Rated 4 out of 5 by NoLW from So cozy We really like this bunting. It is easy to get on and off. Its warm and cute! I know it says water "resistant" but i was hoping for a little more... resistance I suppose. Put my son down to play in the snow for a couple of mins and it soaked right through to his clothes. Other than that it its great. Im happy i bought it and it worked well to keep him warm. Love that it has fold over feet and hands

Rated 5 out of 5 by megm2019 from Snowsuit This snowsuit is great for cold, snowy winters. It does run a little big. We used the 3-6 month snowsuit while my daughter was wearing 6 month and 9 month clothing. As she's tall, we bought another version of this same suit in 6-12 months (wearing 12 month clothing). It washes well and has held up well to her playing in the snow daily and crawling in the snow and on the ground. We will absolutely buy this snowsuit again next winter if she is still wearing infant sizes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by IsaM16 from Snuggly Bunting I purchased this for my 10 1/2 month old, who weighs about 25 pounds. I bought size 6-12 months. It fits perfectly, not tight but not too big either. She could probably wear it for 2-3 more months more or so. I like that it’s lightweight but still keeps my baby warm. I would definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by kayla21 from This product keeps my baby so warm I love this snowsuit! I had a friend recommend it to me for my son and I went and ordered it that day. My son is not yet walking and I wanted something that would keep his hands and feet covered while he crawls in the snow. This snowsuit covers his hands and feet completely so I didn't have to worry about gloves or snow boots, but they also uncover so you can put them in boots and gloves as they grow. He stays very warm in it even without a jacket on underneath. The hood is perfect to fit around his head and keep it warm as well. I love this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vani from Glad I purchased this for my little one! I bought this for our 3 days trip to LakeTahoe so I purchased a size up for her to get a few seasons out of it and will be perfect for that. The option of folding over the hand openings and foot openings to close off any airflow to the hands and feet is perfect. The fleece inside is nice and warm. Am glad I purchased this for my little one kept her so warm and it’s very water resistant. I like Columbia’s quality and wanted her to have the same. So many compliments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by VickyB421 from Best Snowsuit for baby This is the second one I bought this year! He outgrew the last one so I had to buy another! I paid full price for the first one and wasn’t disappointed at all. We have kids that play hockey and most of these rinks are like standing outside but without the wind. So this suit was perfect for taking baby to these games. We also run year round so being able to put this in him while he rides along in the stroller really made it nice. Whenever we removed him from the suit, he was always toasty warm! Worth the money, even if it’s full priced!

Rated 1 out of 5 by bluesky78 from Disappointed in quality I purchased this snowsuit for my toddler on Columbia.com because of the description of it being warm and appropriate cold weather garment for a little one. I was puzzled when it arrived because it felt thin, the only warm area is the chest that has a kind of fleece otherwise it’s a cold silky fabric throughout. I thought perhaps I just don’t understand the technology of the snowsuit, maybe it’s lightweight but still warm. My child was not warm in this snuggly bunny bunting which is honestly anything but. I would’ve returned it however I looked up Columbia’s return policy and the item has to be in new and unworn condition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grammis from All in one warmth, movement, and style Thank goodness Columbia designers came up with a snowsuit for the little guy that not only keeps him warm, but allows movement and ease for his parents. Columbia designers thought of it all with the hand and feet over covers for those times when you need to protect and keep them warm without hunting out gloves and boots. This is a Grammi's perfect gift! Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Skibob22 from Runs large, but great snow suit Ordered this in 3/6 for our 4mo old and he was swimming in it. Exchanged for 0/3 and it fit great, so it does seem to run large. Otherwise, it is well made and kept our little guy warm walks in the snowy mountains.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Madeline03 from WAY too big I ordered this snowsuit using the size chart provided. My daughter is 18 months old so I ordered the 12-18 month size. When it arrived and I tried it on her it was way, way too big. When I looked into exchanging it the pattern I wanted was no longer available in the next size down. So, I ordered my 18 month old a 6-12 month size in a different pattern which fits her perfectly. Maybe it was a fluke since no one else seems to have this issue. At least we have a snowsuit for next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Emberluvluv from LOVE. Customer for life. I ordered this suit a size and a half larger so that it will fit next year too. It’s a little big but still serves its purpose well. It will definitely be perfect next winter too. It is made with very high quality materials and my son stays toasty warm. Not to mention the print is ADORABLE! I can’t recommend this product or anything from Columbia enough. Love love love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SummitSarah from Great starter snowsuit We've used this twice so far and it's worked well for our big (21 lbs, 30 inches) 8-month old in our hiking backpack. Hard to really judge fit because I intentionally ordered the largest size in hopes of getting two winters' wear out of it, since he grows out of everything. While the legs are certainly long on him right now, in the hiking backpack that really doesn't matter. What does matter is that he's warm and dry on our chilly, drizzly Pacific Northwest hikes! I also appreciate the fold-over cuffs on the hands and feet, so that I don't have to worry about lost booties or mittens as we're hiking. He likes to mouth fabric, and seems to think the sleeves taste fine. He's also fallen asleep during the hike each time he's been in this snowsuit, so I think he's pretty comfy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ryand from Very Large This runs closer to the 3 months size then 0. We bought this for our newborn so we could take her out hiking and it drowns her. It does a good job still of keeping her warm just have to move around all the excess cloth to make her comfy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by alyseany from Great overall, but with some design flaws I bought a second one of these snowsuits for my one-year-old (12-18m) this winter since I liked her first one (3-6 m) so much. She’s been wearing it almost everyday this winter when she goes outside and it seems to do a good job of keeping her warm and protected from the elements of NYC winter weather. However, I noticed two design flaws that could use some improvement: 1. The tag that hits the back of my toddler’s neck scratches. She gets red scratches and rashes every time she wears this, and since she wears it almost everyday, she now has a quarter-sized red spot on the back of her neck like she has eczema. We now cover her neck with a scarf to keep the rash from getting worse from the tag. 2. The part that folds over her feet collects rain and snow, and soaks her socks! A few times that we took the little one outside in this snowsuit in light rain or snow with the foot cuffs folded over (using a baby carrier), we noticed that her socks got soaked. It’s because the rain drops or snow flakes that fell on her legs trickled down into the cuffs and collected at her toes. That seems to defeat the purpose of having these cuffs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jan16 from Warm but made of feathers It seems to keep baby warm. Except I wish the inside fleece was all way down the back. Since it is made of feathers in the inside, the feathers keep popping out from the seams. Baby may be poked or seems odd that there are random feathers poking out. Feet and arms are smaller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle09 from Perfect for winter Love this! We have one in the 6/12 month and now the 18/24 month. Keeps the little man warm without too much bulk. Last year for a really cold day we layered the fleece bunting underneath this one and he kept warm. So far this year have only had one snow day to test, but after playing outside for a couple hours he was warm and dry when I brought him back inside. Rated 5 out of 5 by Happygram from Cozy baby gear I purchased this snow suit for my grandson’s first winter. The quality and fit are excellent. The bright red colour looks so cheery when we are out in the snow. Fold over sleeves and pant legs keep him warm without boots or mittens. I was really pleased with this purchase. Rated 4 out of 5 by Ottermom from Good for cold weather walks Bought this for my 9 month old to wear when we walk him to and from daycare in the cold MN weather. I feel it run true to size off of the size chart using the height measurements, he is very tall for his age so I sized based off that. It’s a nice color and zips well. I actually like that the legs and arms are not fleece lined, it makes it easier to get on. Can’t wait to try it out for an extended time outside!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ol2018 from My baby loves it I have purchased a fox-and-deer red snowsuit for my baby girl a month ago and she has been wearing it ever since. The snowsuit feels very cozy, not bulky which is important for a baby sleeping in the car seat stroller. It is not super warm so even in November here in Ottawa i have to add layers. I think up to -5C a cotton sleeper plus a fleece overall combined with this snowsuit should be fine. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shalove86 from Snuggly Bunny review I was super excited for my son to wear this beautiful blue toddler snowsuit. I purchased an 18-24 month size. Unfortunately, the thing is humongous. I have to cuff the bottoms and the arms, far too much of a body gap inside for him to keep it. Bummer is, the site charges 6 dollars to return it. My philosophy is, if a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, don't punish them even further to return it. Very saddened, as I really wanted to keep this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RadioactiveMama from Chicago Winter Ready I bought this for my daughter. We live by the lakefront in Chicago and it gets really cold especially when it’s windy. This is the perfect fit for my little one. It even has extra room under the hood for her knit hats to make sure she is toasty warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by arete999 from gift for my grandnephew I got this bunting in black with plaid lining. I was very unpressed by quality and practicality of the suit. The fold over sleeve and pant feature is great for very fast dressing time :) The hood is big enough to accommodate a knit hat for extra protection from winds and chills of Siberian winter. Rated 2 out of 5 by xAMAx0092 from It’s ok So I got this for my daughter and although it kept her warm, the feathers that fill the inside of the bunty kept poking her and making her whiny. The feathers come out from the outside too. So I feel that Columbia can do a better job at making their products last longer. So I went with a Carter’s snowsuit which was like 75% less than this bunty (caught it on sale) and she loves it. She’s snugged, warm, and looks great in the color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Welch27 from Snuggly Bunny Bunting This is fantastic. My wife and I were searching for a car seat safe snowsuit for our 18 month old daughter. We kept running into roadblocks trying to find one locally, no stores in my area had selection in store. I decided to try columbia.com and found this online at a good price. I purchased this and I am very pleased that I did. It is comfortable for my daughter as I sometimes have to talk her into taking it off. We can leave it on and she gets a nice snug fit in her car seat as well. I will definitely be purchasing the next size up when my daughter is ready for it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by GrammyA from Keeping baby warm Snowsuit keeps baby nice and warm! I love the hand and foot covers, no lost gloves! The only complaint that I have is the hood, you could put a basketball in it! Do they think that babies heads are that big?? I find this problem with all brands of coats, sweaters, not just yours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Britliv from Happy Baby Bunting! This bunt was everything needed. The feet and hand flaps come over perfectly Keeping his hands and feet warm. I was looking for a coat that was not bulky for his car seat and this was perfect! When I put him in his car seat with our without this bunt I do not have to adjust the straps. And he stays warm. When his bunt is taken off, he feels like he's been in doors the entire time. I just say -- I had to return my original bunt for a size up... Regardless of the size chart. In my opinion is true to size, it doesn't run big. But other than that perfect perfect. Just waiting on my refund for the first bunt lol

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mamabear91 from Okay but Bought this because winter is coming and I still wasn’t prepared for it. Thought this snowsuit best fit my toddlers needs as this will be his first winter that he can walk/play in the snow and we live in chicago so it gets pretty cold. First thing I noticed upon pulling this item out of its packaging is how thin it was , it did expand a bit later. Not sure if it’ll be great for when the real cold temperatures come our way but I’m sure my tot will need more layers

Rated 3 out of 5 by MummaBear1416 from A little dissapointed For the price I expected it to be warmer. The fleece you see in the hood only goes down to about mid back. When you have the hands and feet covered the fabric that folds over is so thin you child's hands will still need mittens and warm sock underneath or they will be cold as ice. I had my daughter out in this the other night, it was 0 degrees (not nearly as cold as it could get here -30 is a winter norm for us) and her hands were FROZEN when we got home even though they were covered. I'm not questioning the warmth of the suit when we play outside on the cold winter days. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by EmmaE from I wish I would have purchased sooner! I purchased this for my one year old who is my youngest of three. I never purchased a full body snowsuit for my oldest two when they were young as I feared it’d be a hassle to put on and take off. I was absolutely wrong! This has proved to be a real time saver when bundling up the kiddos and keeps my little guy safe and warm. I highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by esrana from Great quality and price I haven’t had the opportunity to use this yet as winter is just getting underway this week where I live, but this baby bunting is exactly what I was looking for. It’s priced very well among comparable products by Columbia’s competitors and it has all the features I wanted. 450 level fill, covered hand and foot openings, fleece lining, and a water resistant exterior- this will be perfect for our Chicago winter. My only suggestion for improvement would be for Columbia to offer this product in gender neutral colors. It is very obvious this bunting is built to last, so I intend to keep it for any additional children I have in the future. I got the navy blue for my son and I know it will work for any potential daughters I have, but a nice gray option would’ve been fantastic!
