Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice sweater Great material, not itchy...loved the white and blue...runs small though so if you want it as a comfortable fit, size up February 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice sweater This was true to size and is very warm good product January 29, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Warm and cosy ... great winter wear I absolutely love the colour and styling, though the fit is a little bigger than expected. Normally, I wear a size large, but I got an XL because the active fit tends to fit closer to the body than I like. When I tried the sweater on, I realised that the size large would have been just fine. The collar is also a little larger than I like, but can be adjusted with the drawstrings. Overall, a very warm and cosy sweater that transitions well from day to evening. February 1, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Love it, but... It started pilling almost immediately. I'm really bummed that I won't be able to wear it very long. January 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cozy and comfortable I am 5'7"and 140 lbs, and I ordered the L. I am glad I did as it fits perfectly and very comfortable. March 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cozy but itchy Very cozy sweater... but you'll want more than just a cami under it as the fabric is a little bit itchy and tends to irritate the back of my arms and neck. It's not intolerable, though! I still love the sweater. I'd consider it lightweight for a sweater. Layered with a long sleeve undershirt, it's nice and warm. BEWARE that the black is not black - the picture is misleading. I'd call it charcoal grey!! As for size, I usually wear a small in Columbia brand and this one was no different. The fit is not bulky but not tight, either. I'll be watching for a sale to get one in another color! March 6, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Was not impressed with this sweater. Did not like the fit, style or color. Will be returning it! January 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sassy Sweater Love this sweater. Very well constructed. The only thing I don't like about it is the tassels that come out from under the cowl neck. January 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Not exactly black, but I still love it I ordered this in black, but am wondering if I was sent the Abyss color instead because it is more of a charcoal gray color. Other than the color, the fit and quality are great. It's a nice length, not too long and hits right at my hips. The cowl neck seems a bit larger than pictured, but it's not uncomfortable in any way. It's warm, but not overwhelming. I expect it will be one of my go to sweaters for cold days! January 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Sweater Love this sweater. I usually wear a medium but a large fits nicely with a little room. Really soft and comfortable. The Oatmeal is a nice off white color. Highly recommend. January 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Alpine II Pullover This sweater is not the high quality I expect from Columbia. It's not as thick as it looks and looks a little cheap once it's on. December 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Won't want to take it off This sweater is made of the softest yarn, and has a very comfortable fit. You'll want one in each color. December 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful and Practical! I'm trying to stay away from synthetic fibers, so that is how I was initially drawn to this sweater. I love that it is mostly cotton and wool. It looked unattractive on the display, but I'm glad I tried it on. I bought mine in white and it is one of my new favorite sweaters. The drawstring cowl looks nice and can also double as a scarf/hood. It's very warm, even with just a t-shirt underneath. A tad itchy, but nothing compared to 100% wool. My only complaint is that the bottom can buldge out a little, but that can be fixed by hand washing it in cold water and then laying flat and reshaping to dry. A practical and fashionable piece! Rated 4 out of 5 by cozy sweater! I love this cozy sweater. The knit is tight enough to maintain it's shape over time. I am probably going to remove the drawstring but it's otherwise very versatile and flattering on my slender athletic shape that has less curve. I normally wear a medium and sometimes a small and I found this sweater runs a little on the smaller size. The medium just barely works. Nice wool blend, too! November 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by sweater totally great! very classic....a bit fitted but works. October 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by clean lines I am tiny and most xs are a bit generous on me but this one fits perfectly. I am pleased with the feel and fit and love the simple lines and pop of pizazz with the cowl neckline. October 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cute Sweater! I got a small in the purple sage. I am 5'6", 130 lbs and usually wear a small. It fit great and is very soft. Love the purple sage color. The cowl neck does droop a bit, so it is more of a Fall item or layer a higher neckline shirt under it for winter. The strings are really cute on, but they do drop into whatever you are cooking/eating so beware. I love it though! October 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful Sweater! I love this sweater! It's beautiful, high quality, soft and so comfortable and cozy. I ordered the Abyss color, which is a very dark blue and absolutely beautiful. I like the neckline, which is large enough to cover my neck and keep me warm, but not restricting or tight like a turtleneck. It also has the look of a hoodie, but a bit more refined. The neck can even be pulled up over my head as though it were a hood. I have had so many compliments while wearing this sweater. It's great, and I highly recommend it! September 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome sweater! This is a very flattering sweater! It fits true to size without any bulkiness. The neckline and cut are also very flattering. I bought the dark blue and love it so much I'm going to purchase the black too. Now, if fall would just hurry up and arrive so I can wear it! September 7, 2013
