Men's Dr. Downpour™ Rain Jacket is rated out of 5 by 9.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Costero from tight fit around the body Pretty good jacket, at least at the sale price. It's a young man's cut (and I'm not young): For me, sleeve length is just right, but it's tight around the middle, especially when I'm wearing a hoodie underneath. Jacket provides very little warmth, so I need to layer most of the time. Also wish it had a double zipper in front, so that I could unzip the bottom a few inches, just to increase mobility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by gr8shag from Great Jacket After having left my shell on the subway in Chicago yesterday, I went right down to the store to purchase another shell as it was slated to rain overnight and into today. Good thing I did, because it came down in buckets and this jacket kept me dry and comfortable. Fits great, Im a 6' lean active man - i had no impingement on my range of motion. and am happier with the zippers on this jacket than I was with my previous Columbia shell. Much easier to handle & work. Thanks G Satya, WL Purfield III Chicago, IL

Rated 5 out of 5 by dskc from Perfect Light Weight Raincoat I was looking for a new raincoat that was very light and very waterproof. This fits the bill, the fit is perfect and the coat performs exactly as I was hoping. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Angeljmw from Excellent Jacket I just purchased this jacket and out in the HEAVE storms at Lincoln City, Oregon. It was just down pouring with 55+mph winds. This jacket kept me dry and warm! I would definitely recommend this jacket!

Rated 3 out of 5 by TheJahn from My 2nd jacket Bought one in Portland and like the price, design, waterproofiness, and thin so I can add a layer if needed. Unfortunately, a small bit of velcro from the bottom of my laptop backpack was able to chew several holes right thru the material. I have several irrepairable holes in the jacked and will throw it out. So, not very bulletproof. Since then I have chopped out the velcro on the pack and ordered the same jacket again online - just waiting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by OldKoot75 from Not waterproof as was advertised Okay for a light windbreaker, otherwise, even in a light rain, the Columbia Dr. Downpour Rain Jacket I purchased soaks through every time. This jacket was totally unsuitable for my walking the 500 mile 2013 Camino de Santiago de Compostela from St Jean de Pied, France to Santiago, Spain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Dr. Downpour fits the bill This is the rain coat I have been looking for. It is perfect for being in the field with my dogs and working in the barn and pasture with our horses. The size is perfect for wearing a heavy shirt or sweater underneith.

Rated 5 out of 5 by YakChum from What Rain? Incredibly lightweight and comfortable this jacket does its job!. The breath ability keeps you more comfortable as you wont sweat much while wearing it on hot summer rainy days. The pockets help you also keep your stuff dry.
