Men's Coolest Cool 6 inch Short is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Columbia stopped selling these? I like the product, but for the past ~1 year they have not been available online or anywhere. Especially the 6-inch versions. Does anybody know who else makes something similar and actually sells them? I only like the UnderArmor shorts during workouts or heavy activity but not every-day (office work) activities because they are too thick and restrictive. Nike has a few that are closer to Columbia in thickness and tension but don't seem to wick as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than boxers Wore these on 160 mile hike. They worked better than boxers or classic underwear, but I still chaffed. Very easy to rinse and dry overnight. No noticeable difference to the similar "quickest wick" shorts, which I also wore.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as much omni-freeze as I expected As far as a compression short goes, these are on par with the others I have (under amour, ect). Quality right of out of the box was great. I did a full inspection and found no defects. It did seem like I stayed cooler than my with my normal soffe's. So kudos there. I have a 32-34" waist but have larger thighs, so I ordered size large. They fit well. A medium would have probably still been comfortable in the legs. I was disappointed with how little of the omni-freeze material was used in these shorts, especially for the price I paid. Approx a 3" wide x 6" long section. I'm a growing boy, and I sweat in more than one spot. I would definitely like to have the cooling material in the front and back, at a minimum. I would recommend these as a compression short in general, not so much because of the omni-freeze technology specifically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every nickle These shorts did amazing, rapid evaporation with fabric so thin and dense at times provided that extra cool feeling on my skin to push me further. The more air I put on it the better, works as described. I put it ran small, but it fits perfect and kind of feels like a soft exoskeleton .Buying more soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not many Zeros nice undies but there is only a little amount of the Omni-Freeze Zeros located only in the crotch, the rest of the shorts are just fabric. again nice shorts

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jury's still out on the britches I haven't had the chance to wear these enough to give a thorough review but I'm a huge fan of the majority of the Omni-Freeze products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfort, comfort, comfort theese are the most comfortable underware ever. They keep me cool and dry no matter what i'm doing. I am usually wet all day while working and theese have helped me to dry faster and stay cool even in the hot sun. I own five pairs now and wear them almost every day no matter what i'm doing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged product! After receiving the underwear, in two places the knitting was messed up, there is about an inch of material damaged tangling off. I'm disappointing in quality control of this product, and when it is shipped like that to me I should have to pay to mail it back, I AM BASICALLY FORCED TO PAY 35$ FOR DAMAGED GOODS and I need to pay more to get my money back or possibly get another damaged product! DO NOT ORDER THIS ONLINE wait until your local store has these in stock so you can pick an undamaged item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Layer 9" (Compression Shorts) These are very comfortable and look good compression shorts. I officiate FP softball, SP softball, basketball, and volleyball. Comfort is a priority. I could tell when I opened the package, that this would going to be a very good purchase. Next is quality. Can it stand up to multiple washings and wearing. Umpires and referees can be brutal on clothing, so we look for quality in our gear with the expectation that it will last. That's important to a soon to be 69 year old, having a lot of fun. The one recommendation that I would have made, if I were consulted, is to add a front pocket for a sports cup. Your marketing audience would increase and at a very low expense.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should have been 5 fives, but... If I was submitting this review based solely on the product, 5 stars across the board. The fit is true to size. They keep the "boys" nice and comfy and cool, even during hot yoga classes. The best feature is that they don't ride up the leg, even when wearing around under jeans. I wish they came in more colors, but no points deducted for that. Where my point is deducted is the packaging. And this goes for the Omni-Freeze Zero shirts I ordered too. When checking out I was asked if I wanted to receive the products in a recycled box. Absolutely! Why create more waste. When I received the box I noticed it was huge and couldn't understand why until I opened it. Each piece was individually boxed in this hard plastic container. Completely unnecessary for someone ordering from a website. I can see those containers making an in-store display nice, but not for home shipment. They are a terrible waste of plastic, not eco-friendly at all, too big for the product inside them, a pain to open, and a recycling bin filler. My entire order could have been placed in an envelope. I can't believe I got charged $6 for shipping a monstrous box of plastic, when an envelope would have sufficed and should have been free. So my point off is for the eco-unfriendliness of the Omni-Zero and Coolest Cool line. Sorry Columbia, but you should know better.
