Rated 4 out of 5 by MicahC from Good all purpose shoe I used these on a 70 mile canoe trip. They worked really well. They did however collect sand and rocks. I did several day hikes in them and they were comfortable on land and in water. They dried relatively quickly. There is a mesh in the bottom of the shoe that is not secured very well. The seams rip through the sides. I returned my first pair after the seam started ripping after two days. On the second pair. I glued all the seams on the mesh. They seemed to hold out through my week trip just fine.

The boat ramp i use can be very slippery especially at low tide i ended up breaking my leg one morning on it and was determined to find a comfortable shoe that wouldn't slip on wet surfaces and i came across these and i love them. from walking on wet concrete to cast netting on a wet boat deck i can say they are great i can wear them all day and i've had them for two years now and they are holding up awesome

Rated 5 out of 5 by ANGAngler from Great Fishing Shoe This is my second pair of these shoes. I spend over 150 days in a boat and during the summer these are the shoes to wear. Keep my feet cool and they work great in the rain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RJG119 from Comfortable Footwear Could be used for many purposes but mine was for sailing small boats. On a nice windy day, your sure to get wet tacking, jibing or just downwind running. These shoes drained nicely and fit well too. To prevent chaffing, I use ankle neoprene socks (usually used with snorkeling fins) and the combination was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use this combination with any other wet activities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SilverDoctor from Great fishing or boating shoe! I was recently in Florida fishing with two friends, one a professional sportfishing guide, and they both were wearing a pair of Drainmakers... I had not seen them before and asked them about them and they both said they were really great and showed me how they drain water. The deck of many boats get very wet, especially when getting bait or in rough seas or landing a big fish. These shoes keep you dry! I bought a pair the next week in Aruba at the Columbia store and loved them... I also ordered a second pair on-line and they are now my go to footwear in a boat. Very clever design and very effective!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dallas from Shoes The shoe appears to be of quality, only time will tell. The ability to tie the shoes is better than the draw string as the draw string feature wears out and slips. still same great fitting shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Noahlw from Super comfortable I've had these shoes for about a month and they are so comfortable I try and wear them everywhere. The only negative is they take a couple hours to dry. However, I use them for fishing and wearing around town and they work great. Don't get rid of these anytime soon.
