Men's Bugaboot Original Omni-Heat is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pair of boots so far... Bought these boots because the 10 year old boots I had were no longer waterproof. This is the most I've paid for a pair of winter boots. These appear to be a very high quality boots and maybe I'll get 1o years use. When I wore the boots the first 3-4 times my feet hurt. Now after wearing multiple times, they are broken in just fine. These boots keep my feet warm, almost hot. They were very hard to put on the first couple of times. Now they slip on like a well fitting glove. Tying is easy and the laces don't loosen much. I haven't had to retie while wearing. Good traction. Call me in 10 years. I hope I still have them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs better design This pair of boots looks handsome and well made. However, husband finds it really hard to put on. He needs to loosen the laces all the way down to get into the boots and the holes are small so it really takes time to get them on and off. If this doesn't bother you, this is a good pair to consider.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cold Weather Walking Made Easy The boots are comfortable and fit well. They make the snow of Canada...a breeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performs as billed I use them for walking the dog in all kinds of weather and so far have no complaints. Fit is ample, I wear a size 15, and have all to often settled for cramped 14's because that's what I could find. This lead to cold and sore toes, not so with the Bugaboot 15. Nice to have good fit and support for walking. Have not leaked and have not yet had a chance to test for warmth while ice fishing.....next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I sent them back These boots were not the Bugaboot of old. They had no tread to speak of and appeared to more of a rain boot than a snow boot. I will keep looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value for excellent boot This is my second pair. This is an outstanding winter boot with great features. It does all it is supposed to in the wet and cold winter. The sale price made this boot an outstanding value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great in snow, slush and rain. Can be worn all day. I received the Bugaboot Original Omni-Heat as a replacement for a defective Bugaboot Plus Omni-Heat courtesy of the Columbia Support team. Wow! What a difference in between the boots. Thanks Columbia. The pros and cons below are based on experience with the Plus and also with the rugged hiking boots I've worn in past winters. PROS: Warm. Ease of lacing. Light weight. Sturdy sole. Good ankle support. Water proof up to many inches of puddle water, slush and mud. Great wet traction in snow, slush, and mud, hills, fields, asphalt, and slippery tile floors. CONS: Tread pattern is not very aggressive and it exhibits limitations on uncertain terrain (wet mountainous places). The toe is not reinforced (something I am accustomed to). SUMMARY: This is a warm, worry free boot that performs well in most winter conditions around the property and around town. It even kinda looks good (not that that matters).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs a little small - tight lace/eyelets prevents five stars Read these run a little small so I ordered a 1/2 size larger. Fit great. I walk five miles a day with my dogs in some pretty snowy, slushy, ice covered, and cold roads and paths. My feet were always comfortable, dry, and warm, but never sweating. In short almost the perfect boot, but the thickness of the laces and tightness of the eyelets make the laces hard to loosen to remove the boots and takes extra time to "open them up" before I can get them on again. Not a deal breaker. I will order them again once these wear out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this shoe Love this shoe but narrow. I'm hoping it will losen up after wearing a little. Otherwise grest shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boots that Last Great Boots! Bought a pair in the 1990's. Worn them out. Use them in the snow and cold for almost 30 years. Had to buy another pair. Love the boots. If you're looking for a pair of great boots for fishing, hunting, skiiing, or just working in the yard when its wet, you'll not go wrong by buying these boots. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought these as a gift for a friend These were a gift for a good friend. He had owned these boots before and couldn't remember where he got them locally. Good thing for columbia.com. He has owned this style of boot for almost a decade, and was thrilled that I gave him a new pair. Fit was exactly as described. Quality is exceptional. wearability is fantastic. The uppers on his previous boots were in very good condition, but the soles had worn down and offered little traction in the snow. Mind you...this was after 8 years of use from a single pair of boots!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this product's design and functionaliy This Bugaboot satisfied me in a number of ways. It is very comfortable and I feel confident that my feet will never get wet or cold in my rainey Eugene Oregon back yard. It is actually quite light weight for their durable construction and the only aspect of this boot that I worry will wear down at all is the the tread. Ultimately, I am very happy with my purchase. Money well spent!!
