Men’s Conspiracy™ III Outdry Waterproof Shoe is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable... but didn't last long I am an intermediate hiker. I like these shoes a lot. They are light weight and comfortable but after 1-2 years the sole is starting to lose its shape. Usually I don't get to see shoes worn out so fast

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable shoes but wear out a little fast. These are great shoes. I wear them to the gym, walking around the neighborhood and running errands. Maybe I wear them too much as the bottom of the shoes have started to show a bit worn out after a couple months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hawaii These shoes have been great! I use them from day to day hikes around Hawaii and even long overnight hikes along the NaPali coast. No hot spots or breakdowns, comfortable fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good everyday shoe Left shoe makes an odd noise while I walk, so it sounds like a flip-flop on hard surfaces. I wear these just about every day and enjoy them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe This shoe is very comfortable, light weight, the added mesh in the tongue helps to keep feet from sweating. The treads are great. My husband says they are the most comfortable pair of shoes he has ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes My second pair. I am a RN and work in emergency medicine. These are my everyday work shoes. Very impressed with the comfort and durability of these shoes .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best BOAT shoe ever! I'm a twenty plus year backcountry fishing guide in the Florida Keys. I'm always on the lookout for a functional shoe to wear while I'm fishing my 300 or so trips a year. Either me or my colleagues in Islamorada have tried them all. Most of us have settled for basic cross trainers with no claim to be boat shoes but kind of work until they get a little beat up. The problem with most fishing/boating shoes is they boast how quickly they dry or how fast he water drains from them. My request is that my shoes (and feet) don't get wet in the first place! I had the idea to try these light hikers that claim to be "non-marking". What a home run. They have kept my feet dry, cushioned and comfortable. They provide good support and I can't complain of knee and back fatigue (unlike the barefoot/flip flop guys). I've had them over a year and they're coming apart but I don't feel they owe me anything. I came to the Columbia site to order another pair and found this review request. This is the first product review I've ever felt strongly enough about to take the time to do. These are good waterproof boat shoes that take some serious abuse and I'm looking forward to getting my new pair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Actually Waterproof I'm a women but got the men's because I liked the color better. I wore them in a very wet run race today with lots of puddles. My feet stayed warm a dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is of high quality! I walk between 2 to 4 miles per day and it is important for me to have a well constructed shoe that is both durabile and comfortable. I exclusively buy Columbia shoes online because the quality, fit and comfort are always assured and I like the convenience of online shopping. The Men's Conspiracy shoe is living up to my previous positive experiences with buying/wearing Columbia footwear and sportswear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kept my feet dry all season long! This waterproof shoe wears like a sneaker with the water proofing of a boot. You will never wear another pair of shoes again.
Date published: 2016-02-12
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent trail shoe I wear it day to day on wet or snowy weather as I only wear boots when things are bad. These are much more comfortable for me.
Date published: 2016-02-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this hiker I love this hiker it gives me the traction I need for some of the stupid places I go; all the while, being a good all around everyday shoe. I were it everyday. I buy the below ankle high because they are quicker to put on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The shoe you've been looking for Amazing shoe, I wear it everywhere from the office to gnarly PNW hikes! It's light, comfortable, has amazing traction (better than my snow boots I found out recently) and looks great! Buy it now, in fact buy two and stoke out a friend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snowshoe! Purchased item on Saturday and took them snowshoeing on Sunday! Pretty fair conditions...packed snow and above freezing...but they performed admirably! My feet remained dry and warm (Merino Heavy Hiker sox) and the light-weight of the shoe did not bring on leg-weariness after several hours of trekking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great everyday shoes! I purchased these shoes for everyday wear at work where I quite often run into water/snow and needed something comfortable that had some protection. Turns out, these are great! Very comfortable when being on my feet for 9+ hours a day. Offer great protection for poor weather conditions. A little pricey for sneakers, but well worth the money if you're looking for waterproof shoes. The only issue is the sizing. I always purchase size 12 shoes and boots, and these are a little small. They fit, but are more snug than every other shoe. I would recommend going with 1 size larger if you like a little wiggle room for your toes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable but NOT waterproof After a long search, I finally found a "waterproof" shoe that I can wear all day. The shoe is very comfortable and generally has good grip (although grip on wet wood is a challenge). The big disappointment is the claimed waterproofness of the shoe. My first walk on these shoes happened to be on a rainy day. After the first half hour through wet grass and an occasional puddle of water, I started to feel some wet spots on the top of my toes. The next 2 hours which had some light rain showers completely soaked my socks in the toe area. The problem seems to be the top mesh, which is absolutely NOT waterproof. (The moisture was not sweat and the water did not enter the shoe along the ankle, that part of my sock was still dry) The reason I don't recommend these shoes is because I don't see the advantage of the OutDry version over the "regular" one if the waterproofness is such a joke.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Men's Conspiracy III Out Dry is Cool The Conspiracy III Out Dry exceeded my expectations. I wanted a good fitting shoe that was waterproof. What I got was a shoe that was not only good fitting and waterproof it was very comfortable and gave me some of the best support of any shoe I have every owned. The stability and traction I felt while wearing was amazing. I would highly recommend this shoe for hiking and just for everyday use. It feels that good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow what a shoe These shoes are fantastic. They are super light and the quality meets my high standard comparison to all my other Columbia gear. They really are an excellent choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoes I have a pair of old columbia sneakers. I don't know the exact model, but I just became too big for them. So, since I really enjoyed my last pair, I went on Columbia's website and found these. I couldn't have spent $125 on a better pair of shoes! These are amazing! Long lasting, comfortable and also are nice in the winter because they are waterproof and have great traction. Great sneakers, highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from men's conspiracy 111 out dry These are my fifth pair of conspiracy shoes. I liked them in the past but my new ones are even better. The laces are thicker and the last eyelet is reinforced with hard plastic. These were my complaints about previous models. I wear them everyday and even for golf.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from feet stay dry so far, so good. my feet stay dry and I have worn these in the rain. and they seem to be comfortable, I've worn them all day long carrying mail and if I can stay in one pair of shoes all day, it's a good day. I would recommend them, I wish they made them in a mid, that would be great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great turf shoe for softball I ordered these shoes hoping to find something comfortable to wear playing softball. I selected the men's instead of the women's shoe because they seem to run narrow. The tread on the bottom was perfect. It grips grass and dirt. The fact that they're waterproof is a bonus. After several games my feet feel great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hiking Shoe Great shoe, extremely happy with the pair that I own. It was mentioned that they were a bit stiff out of the box and I’d have to agree. I wore them 2x around the house before taking them out on the trail and they were perfect. When I’m out on a hike, I like to know that if I want to run for a bit I’m not limited by what’s on my feet. These shoes are lightweight and definitely have kept my feet dry. After reading the other reviews, I decided to give these a try and I’m glad I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outdry Shoes Perform Well This is my 3rd pair of Outdry Shoes. They fit true to size and do keep your feet dry in wet conditions. While I would not consider the soles aggressive, they do grip well in all conditions. The only drawback to these shoes is when the temperature falls below freezing, these shoes do not do a good job of keeping your feet warm. Only other issue I would mention is they could breathe a little better in hot temperatures. Yes, I know it is difficult for a shoe to be good at everything. I wish Columbia would not keep changing the colors of their shoes as you find a color combination that is good and they change it. Overall, these are very good shoes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommend the Conspiracy III Outdry. Just returned from the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. Went on plenty of hikes including a 15-mile day hike to the bottom of the Canyon and back. The shoes performed great. Very comfortable and no blistering. Waded through a little water and the feet stayed dry. Will be hiking part of the PCT in August and intend on wearing my Conspiracy III's.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Waterproof I have the original Conspiracy Outdry and the right shoe lets in plenty of water just walking through damp grass (less than 6 months use). Wonderful fit, lightweight, even good for walking golf. But NOT waterproof. I hope the III is better made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe Working on a golf course for 20 years, I've tried just about every brand out there. Only a pair of Timberland Trekkers 20 years ago compared. Most aren't waterproof very long or fit more like a stiff boot even in a shoe. I've had these for about a month and they seem great. They get wet every morning at the course and did great in a downpour for an hour. I even waded in a trout stream last weekend up past the sole seam with no leakage. It still seems early but so far I love these shoes. They feel like my running shoes and the traction grip is phenomenal, even on wet grass on a hill. Would definitely buy again. Nice job Columbia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome The shoes fit perfectly out of the box. The soles were a little stiff and took about three days to break in, but after that felt great. I've ran through rain, snow and mud without a problem. Ventilation could be a little better but it's good enough for my daily use. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my shoes.
