Women’s Saturday Trail™ Stretch Pant is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 95.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these! Love these pants, have every color. Great style, great fit, super comfortable. Didn't make a 5 star because the material starts pilling on rub zones.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too small in waist Wanted to love these pants for work but they were way too small in the waist but fit everywhere else. Wish the waist band had a little more flexibility but with still the belt loops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile pant This pant is a classic. It is well designed and easy to care for I purchased three pairs. They are functional in warm weather for walking or hiking. They can be dressed up for evening with the right top and accessories. A true find for a petite sized woman who is active.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy athletic trainer! I'm 6'1" with an athletic build at 185-190lbs. I love these pants! They weren't as long as I had hoped (purchased the 12L), but they covered my shoe and because of the fabric, do not ride up or expose my ankles when I move or sit. By trade, I'm an athletic trainer and work in Georgia (which means a lot of swamp butt). My job requires me to be outside daily, get down on the ground or climb around to assess patients in a variety of settings, and be physically active throughout the day. These pants wick, stay put, dry fast, and give when I have to get down on the ground. Perfect for my job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants! Worn for snow tubing, walking in rain or shine and will be taking to AZ for hiking (using the very useful option of turning into capris) Very versitle pant and comfortable to wear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Longs are lovely I normally wear a size 10 long but after reading the reviews ordered a size 12 and glad I did. Overall fit is good although the waist is a bit large. Luckily there are belt loops to ameliorate that. Otherwise, the fit is good and flattering with a below the waist fit. The long length is perfect. I am about 5'11" and so appreciate a pant that doesn't look like they shrunk in the wash.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Small I am between a size 6 and 8 at most places, so seeing the reviews ordered an 8, which was much, much too small. There is no stretch to the fabric at all. Due to the cost of return, in case a 10 is too big, I will not be re-ordering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Tall length isn't tall enough While these pants are great style and fit me well in the waist and upper leg, they just aren't long enough and the is no extra fabric to lenghten them. Am considering a return for this reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Hiking Pants The best hiking pants ever! If you have long legs this is an amazing pants that you can get in "tall". The quality is great and it is true to size. The pants are super comfortable and fashionable. If you want to feel comfortable and at the same time look beautiful -- I highly recommend this pants :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Pant I bought these for an 11-day trapse through Peru. They were GREAT for hiking, I never once rolled them though since they did not roll up too high on my 5'3" frame. It was fine because they were cool even when the sun came out. I wore them for a few days straight and they did not smell too badly either! They got wet when it rained, but dried very quickly. Overall a great hiking/travelling pant!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Curvy/hourglassy girls, these are for you! I have a very difficult time finding pants to fit my very curvy and petite body (5'3'', 38" hips, 26" waist) but these pants are simply excellent. They are incredibly stretchy, light, breathable, comfortable, soft and hug my waist. I can bend and move and climb and hike without the dreaded "waist gap" but have plenty of room in my hips and thighs. They fit flatteringly and smoothly by themselves, but I can still fit a base layer underneath to keep warm during cool weather. I don't agree with the reviewers who say the pants run small-- they're true to size for me. I think that it's more likely that these pants are better suited to curvy builds with large waist-to-hip ratios. 4 stars because these pants do snag easily and can pill up. I've had them for about 10 months and they're still very wearable, but they definitely don't look as nice as before. Also, they're not as water-resistant as I would have hoped. But I love these things and own 2 pairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I now live in these pants I'm 6ft tall, normally wear a 12. The 14/long fit but I got the 16/long for extra wiggle room. The 14's were a little tight in the thighs, but I'm also a weightlifter. Half my days at work are spent in an office and the other half are on a boat. I've been looking for a pair of pants that worked for both and these are perfect! The material seemed a little thin at first, but after wearing them every day for a few weeks, I feel like they are indestructible. I now have a pair in every color and rarely wear anything else! These are so comfy and move so well that I could even wear them to the gym! Also, normally even the tall sizes are too short on me. These are exactly the right length! I sure hope these never go out of production!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from most comfy pants ever!! Ok. I'm back on the site again to order yet another pair. I wear business casual for work and I hike every day. To say these are diverse is not a lie. I go from the office to the mountain without flinching and I have to say they have withstood daily wear and tear and it seems with ease. I own 3 colors and am about to triple down. LOVE these pants... even over my yoga pants which are typically my weekend coffee pants... can not say enough about the comfort and I'm petrified they will change them... I would be crushed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Saturday Trail pants I usually wear a size 2 but bought a size 4 to be on the safe side but they were still way too small in the waist but bigger in the hips. Definitely more of a curvy fit.
Date published: 2016-12-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I kept them and have worn them twice already I KNOW Saturday trail pants in my size will fit perfect and they did. The material is very nice. Not noisy , not wrinkly. Very comfortable. Look great on. What can I say, will be wearing them a lot.
Date published: 2016-12-06
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but could be better The fabric is too stretchy and it pulls easily when you walk through thorns. The fabric rubs where my thighs are and creates little pill balls. Also, the velcro that holds the back pockets shut doesn't work as well after several wears/washes. I wear them once a week and bought them several months ago. They serve their purpose but I like the Pilsner pants better.
Date published: 2016-11-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for hiking I have worn this pair of pants hiking many times, and I'm comfortable in it. I'm 5'1, and I bought the size 2 short.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great travel pants This is now my second pair of Saturday stretch trail pants and I love them. I now have them in black and grill which is a dark grey. The straight legs provide a nice trim modern fit and the wider waist band sits just above my hips and is very comfortable. These pants pack well and wear well for multiple days of travel. If you spill anything on them, you can just blot it off with a damp cloth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These Pants! Got these for my wife's bday. She loves them! Great fit, light weight, super stretch and comfort. She wants a second pair. Only negative is that now the weather is getting cooler these pant will not keep her warm. She'd like a heavier version for cooler autumn days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Trail Pant Great pair of pants. Fits well with a little breathing room through the legs and quite water-resistant. Very comfy, breathable pants.
Date published: 2016-10-27
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just right! These pants are very lightweight and comfortable. They allow for maximum freedom of movement while providing protection from the sun. Almost feels like you are wearing nothing at all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy As a 5'2" golfer of medium build, I rarely find pants that fit well and aren't too short. These pant hit the Mark in every regard. Not a single alteration was needed and the flexibility is an added comfort a golfer can really appreciate. I even got complements the very first time I wore them on the links. Kiddos from the petite girls.! These pants rock!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all-around pant! I now have 4 pairs of these pants! I have the grey camo, black, fossil, and the grey lined ones too. I do a lot of outdoor activities from hiking to biking to fishing to camping. I have yet to wear the lined pair (waiting for it to get colder), but the regular ones are great for cooler temps and aren't too hot when its warm out. They are extremely comfortable and stretchy, and I've been known to wear them to sleep while camping. I can even wear them to work (business casual)! Can't recommend them enough! They run slightly small. I hover between a 12 and 14 with most brands, and the 14 is the perfect size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants, even for short people Love these pants. I initially bought them to wear during a volunteer gardening project at the Grand Canyon. Sooo comfortable and flexible for bending and kneeling--and really nice-looking! I prefer the rise in regular-sized pants, but the length in petites. These are a perfect fit. They will get a lot of wear for hiking and other outdoor activities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants for travel and hiking These are incredibly comfortable. Also, the small side leg pocket is just right for a drivers license, credit card and a boarding pass (folded) which means I don't have to get into my purse/backpack at the airport. That's nice, because it means I'm less likely to lose something. I'm ordering a second pair in gray. They run about 1/2 size small, so if your regular size is loose on you, order that. If you want a little extra room for comfort on a plane, go for the next size up, which is what I did.
Date published: 2016-08-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Nicely I'm 5"3" slender legs and these pants fit great in a short length! It is light weight and I can imagine throwing away my jeans for these as my go to pants. Please continue to make more pants like this style! These pants got me hooked to Columbia.
Date published: 2016-08-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit seemed true to size I am petite with an athletic build, but almost always wear size 2 in pants. Reading the reviews, most said to get a size bigger, so I did. I returned these. They fit decently well in the thigh, however they were absolutely too loose in the waist. I couldn't justify keeping them. I wish I had gotten the smaller size as well because the technical make is just what I was looking for.
Date published: 2016-08-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saturday Trail Pant Best pant I have found for flyfishing and hiking. Wore these fishing and hiking in Yellowstone and they dried beautifully after wet wading and kept their shape. Going to order more. I wear a size 2 or 4 and the 4 fit perfectly. I would order a size up from your regular size. The length is perfect too! Love these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL PANTS These are the best, most comfortable pants I own. They stretch a bit after wearing, so don't buy a larger size if they feel a bit snug when you try them on. My size 8 was true to size, snug but right, and became looser after wearing them 5 minutes. Great for traveling, every day pants but even with nicer, a bit dressier clothes.
Date published: 2016-07-21
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality for the price My husband and I purchased similar pants for a European tour. After one month, his pants still look like new. The fabric of my pants is of poor quality compared to the men's. My pants have pills of fabric and the stitching is breaking in many places. I am so disappointed in the quality of these pants.
Date published: 2016-07-21
Rated 1 out of 5 by from The wrong trousers. Fabric is different from prior versions. It was my third pair of the Saturday Trail Pants--I had loved and worn out previous ones. But this pair seemed to have a different and inferior fabric. They were disappointing, tenaciously wrinkly, no good for traveling, prone to snags. Alas! I wish I had realized how bad they were in time to return them, my mistake. But I still like Columbia in general.
Date published: 2016-07-18
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shallow pockets! The fit and materials of these pants are great. But the pockets are a joke! They are so shallow that chapstick, coins and money easily fall out when sitting and forget about putting a phone in any of the pockets. I'm disappointed that these aren't more functional for active hikers and travelers. I hope they update the pocket design on all of their pants and capris otherwise I won't be a customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants! This is my second pair, in a different color. Super-soft fabric that stretches as I move. Polished enough to wear to work, though purchased for the Coast to Coast walk across England. Love, love, love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants I own quite a few of these and have for about 4 yrs. now and I love them. They are great for where I work and what I do and also, great for wearing on the weekends when running errands. Very comfortable and flattering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saturday Trail Stretch Pant Overall very pleased with these pants. I am 5'11", normally wear a size 4 Tall pant, but based upon reviews, chose to purchase a size 6 Tall. Glad I did so because they do run small, but fit perfectly. They are comfortable, look great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort is Key Quick drying is important if you plan on backpacking, day hiking or traveling and these pants fit the need for all three- option of rolling up, the fit does run a little small, just use the size chart. I am usually a 6, but wear an 8 in ALL Columbia pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Yard Work pants LOVE these pants for yard work. The pants are light enough so the FL. sun doesn't kill you and protective enough that brush doesn't scrape your skin. I am going to order another pair.
Date published: 2016-05-30
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants Pants fit well got one size bigger as recommended by previous reviewers. Move well and look professional.
Date published: 2016-05-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size Confusion I normally wear a size 10T. Last fall I ordered that size in these pants. They were too big but that worked out well in the winter when I wore heavy tights underneath. I loved the pants and wanted a pair that actually fit, so I ordered a size smaller...very disappointed because they were way too small! Now I wonder if my original pair was not sized correctly...should I order another size 10T...having to pay for shipping back and forth makes me hesitate to do anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, comfortable pants Bought these for a Mother's Day present. She loves them. Stretch in the material & fabric feel make them great all-day pants. Bought the rest of the colors available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants These pants are great for hiking, walking around the city and casual wear. These are my go to travel pants. Not long ago we took a three week trip to Europe. I took one carryon bag packed with Columbia clothes including several of these pants. You can rinse them out in the evening and they are dry by morning. Ma Boyle hit a home run!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so comfortable! I love that I can wear these pants to a work meeting or I can climb a beautiful mountain! Material moves with you!
Date published: 2016-05-20
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants love the long length! I am 5'9" 142 or so and size 8 fits great. -- gets a little baggy by end of day - kind of wish for those inner waistband tabs to adjust. These are cut just right for me. Nice wide waistband and not too low or too high, leg is straight and not too clingy or too wide. There are two tabs with snaps to hold the legs up if you where them rolled up and the pockets are great. Fabric is light and stretchy. I can see wearing these almost year round except for the hottest or coldest days. I bought them in black and green.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight and Comfy I have been wearing the Saturday Trail capris for several years. A great alternative for shorts in hot weather. Now I have these slacks which are going to Rome where I was told to dress conservatively. I'm sure I'll be conforming and comfortable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Comfortable Pants You Will Own! Love the fabric, fit and comfort. I can wear these pants everyday!!
Date published: 2016-04-12
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfy Usually wear a 6 but ordered 8 petite which makes them extra comfy for hiking. Have them in 3 colors. Love hem.
Date published: 2016-03-31
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really enjoying this pant Extremely comfortable, keeps you mobile and unrestricted. Lightweight and my favorite kind of fabric for keeping at the zoo or backpacking. Runs small, as I read before purchase, which made me nervous. I wear around 4-6 depending on brand. Ordered an 8 and they fit perfect. Never had to order that size before, so make sure you order one size up at least. Also knew I would prefer slightly loose over tight. Pant legs in photo seem skinnier than they are, but not really an issue. The snaps to turn pant into Capri are not a "give me just a sec" design and you have to finagle with them for a minute. Overall, great pant. I would get the same pair again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Comfortable Pants Ever!!! The Saturday Trail pants are the most comfortable hiking pants I have ever worn. The fit is fantastic, the fabric is soft but durable. The style is easy to pull off as business casual and hit the trail right after work. My only complaint would be the front pockets. My phone has fallen out without me noticing several times, luckily it has always been at home. On the bright side, a great reason to disconnect from technology and store the phone in my pack!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Different than last year... I purchased 3 pair of this exact style pant last year in Fossil, Grill and Black. In fashion clothing, I usually wear a a size 4. In these Columbia pants, I had to go up one size to a 6. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair this year in the Cypress color in a size 6, as before. Unfortunately, the cut is a bit different than last year and they were uncomfortably snug, but not enough so to size up, as I decided that the size 8 would be way too big on me. That being said, these are great pants. I wore them on an expedition-style cruise in the British Isles last May that involved open sea Zodiac transfers and was very pleased with the comfort and performance.
