stars. (130 lbs, 5'5") Size 8 short fits well. Couldn't find another Sz 8 on sale so tried the Sz 10 too. Size 10 short is loose but can still be worn due to the adjustable waist tabs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these pants but.. I have purchased these pants several times. This is a slightly different style. Although I love the fabric and the lining for warmth without bulk, the legs run VERY wide. Also, I am 5'4" and the petite size is too long. If you don't mind a wide leg pant, these are great for any outdoor activity in cold weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect pants for the cold These pants are great for the cold. They are true to size. As other reviewers commented, the snaps may pop open when you bend over, but I wear a belt so this has not been an issue for me. I wear rain/wind pants over them when riding in an open vehicle and I have been very toasty!
Date published: 2016-01-27
Rated 4 out of 5 by from just what I needed I love the pants, they keep me warm but they don't stay close, they keep opening every second, I won't return them because I really needed them so I am adding a button or something
Date published: 2016-01-24
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps the wind out These pants are lightweight and warm. The fit is somewhat straight but not binding at all. I am curvy and can move very easily in them. I will agree with what other reviewers said about that top snap. It pops open whenever I bend over and it isn't because they are too tight in the waist. If anything, the waist is a little loose on me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Warm But Weak Snaps, Short Length Love the Omni-Heat lining - especially during cold winter Chicago days. However, I have to return the pants because two snaps on the waist keep unsnapping. Columbia used light weight snaps when they should have used something more durable and heavy weight. The inseam for these pants are around 31" for my 5'9" height, they are too short. Wish they had worked for me.
Date published: 2016-01-15
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not warm in cold weather I bought these for winter wear and was disappointed they were so lightweight and not warm enough for below freezing weather. I will wear them to keep dry in other seasons, but will need something else for winter.
Date published: 2016-01-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pants for cold days I absolutely love these pants!!! Very light weight, soft and warm - the perfect winter pants. I have been looking for a pair of pants like these for several years, but no other brands fit and felt right until I found these. No more searching for me... I've found my go-to walking/hiking pants for the cold winter days :-)) Just wish there were more color options....(eg: dark blue, khaki)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Women SaturdayTrail II Stretch lined pants These pants are GREAT. I'm always cold, especially when I have to walk the dog in sub zero weather..These pants keeps you warm (and blocks the wind), and even when inside they never get to hot. Please always make these pants. Love them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great with a belt The pants are very warm and comfortable, with two exceptions. The snaps on the closure at the zipper do not stay snapped, even though the pants where a little loose in the waist. There is an elastic piece in the back of the waist band that is to adjust the sizing in the waist. When you pull it out to make the waist smaller it is uncomfortable on your back, unless you are wearing a tucked in shirt or very large granny panties. Wearing a belt seems to solve the problem easily, but it would be more ideal if the snaps would stay closed. The pants are fabulous other wise and perfect for the cooler weather.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pants This is a great pair of pants. I think they are a bit pricey at $80.00 a pair. I purchased my pair with a discount I received as a Columbia Sportswear Greater Rewards member. When I wear these pants in windy, chilly weather (40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit) I stay warm and comfortable. The finish of the fabric looks pretty classy, much better than a pair of corduroy pants. The smooth, stretchy fabric is very comfortable to wear and walk, hike in .The Omni-Heat lining feels soft on the skin with no itching. I have washed and dried these pants two times using my LG washer and dryer with my other clothes with no special care. Each time they have laundered, just as expected. I have found only two negatives with the pants. The waist was way too large. The inside of the waistband contains an elastic with buttonholes that fit some buttons to adjust the fit. However, I shortened the waist size by four button holes on both sides of the center back, so now the back waist is very bunched up and too thick. In addition, these pants were for petite women, hence the "short". But I am 5 feet tall so the leg length was still too long. I shortened the pant legs, slightly more than an inch, and now the leg length is fine for me. I usually wear a size 8 or medium in other brands. The hip and legs of the pants fit true to size for a size 8. The only problems as I said were the too large waist band and too long inseams. These pants are made for cool conditions. They are too warm to wear indoors when I am working. Overall, I like them a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great warm pants - but the snaps aren't holding The pants are great for being outdoors and, unlike ski pants, aren't bulky and look great on a Christmas market. However, the snaps unsnap all the time. I still keep the pants.
Date published: 2015-11-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and cozy The only reason is not 5 of 5 is the snap instead of buttons. If I squat it opens. The pants are super comfy. I got them for our annual new years party out doors . I know they will keep me super warm.
Date published: 2015-11-20
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Waist snap problem These pants work as warm trail pants except for the important fact that you can't bend over to tie a shoe lace or do anything without the snaps at the waist coming undone. I have a small waist and i wear a loose fitting size 4. Please Columbia, fix this design problem. I will NOT buy another pair until this issue is taken care of.
Date published: 2015-11-19
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs a little something I read another review that the waist was to small. I found it to be fine, but I do have an issue with the waist because it uses metal buttons that easily pop off. It fits me great when standing, but if you bend or sit the buttons often can't take any type of pressure and just come off. Luckily the zipper stays up. But I won't buy another pair until an internal button that won't pop of is used.
Date published: 2015-10-25
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great & warm, very small waist I love these pants but the waist is very small in comparison to other pants I've purchased from Columbia. I plan to wear a longer sweater with them, at least until I can work of this summer's ice cream runs. I think they will be plenty warm for my kids football games.
Date published: 2015-09-21
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleased for the most part I have not worn these pants for hiking, walking, or other outdoor activities yet. However, the lining and weight seem perfect for cool/cold weather activities. The waist on the pants was large for me (and I do not have a tiny waist), but the elastic button feature made it possible to cinch in so it fits. It does make the pants a little bunchy in the back, but legs and hips fit well. I am somewhat stocky, so if you have thin legs, you would want a smaller than usual size. I wear a 6 - 8 in pants and a 6 would probably be too tight in the hips and legs for me.
Date published: 2015-07-18
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh. They are fine. They keep you warm. Fit is tough if you are curvy. My biggest problem with these pants is that the snap closure is very weak. Any time I put any stress on them (squat down, etc.), they unsnap, which is a major design flaw in activewear.
Date published: 2015-05-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants! These pants were great on my trip to Iceland in March. They kept me warm, but not overly warm, and they're fantastic in the wind and rain. There were 60mph winds, rain, snow, and ice pellets while I was there and my legs didn't feel any of it walking around in the city. I would recommend!
Date published: 2015-04-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from magic little dots! I was very surprised how this thin and light pants could do such an amazing work. I was wearing it during my hike in the cold, snow and wind (40s) and it kept me perfectly warm. It also worked great during nights when temps drop to below 10s. I had to wear three layers on top but nothing underneath the pants. It has ample space to store things (5 pockets-2 with velcro and 1 with a zipper) and you can adjust the waist with elastic band with buttons. I am 5'4", 114 lb and size 2 regular was fine except that it felt a bit loose and long-but it looks slim enough I just wanted it to be tighter as it's my taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Women’s Saturday Trail™ II Stretch Lined Pant These pants are great for keeping you warm during a hike or golf on colder days. They fit a little bigger than expected, however I am still wearing them!
Date published: 2015-02-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great flexible fit! I am thrilled with these pants. The Omni-heat factor & ADJUSTIBLE elastic waist band make these perfect for winter golfing. Always finding pants with good fit in the hips but way too large in the waist, THESE ARE PERFECT! AND THEY COME IN A SHORT SIZE. Yeah!
Date published: 2015-02-24
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants! I love these pants! I bought them before traveling somewhere very cold and wet (rain and snow). I bought them because my guy gas the mens version (which is a little thicker) and he loves those. My pants came very quickly in the mail and fit very true to size. They are a little loose through the legs, but I think this helped keep me warm. They're not the most stylish pants, and the snaps open fairly easily, but they definitely did the job. With a wool base layer on the very cold snowy days I was warm and dry after many hours of traipsing around outside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is great These pant are very comfortable for hiking or just to wear. They are very warm for cold weather. I plan on buying another pair.
Date published: 2015-02-20
Rated 4 out of 5 by from comfortable These pants feel like light weight ski pants. They are very comfortable and warm. The lining is thin/light weight but does make you feel warm. I used these in the rain and they did a good job shedding most of it.
Date published: 2015-02-19
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The product is very comfortable and warm Completely satisfied with product. I already had one pair that I purchased in 2013 and decided to purchase another pair. These fit better, has an expandable waist and although it is the same product/same company, they are different. I really like the warmth of the Omniheat.
Date published: 2015-02-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by from recommend the product I has purchases a omni-heat pant last year. I was looking for another one this year. I am glad to find the product. I am 5'3'', 114lb, size 4. I generally wear size 4 for other brands. For pants of Conlumbia, I need size 4.
Date published: 2015-02-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by from terrific pants, very comfortable Always wanted to try something with Omni-heat and always looking for comfy, cozy pants. I originally purchased the size 4, regular (5'3, 123 lbs) on the hope that they would fit. Just a little too snug around the hips to be comfortable but length was only a little long for me but should be okay with shoes. I'm usually too tall for shorts and too short for regular lengths. Reordered the 6 and fit very comfortably. Super-warm (too warm almost if you're just hanging around indoors), move nicely and didn't freeze when out walking the dog. Excited to try these out hiking this weekend even though its only supposed to be single digits. We shall see. Bought them on sale and consider them a great value although now that I know what they're like, I'd pay full price for them too.
