Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenan from They are good! They didn't shrink at all when washed. The material is comfortable and they are a good fit. I like them. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by USMCE4 from Still need to wear them to know. The cloth and construction seems good. Haven't had a chance to wear for long period of time as they run a lot smaller than sized. I look forward to wearing them when I lose some waist and thigh size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PrairieGirl from Great Travel Pants My husband needed some new cargo pants for travel. I was so happy to find the Brownsmead cargo pants on sale. It is so hard to find cotton nowadays -- my husband doesn't care for synthetic fabrics and neither do I. He couldn't be happier. They fit well, look nice enough for restaurants, and the quality ensures they will last for years. He liked them so much, we bought them in all three colors. Now, if only you made them for women, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by mosar from This is a nice pair of pants. I like the fit of these pants and the package arrived within 2 days of ordering. I particularly like the flax color because it gives different shade from Khaki to greenish depending on the light. However, I wish it had a pocket button on the back pockets. Oh, Well, I can get that fixed from a local tailor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steelerlife from Perfect for the Elements! I spent a week traveling and a few days in the woods. These pants will endure anything you put them through. I wear them in temperatures between mid 30's to low 70's and that's why I bought them. Perfect for the elements!

Rated 4 out of 5 by xtreme3270 from Great cargo pants I really enjoy these pants fit is true it size nice and light weight but yet perfect for chilly spring mornings. Seem pretty durable. If i ci uld complain about 1 thing it would be that. There should be a couple more belt loops aound the back of the pants. They tend to sag in the back and belt rubs. All and all very great deal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DB29 from The search is over My long search for blue jeans alternatives has ended! These are great. My only knock is that they are only available in even sizes. I really wear a 33, and the 32, while they fit, do not have enough room "where it counts." So I had to go to the 34, which is a little large. Other than that, I am in pants heaven!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by cochuck from comfortable cut for thinner athletic guys great fit for 165lb 6ft person, cargo and pockets are very useful for traveling and hiking. negative issue fly would open only half way down had to cut the bad stitching also other loose threads hanging out that needed trimming before using the pants. will buy another pair because i like the fit and function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SuburbanHiker from Great cargo pants The cargo pockets lay flat, which is nice. Very comfortable fabric, no problems with wrinkles as another reviewer had. I'm afraid to put them in the dryer though. I ordered 32x34 They fit just right in the waist, but a little too long. So shrinking lengthwise would be fine, but any shrinkage in the waist would be a problem. I may order another pair in 34x34 and put them in the dryer and see how it goes. Overall I really like these pants!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Otter56 from Great style, wrong color advertised These are a nice "not-too-baggy" cut for cargos, fits as adverstised. However, the advertised "grill" color isn't; turns out to be that greenish "fossil" color same as the Silver Ridge II's...very dissapointed not to receive the grill color I was expecting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Elias from Fits Small Great pair of pants, but make sure you order a bigger waist size. I ordered a 32 but was way too tight!

Rated 3 out of 5 by pmtab from nice, but . . . I like these pants. However, the fly has a tack in it that is about 1.5 inches too high; it prevents use of the whole length of the zipper. This makes for an uncomfortable stretch when it's time to use the bathroom.

Rated 3 out of 5 by frirish from Iron Required Fits fine but an iron is definitely needed as they are too wrinkled even If one is at the dryer when it stops. I have other all cotton pants that I don't have to iron for them to be presentable after washing. I suppose if I were hiking in the woods it wouldn't matter; the woodland animals don't care.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GeezerPete from Wash before checking fit I bought 2 pair online, size 34x32, the same size as a mother pair from Columbia. They were 2" longer than the previous pair. My wife suggested washing first. Sure enough, after the first washing and drying, they shrunk to the same length as the previous pair. If I had tried them on in the store, I would have bought a shorter pair, 34x30, and then been disappointed after washing as they would have been too short.
