Men’s Avalanche Bomb™ Bib Pant is rated out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ramasist from Excellent Bibs, just a little snug. I went out on a limb and purchased these for a snowmobiling trip in Yellowstone. The outside material feels bulletproof and and is very sturdy. The interior kept me cozy and at times, almost to warm. The foot design keeps any air from rushing up around your feet and getting your legs. These were perfect for riding and playing in the snow at extremely low temperatures. The only drawback is the stomach space. If you have any sort of a belly, you won't be able to zip the side up after you slip in. The midsection was really tight and i had to take a deep breath in to zip myself in completely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Popeye from WOW MOM I work Ski Patrol. Sometimes I'm outside all day, when it's 32 or -32 . Never to warm or to cold. Best bibs EVER.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Zubes from Where Have You Bib All My Life?! These bibs have changed my snowboarding experience. They are comfortable, allowing for plenty of flexibility. Snow never ends up down my pants. They are warm but not too hot, with the leg vents working well when needed. I love pockets so the many pockets on these bibs are quite handy. Particularly the chest pockets. My only complaint is that they are only available in black. Some brighter solid color options would be welcome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by PatrickSilver from Fit CATASTROPHE!!! Material is outstanding. Not for minimalists or the weight conscious. More pockets than you'll ever need, which I really like. But the fit: TRAGIC. I'm 5'7, 150 soaking wet, lean and muscular. Wide in the chest and shoulders, narrow in the waist, and tree trunks for legs. I ordered small. A little long on the length of legs as is standard with such gear, no big deal. From the knee down though...winter bell bottoms? The circumference is insane, swallowing my feet completely without shoes on. No elastic bunching on the hem; another "blessed" industry standard and recent trend all companies seem to think is a "great" idea. Too much extra material even over my ski boots. Waist was 50/50 for me relative to the overall length. Base-layer long sleeve and my fleece sweater max out the comfortable capacity within/under the suspenders. If layering over it's obviously no matter. However, if you're not a trim fellow around the middle, and I do seriously mean a fit individual, forget it. Those issues I could have let go or found a way to work around but the reason I'm returning them: To get them to "fit" right, I have to adjust the suspenders to where the strap slide (plastic slidey thing) is directly and perfectly square over the top of my shoulder (upper Trap muscle). No backpacks. No deal. I am really bummed out these are not keepers. The elements of this piece had me tickled pink. The way those elements were combined is horrifying. Smaller size would do me no good even if they had it because the waist would be too slim. Such a bummer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jehoshaphat from Awesome except It is very heavy. It runs small as well. I ordered online and when it arrived I was shocked at how heavy it was. I had to return it. Just understand that this item is for ski patrollers. It is like work overalls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Triker14 from Great ski bib Ordered these halfway through the 2016 ski season, I was looking for bibs that were warm and waterproof. I skied 25 + days with these in all kinds of conditions, and they performed well. Wearing midweight long underwear underneath they were warm and comfortable and if I got warm the zip vents worked well.I did ski Mt Hood in April on 50 degree + days and by dropping the long underwear and venting I did not overheat but they were a little warm by mid day. Plenty of pockets to secure my valuables. I'm 6' and 210 lbs. and the L size fit well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Louis from Excellent Product I have been wearing it in pretty cold temperature. I was very comfortable. The best thing is that my back was warm ( I used to freeze at the bottom of my back, between my waist pant and my jacket. With these bib pants, my back was still comfortable.) I strongly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by NWPatroller from Hard core ski pants I bought these for use as a National Ski Patroller at Mt Bachelor. They are hard core! I marked them as fitting slightly large only because I am 6'1" with a slim build (34w x 34inseam) and the size large fit me very well but I think they would be too tall for anyone shorter than me. I'm not sure if they make them with a smaller inseam size?? I will use these pants on the coldest, nastiest days. They have all kinds of pockets ranging anywhere from the chest, hips, thighs, butt, and even one on your lower leg. If you're a fair weather skier then these may not be for you but if you don't mind skiing those nasty days in search of fresh pow then check these out. I marked them down to 4 stars because they really aren't for sunny days - you will be too warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tim65 from Just what I wanted I wanted cold weather performance bibs. These fit the bill. Very warm and comfy. The out side material does not snag when tree skiing. The right amount of pockets, with inside thigh vents. I have problems with lower back getting cold, not a problem with these bibs. I ski in summit county three months a year. With these bibs weather is not an issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kippfour from Nice pants, but no full length zippers! I didn't realize this when I first got the pants, if I had I probably would have sent them back. Anyone that snowmobiles understands the benefits of having a full length zipper on the legs and the front of the pants. These pants only have a short zipper on the sides, so you need to put the pants on before your boots and the front of the pants only have a short zipper which makes not only getting them on a little difficult, but also using a restroom.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by ilikewhitewater from Bulletproof bibs I was nervous ordering these for the price. But I was tired of fighting pants where they fit with light layering but too tight for heavy cold weather layering. I got a medium (6' 175lbs). They are slightly snug from the waist up and a loose on the bottom. These are definitely warm and I didn't sweat. About the only thing I would change is some sort of drawcord adjustment aroud the boot cuff. They are great for ski boots but if you are just wearing hiking boots the opening is too big. I also would have been less apprehensive purchasing a cheaper, uninsulated version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SKIWCDH from Bomber Bibs If you need a pair of tough bibs for skiing this is it. I work in the ski business and have to ski for work as well as hauling gear. My ski pants take beating and these are great. Tough and comfortable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by shivy from Too long or too narrow Very well made very warm bib but the sizing is too tall or too narrow. Going with a XL (same size as my bugaboo II) the pants are too long for me 5'10. But getting the L and they are too small at the waist when i normally fit in 38" pants.
