Rated 5 out of 5 by JamieK from High-Quality and Lightweight This product exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure the price difference between the slightly less expensive jacket Columbia sells would be worth the premium. I was 100% wrong. This jacket is extremely light weight and is very well constructed. The jack also has a really fun pattern on the inside as well. The sizing is pretty true to specification as well. The only thing I’d change is making the jack a little longer. I’m 6’5” and I’d love an extra 1” or 1.5” in length, but that’s just my personal preference. Rated 1 out of 5 by PlainBill from Not what I expected This jacket is not what I expected from the picture. I've bought many Columbia jackets in the past and always been happy. This thing looks like they stitched some pockets on a large garbage bag. It's way over priced for what you get; it only seems to have two functional pockets, as the inside 'pockets' are not closed at the bottom. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by jdshufo from Great find Was looking for a light weight option for a cruise/land tour through Alaska and needed ability to layer. This was the perfect option for the rain forest in Ketchikan. I layered this over my Columbia fleece and stayed completely dry the entire time I was hiking. This is also a great option for rainy days here in Ohio where it is warmer and I don't need something for warmth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MattInTheHat from Does the Job Simple jacket that has a job and does it well. Lightweight, cool, yet waterproof. Also great windbreaker if that's what you're needing at the moment. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Davey2 from Poor breathability I bought a 3xlt in black. Fits well and it's very waterproof. I've worn it in torrential downpours as well as in all day drizzle. The problem for me is it doesn't breath well and seems to retain a lot of my body heat. I wore it in 5 degree celsius weather as a windbreaker over a t-shirt and after 10 minutes of walking I was drenched. When I stopped for a bite to eat, I took the jacket off, turned it inside out and shook all the perspiration off. My arms were soaked. Going back to my old goretex raingear - much more breathable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob51 from Serves the purpose I am 6' 4" 235 lbs. I ordered this jacket in XLT. Good body and sleeve length for me. Fits me large enough to go over fleece or light garment layer which is what I want. Light and easy to pack without occupying a lot of space. Good for the purpose which it's intended, to keep you dry in wet weather. Got the pants to go along with the jacket. Let it rain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bnbmike from Rain, Ha! I love this jacket. The hood works well with a baseball hat and best of all, you stay dry. The jacket doesn't stick to you and it vents well, not muggy inside like some rain gear. Light, easy to pack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by djdjfjfkdke from with all due respect to columbia-don't buy this jacket This jacket leaks through the pockets. The main zipper is storm sealed, and the pockets are not. I previously had a Columbia rain jacket with large flaps over the pockets, great jacket!! I was sorely disappointed with this "rain jacket"
